Today I ordered a super sonic breakfast burrito and route 44 Diet DP. The girl asked me twice if I wanted DP and I emphasized "diet". I got a regular DP and had to ask that it be changed. My "super sonic" burrito had no eggs, no tomato, no onions - all which make the burrito "super sonic". The wait was ridiculous as well. Employees were cooking without masks or gloves (masks pulled under their chins), but would put masks on when coming to the window. Husband just opened his burrito (sausage) and it had no eggs either. I'm one who extends a lot of grace, especially during COVID. But service and food have been consistently bad at this location for months... no matter the time of day. Note: I do know one of the managers is trying hard to improve the service here. But without proper support and team members who have any type of work ethic, she's facing a tough battle. read more

Worst sonic we've ever been to. Ordered a burger with no pickles or onions, the young lady repeated back to me "no pickles or onions" yet my burger had pickles and onions on it. We also ordered a chicken sandwich, meal (#11) with tots and a bottle of water. The chicken sandwich was burnt to a crisp and inedible. We were given tap water in a cup with ice. The food was horrible! I've been to this one many times and the food was always good and fresh. This time, not sure if the cooks just don't give a damn, but the food was horrible. Fries and tots were old and cold as if they had been setting out for 2 hours. The steak and bacon grilled cheese was nothing. Had a tablespoon of meat, 2 strips of bacon and old dried up American cheese. Tasted like they were made ahead and just sat under a heat lamp. I wasted $23. The strawberry cheesecake shake didn't taste like cheesecake at all and was very much melted by the time I received it at the stall. Stall #17 to be exact. They brought out the wrong order and had to go back. I don't think I'll go back. May try a different location, but never ever this one again. Y'all slipping. Need new cooks. read more

I am so mad right now. I just went to sonic and was behind three cars in the drive-through before I got to the speaker. It took forever to get to the speaker, and you can't leave because you were blocked in by medians and curbs. I sat at the speaker for a very long time, even though the car in front of me had moved directly up to the window, and there was no one between us, just the one car. I ended up even calling out "hello" twice yo the speaker, before somebody finally came on the speaker after about five minutes. I ordered a combo number 15, and I have a pretty clear voice, but I was asked to repeat it at least three times before she finally got it right. That's when she told me that it would be about 4 1/2 minutes because it was a breakfast burrito. By then, I was pretty perturbed, and I told her I've been sitting at the speaker for about 4 1/2 minutes and forget it, and then I went around the corner to Popeyes. Popeyes, in contrast, got me through there quickly, and when I came back around past Sonic, there were still at least three cars held up behind the person at the speaker, a long path of nothing, and only one car at the drive-through window. This place really needs to take care of working on his drive through, even if only one person is working it, there is no excuse for that amount of waiting time at 1 o'clock in the afternoon on Friday. Also, don't advertise you have the full menu all day and that you serve breakfast all day, and then tell me I had to wait five minutes for a damn breakfast burrito. The ice cream, slushees, etc. here are pretty good although you can find better nearby, but stay away from the hamburgers at this location! They really don't seem to know how to cook a hamburger. I've tried them several times here and they're always over cooked and rubber-like. Really tasteless and awful. Their hotdogs are acceptable but like the ice cream there are several places nearby that have better. I've never had complaints about other Sonic locations, but this location has problems. They just don't live up to the usual standards of the Sonic chain. read more

I visited this location on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at around 9:45pm. I ordered a medium order of tots with cheese and moved around toward the window. There were multiple cars in front, and behind me in line. The car in front of me pulled up to the window and the wait stretches on to about 10 minutes. At this point , two employees came out with food for the three cars behind me. All cars ordered more food than I. After another 5 minutes I approached the door and told the employee that I only ordered a medium cheese tot and could I go ahead and get that. The response was "uhhh, let me see if it's ready". Immediately after, the van in front of me received their order and left. I then pulled up and due to the wait time and others receiving orders before I asked if they could comp the order. The response was "my manager says we can't afford that " I cancelled the order and left. Please, if upper management sees this, clean up the location and improve customer service. I visit this Sonic regularly and usually have no problems. However from time to time, there's an issue in the morning. The full menu is available ALL day and certain employees do not want to honor that. A recent visit got me a snarky reply when a hot dog was ordered for breakfast. I did get it but not without a big dose of attitude. read more

Their drinks and cold treats are superb but that's NOT what this review is about. Its about their food. If you're going to go through a drive thru, expect a long wait. If you're going to order a burger without cheese, expect it come with it instead. If you're going to order chicken dinner with gravy, expect it without. If you use the drive thru, ALWAYS CHECK THE YOUR ORDER before leaving! I've been gypped from this place too many damn times that we don't go there anymore, even we live 5 minutes walking distance.
