I'm not sure what has happened to Sonic but it's obviously been forgotten by its corporate headquarters in OK. The place is RUN DOWN and the food has continued to degrade. They obviously switched venders for their chicken tenders - they are awful and no longer come in a box with an onion ring and toast nope they are served in a sack cold and alone. The burger I ordered was okay but my tots tasted like they had been sitting around for hours. This used to be a great place to grab a quick bite. But now, their stalls aren't working, so you get to play "musical stalls", until you find an actual working one. The service is extremely slow; doesn't matter if you order at the stall or in advance on the app, you're still waiting a long time. The food isn't fresh or hot & a lot of the times, you don't receive everything you paid for, something will be missing - OR you just receive the wrong order altogether. this place is the WORSE for customer service. The Door Dash man in front of us was waiting like 20 minutes for his order. We were behind him there was 4 cars behind us, 2 of them left. We waited another 5 minutes then we pulled around to go inside to order. The sign on the door said "mask must be worn at all times." So husband went in to order and the woman started screaming at him to get out we don't have people coming in to order. So we just left not a very good customer service here. I ordered a double burger with no cheese and it has cheese . My husband called and went back and they re-made it without cheese. I took a bite and there was a hair that got stuck between my teeth. I pulled it and was STILL going to eat it when I took another bite and ANOTHER hair !! I know that people make stuff up to get free food but I NEVER do stuff like that. I was going to just throw it away and my husband said no so we called back and they gave me the money back and I sent the food back but they wouldn't take it. This sonic is the worst sonic I've ever been to. I'm usually a daily consumer of sonic especially for the diet drinks. This sonic is slow, the ordering equipment is always broken, the employees are unfriendly. They do not give you your receipt that has the free route 44 on it purposely. It happened to me three different occasions. With one particular employee named Heather. She looked at the route 44 and gave me a print a receipt they didn't have the route 44 on it not called her on it. It wasn't like I was just buying the route 44 I brought other food in addition to the free survey that I completed. The manager never seems to be there so I can complain. I have ordered large meat patties and they gave me small ones for the same price. They don't pay attention to detail. I've waited 15 minutes in the drive-through just for a Diet Coke and a cup of water. Unbelievable. Also the marinara for the mozzarella sticks tasted rancid and that happened twice. The only thing good I can say about it is the location. But I might be willing to drive to Pensacola and Milton just to avoid this one and keep them from getting my money.
