So sad as this is really close to my house. A few reasons for the 1 Star. - came 5 minutes before closing once, they had already shut down. Milking the clock - 3 consecutive visits master blaster Oreo shake had Oreo on top but not mixed in. They are supposed to mix them in - often food is given without condiments. Ok for ketchup maybe. But if you get mozzarella sticks the marinara should be automatic - ice cream machine broke down several visits. Ordered a medium Snickers Sonic Blast through the drive through. Got home and thought it was awfully light. Golly - this is why. It's hollow and doesn't even come close to the top of the cup! The pic is EXACTLY how I got it. Strongly recommend you check your cup before you pull away from the window. Whoever owns this franchise should lose it! If you cannot hire better staff than that then you don't deserve to own this restaurant. Usually, I wouldn't leave this bad of a review; however, the girl working the drive-thru was a terribly rude person with horrible people skills. It is 12/02/2022 at 9:24 pm so you can narrow down who the employee was. I will NOT be spending my money here in the future if I see this girl working. Haven't eaten here in a while and I remember why. My husbands double cheeseburger was cold and only a single. My chili cheese dog looked like some had taken a bite out of it. I drove back and asked for the manager who had the personality of a wet wool sock. He assured me no one had had a bite of my hot dog and then wanted to know what I wanted from him. I want my husband's order remade and refund my hot dog. He never apologized! The super sweet girl who brought out the new burger apologized and said they had refunded my entire order. There are very hard working kids out there but these owners can't just put a warm body in their store and expect to keep customers. We won't be back. read more

We came at 9:45pm and the lady said we are only doing drink orders and when I asked if they closed at 11 she responded hesitantly "umm yes, but we are short staffed we only have 1 cook on and 2 servers" she then came to the window and said i closed all the stalls because we are so incredibly short staffed. I do understand being short staffed however, what's the point of having a cook on if you can't make any food? Sooo.. I get off work a little later than usual.. I decided I wanted a snack for my hour drive home.. I pull up to this Sonic at 3:55pm.. The first speaker I pull into is broken.. I back out and pull into another stall.. The time is now 3:57.. I push the button.. 2 minutes later a young lady who clearly sounded frustrated comes on the speaker and simply says "hold on." At 4:01 she comes back on and takes my order.. I ordered happy hour items.. She was trying to charge me full price.. I asked why was it double the price it should have been especially since I had been trying to order for a few minutes before 4:00 and that's when happy hour ended.. Her response was "It's not happy hour anymore.." I said.. "It was when I pushed the button.." Then she says "I said it's not happy hour anymore!" I canceled my order and left.. If this location even gives you the right food, it's usually no good. Things that should be warm are cold, things that should be cold are warm. Limp fries, burned burgers, the whole nine yards. Customer service could be much better and should be addressed. As I was waiting for my order to be delivered, I had my window down and I was on the phone. A young guy working walked to deliver another persons order and looked at the parking lot, obviously it was a little busy and he said "well God damn" so loudly that the person whom I had on the other end of my phone asked me who that was speaking like that. Just so everyone understands I was calling a customer of mine, so this was unprofessional. That to me is completely disrespectful to me as a customer so when this same young man delivered my order I asked his name. We likec the chicken nuggets a lot. The shake was excellent. Liked the fries but could be hotter. We loved the Buffalo flavor.

I rarely go to this sonic and now I remember why. We decided to have sonic for dinner and it all made us sick with the " sprinting to the restroom as fast as you can " issues. It was terrible. All of our stomachs were hurting as if a knife had been stabbed into it. Can't forget about the nausea. My mom is here from out of town and it made her want to die!! Our orders were wrong too. It must have been take your kid to work night and the kids ran the place. Worst experience ever. Why why did someone put the worst sonic by our house? We live on the north side and our options are very limited. You would think they would want to give us the best sonic in Rockwall but no we got DIARRHEA CENTRAL with a side of nausea. This sonic is horrible I just moved to Rockwall a month ago I have been to this one for breakfast again for happy hour and now to get my kids dinner all 3 times the service has been horrible. Went there today around 10:40, not even busy. Took 15 mins for someone to realize the red button had been activated but not been helped. after finally being acknowledged and placing my order, they come out and start handing me the wrong stuff. They go back to figure it out, come back a little bit later and hand me the correct stuff but say they need to get the correct the price now. I can't remember the last time I went to a sonic and they actually got my order correct. But I still stop by every once in awhile cause I like most of their food so I'll eat whatever they end up putting in the bag. But I saw they had these new Concrete Custards so I ordered one. The person taking my order asked me to repeat myself like they had no idea what I was trying to order but I was reading it verbatim off the menu. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SONIC I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Which sucks, because I love Sonic and I live right down the street. The kids that work there are slow and mess everything up. I seriously have had more orders wrong than right at this Sonic. Today, I pulled through and order a burger with tots for me, and a kid meal cheeseburger with tots for my son. I pull up to the window and the girl gives me two drinks (which were the only thing right), and one bag. I sit there waiting for my second bag, and the tattooed girl look out the window at me and just says "have a nice day" very sarcastically. I pull forward and look in the bag, at which point I realize that there isn't enough food. So I walk inside, and she brings me two more bags and apologizes for the mess up. We got home and opened the bag......instead of our order, we received chicken strips with fries for him, and I got a chicken sandwich with fries.
