I don't live in this area, but in my hometown our Sonic drive ins are fast. It took over 1 hour and 3 more times buzzing in to get our food. Then, they messed it up! So we had to call in AGAIN! I really should've left without ordering when I pulled into three stalls just to find one that works. The first one didn't have a button and the second one was "out of order." My bad for not accepting this as a sign from the universe that I really didn't need a milkshake. Now, I have been here for 40 minutes and I still don't have my shake. Additionally, the red "push to order" button blinked for 14 minutes before I was even able to order. I realize that it's busy on a Saturday night for the 1/2 price shakes after 8 deal, but one would think management would have the foresight to staff accordingly. Terrible service. Would not give regional managers number. Said there wasn't one. First try wasn't working so moved car to another one said it would be a minute. 5 minutes later came on and she couldn't here me even though I was at the top of my lungs. Once she finally heard me she erased my order and when I pressed the button said she didn't get my order. So I went to the door. Said I couldn't order from there. I don't go here very often and after today's visit, I remember why. So I'm leaving this review to remind myself not to patronize this establishment ever again. I ordered two hot dogs; plain, for my daughter and a cheeseburger with just cheese and ketchup for myself. The first mistake, I'll take the blame for. I was in a hurry and didn't unwrap any of the food to check it. Instead I rushed home due to other pressing things to do. I get home, open the food to find both hot dogs smothered in ketchup, mustard and relish. The burger was slathered in mayonnaise (which makes me gag to think about), mustard which is nearly as disgusting, dressed with pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes. Lettuce I like just not on hot food. The rest I find abhorrent. To say the least the majority of $15.80 that I spent (counting tots & drinks) went to our dogs. The dogs say "thank you Sonic." But fear not, it won't happen again being as I won't be going back. read more

I always forget how down hill this place has gone i dont go often but when i do i typically just get my son his meal and usually a lardge stawberry limeaid...its never made correctly. They always use surup insted of the stawberries...no limes either...my sons meals i always have to have them replaced...either they are old and 2 hard for a 2 year old to eat..burnt. cold. In my opinion, Sonic has some great food, their burgers & popcorn chicken being some of my favorites. I also noticed some boneless wings in their menu that I'm looking forward to trying as well! They also serve breakfast all day & have a very extensive beverage menu. The service at this particular Sonic however leaves quite a bit to be desired. After pushing the button to order we waited a good two minutes for someone to come on & rudely say, "I'll be with you in a minute." Then when we finally got to order and were deciding what we wanted to go with our son's kid's meal she was rushing us to decide. Granted I suppose we should have known what we wanted after we'd waited so long to order but we dont come to Sonic often. Thankfully the food was good, minus the fries tasting like they'd been sitting for at least a good ten minutes. Also, the card reader at our spot was not working, but this wasn't too much of a problem as they just took my card inside and paid out our order. I do really enjoy Sonic's food ever once in a while though & will come back, hopefully with a nicer, more pleasant order taker! read more

My husband and I went here 30 minutes before picking my son up from school and with it being around 1:10 there was only 2 other cars beside us waiting to be served when we ordered. 25 minutes pass and not only do the 2 other cars get their food before ours (when we ordered before them) and even served a couple other people while we wait for ours as well, we still wait. Then we finally had enough after patiently waiting and then pushed on the order button on the menu for someone to answer the intercom and 5 minutes later (not an exaggeration) and asked how much longer it was going to be. Low and behold, like magic the woman says to us, "well it's on it way" in the rudest tone like WE were an inconvenience. Worst service we've ever had from here. read more
