We decided to visit Cracker Barrel after not having gone for quite a while. We arrived at around 7:30 pm and were seated pretty much right away. The dining room rocked that traditional, old fashioned, Cracker Barrel vibe that we all love so much. Our server, Sophia, greeted us very soon after we were seated, took our drink order, delivered the drinks, answered our questions, and took our food order very expeditiously. We ordered a variety of dishes ranging from breakfast to dinner, pancakes and French toast, to shrimp, and country fried steak. All of the food was very good, especially for a chain restaurant. Will we return? I think it's safe to say that we will absolutely be back!

Service - Zikia was a wonderful waitress. Very helpful. She kept my drink full. She understood my joke about Gordon Ramsey and the Shepherd pie. We left her over a 20% tip. Ambiance- same old country decoration. Same old triangle puzzle. Same gift shop. Very boring after seeing the same decorations year after year. Clean restroom. Food - I had the Hashbrown casserole shepherds pie. Gordon Ramsey would not approve of calling that a shepherd's pie. They tried to upgrade the taste using cheese and sour cream on the hashbrown topping. Very little beef in the dish. Very very disappointing dish!

We stopped by today to see what was on the $19.99 meal deal. I had the meatloaf and he had the old timers. Our server Kim was very friendly and attentive. My meatloaf was good and the baby carrots are a favorite of mine but the turnip greens needs improvement. They had way too much pot roast and every time I took a bite I had pot roast and very little greens. In addition no taste, I will not order again. As usual this Cracker Barrel is decorated as original and country music playing in the background. We will visit again when I feel a need for country cooking.

The food is always delicious, especially breakfast! Our server was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere brings you back in time. I really like looking at the old pictures.

I came home for a visit recently, and some friends and I were going to the Renaissance fair. What do you do before a Ren fair? You eat breakfast at the local Cracker Barrel. We waited about a half hour for a table of about nine or 10, which wasn't so bad, considering that it was a busy Saturday morning. We got seated and got an awesome server. She was a grizzled veteran who was used to dealing with rapscallions like us. Very good service. Ambiance was standard Cracker Barrel. Looks like the interior of an antique store, has that fun little peg game on the table. No complaints. As for the food, I had the The Cracker Barrel's Country Boy Breakfast (Starts with three farm fresh eggs and choice of two Breakfast Sides plus Sugar Cured Ham. Comes with Buttermilk Biscuits and Sawmill Gravy). For my sides, I got a chocolate chip pancake and the Loaded Hashbrown Casserole Tots (Our Hashbrown Casserole fried into crispy bite-sized tator tots loaded with bacon pieces and melted cheese. Served with Buttermilk Ranch). Exactly what I wanted out of a Cracker Barrel. Everything was good. The biscuits were a little flat and hard, so skip them if you're prioritizing tummy space. But everything else was good. Those loaded tots were a holy abomination that you shouldn't try to eat all by yourself. They're so decadent. Share them with your table. Overall, you just can't go wrong with Cracker Barrell. I love it here, and I will probably return to this location before the end of all things.

We decided to stop at Cracker Barrel after church Sunday to grab some lunch. It was typical Cracker Barrel with great service. Wyndie had the chicken pot pie which is the Sunday special. I had the sampler with meat loaf, chicken, and chicken and dumplings. The fried chicken and chicken and dumplings were good. Couldn't eat the meatloaf so wyndie had lunch for work tomorrow.

After relocating from Hawaii this was the first restaurant we've eaten at. Used the Cracker Barrel app to make our reservations. We arrived and promptly seated at our table. The menu was extensive so it took awhile to make our choices. Food came out hot and in timely manner. Our meals were delicious and we were impressed at the service. Your servers were courteous and helpful. We ended our visit by perusing the old country store and purchased some goodies to take home.

    Slow braised pot roast.

We ordered Cracker Barrel last night for dinner. I would say we've eaten here more than 20 times in 2025. And while there are some hits and misses, when we've order from here in the past, this was by far the worse. We ordered two slow braised pot roast meals one with a side of broccoli and a side of mashed potatoes with brown gravy. And the other with a side of pinto beans and two sides of mashed potatoes. Slow-Braised pot roast: 5/10 My husband order two sides for $16.49 and I ordered three sides for $17.99. The pot roast wasn't worth that price for the amount of meat in the meal, 1 out of the 5 pieces was just pure fat the other 4 piece were meat and fat mix. The potatoes were lumpy, dry and tasteless in my meal, and just lumpy and tasteless, my husband said of his. The pinto beans: 1/10 I normally love pinto beans but these were undercooked and lacked any flavor. Definitely wouldn't recommend. We paid a total of $37.07 for both meals and I can honestly say I wouldn't buy this again based on taste, quality of the meat, potatoes, pinto beans, and quantity of the meat for that price. Based on past experiences and this current one, I would not recommend eating here at least as far as takeout. I don't know if it would be better ordering in the restaurant because we always order takeout.

Conveniently located by the interstate, my husband and I enjoyed a delicious lunch at Cracker Barrel. My husband enjoyed the meatloaf plus 3 veggies and I tried the new menu item of chicken fingers. Great service by our waitress Ty considering the restaurant was super busy.

I have been disappointed a number of times with Cracker Barrel since new corporate management. Yesterday was completely different. I felt like I was back to 10 years ago. I had the pot roast with hash brown casserole and it was amazing. On top of all that has been cold and my wife was chilled so they seated us right next to the fireplace so nice to sit in that type of seat for this amazing meal.

Goat Lips Chew & Brew House feels like the kind of place that was designed after someone said,…read more"What if every room had a different personality and the backyard never ended?" And honestly? The vibe is the star here. This place is wildly eclectic in the best way. A huge outdoor area that feels built for lingering, laughing, and losing track of time, plus a maze of themed rooms inside that make every turn feel like you accidentally walked into a different bar. It's unique, memorable, and exactly the kind of place you want to love before the food even hits the table. The service definitely helped that cause. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant from start to finish. Then the pretzel appetizer arrived and apparently chose violence. The beer cheese sauce had the consistency of warm yellow water and somehow even less personality. The pretzel itself tasted like it had been baptized in butter but still came out bland, which is honestly an achievement. I didn't know something could be both greasy and forgettable, but here we are. Thankfully, I was aggressively encouraged to order the club sandwich. "You HAVE to get it," they said. For once, the hype mostly paid off. The bread was toasted beautifully, full of crunch and flavor, and the sandwich as a whole really worked. Now, the meat? Let's just say it had strong gas station cold-cut energy. Perfectly edible, nothing offensive, but nobody's writing songs about it. That said, the mayo situation deserves its own fan club. There's some kind of mustard-seasoned magic happening in that spread, and it absolutely carries the whole sandwich across the finish line. Honestly, give me that toast cut into strips and a bowl of that sauce, and I'm a happy man. Forget the turkey, let me dip carbs directly into whatever wizardry they whipped up back there. So where does Goat Lips land? A place with a killer atmosphere, great service, one appetizer that should be investigated, and one sandwich condiment worthy of applause. The experience averages out exactly where the stars do: right down the middle. Three stars. Goat Lips is average food wrapped in an unforgettable setting, which somehow makes the whole thing more fun than it probably deserves.

However, one employee single-handedly ruined the reputation of this establishment for me. My mother and I have frequented this place for about a year now. They've always had phenomenal customer service and food. However, yesterday when we pulled up to the drive-thru, we were immediately assaulted by the strongest weed scent that we have ever smelled off of one singular person before. In layman terms, the drive-thru worker stank. Badly. When my mother points out how overwhelming the aroma of weed is, instead of being apologetic, the drive-thru worker immediately gets defensive (as all junkies in denial do) and proceeds to call my mom and I quote a "f*ckin idiot". The worker also claimed that she had cancer and was using the herb for medicinal reasons. As paying customers, we have every right to a refund and yet this woman initially denied me one, claiming that they "didn't do" refunds. To make matters worse, she took my card to the back of the restaurant instead of returning it to me, which I did not appreciate at all, as I have no way of knowing whether she took a quick snapshot or not. Magically, she could suddenly do refunds when I threatened to call police. She also mentioned that she would make up some fabrication to the police and accuse us of trespassing when, in actuality, we were simply trying to order. As far as the cancer claim, due to her willingness to lie about not being able to give me a refund and about us "trespassing", I am not fully convinced that this woman is not just another pothead lying to justify her addiction. Will not be returning here.

But this time we decided to also get a loaded steak nacho and the chef salad, no ham and added grilled chicken and also a pretzel. The chef salad which came to $18.98 after I added the chicken, it was good except the long pieces of cold bacon, would have preferred the bacon chopped up. And while the salad was good, I wouldn't rush to buy it again, especially for nearly $20. Taste wise, it's no different in size or taste then I would get at a grocery store for half the price. The pretzel was buttery, well salted and delicious. $8.99 Worth it in my opinion. The philly cheese steak was good, my husband as always enjoy his hoagie, it was loaded with cheese and meat. $15.49 (he loved it) I left the worse for last. The loaded steak nacho looked like it would be a hit, everything came in separate containers so that you could load it up yourself at home without the chips getting mushy on the drive home. $18.99 While trying to separate some of the steak to crumble it on top of the nachos I found a hair wrapped around one of the steak pieces. So adding the steak was a immediate no for us, which was disappointing. We have gotten food from here at least 15 times but could be more and I can honestly say this was a first. So even though this experience wasn't that great, our other experiences here have been. Which is why I settled on 3 stars.
