Wanted to try their drinks, and wanted the fun blue drinks for my nephew and I. I ordered and when I received them, it was just clear with syrup at the bottom. I thought, maybe they need to be stirred. So when I got home, we stirred and stirred and it did not change color. Trying the drinks, they were also very bland and just not made correctly. None of the yogurt machines working. 2 workers on a Friday night. 20 min to get a roll up ice cream. Everything is dirty. No clean tables.

What happened here? Been twice in the last 6 weeks, hoping today's experience would be better, but we walked out without buying anything. 1. Cleanliness is disgusting; from the counters, machines to floors. Last time there was a small roach crawling by where they roll the ice cream and when pointed out to the workers, they ignored. 2. Selection - the new norm is a maximum of 4 self serve flavors which hasn't included chocolate or vanilla. 3. Service - don't be surprised if you have to yell "hello can I get some help" after waiting for service due to worker(s) hanging out in the back. I ordered boba for my Dad and myself, I ordered chocolate tea for him and mango for myself, there was more ice in the drink than I'd like, it kinda took away from enjoying the boba. I brought the chocolate home for my Dad, by the time he got it a lot of the ice melted and he got to enjoy his drink. The service was good. read more

The hand rolled ice cream is pretty good and at a reasonable price, given they make it there right in-front if you. The self serve yogurt is not a good value, look at the photo on this review. They charged $4.21 for this, and it couldn't have been more than two ounces. We asked twice if the price was right. Problem here is that the place is run by kids who apparently are not well trained. I got a peach slush woth boba. It was good. The boba is a little too sweet/syrupy but that's not going to stop me from coming back.

There are plenty of toppings, froyo & boba tea options here. They also have rolled ice cream. It's self-serve on the froyo & toppings. We had an awesome afternoon hangout after the dentist visit & it wasn't too busy. I'm sure this is a popular spot since it's right across from the highschool. read more

This place was formerly Orange Leaf. At first I kept passing this place by not wanting to try it. Glad my daughter changed my mind to stop in for the boba. I'm excited to try other drinks but so addicted to the brown sugar milk tea with tapioca pearls. My son tried the cotton candy ice cream roll and I scored a bite of it! Soooo good. I would definitely recommend this place. I put it as a 4 star because pricing can be steep at times but dang! It's worth it to indulge every now and then (or more). I only tried the rolled ice cream and boba drinks from here. The rolled ice cream was good and fun to see made in front of you. On the other hand, the drinks were mediocre to me. The Honey Dew Milk Tea was too sweet and artificial tasting. The Galaxy Lemon Tea was okay but I wouldn't pay for it again. The Salt Caramel Milk Tea was the best out of the three, but I've definitely had better. Anyways, the inside is pretty cute. They have TVs that look like big Nintendo switches, neon signs, and a giant size connect 4 game. read more

Bad drinks. Matcha was powdery and milk tea was way too sweet and watery. Shop has a sickly sweet smell too. Ordered multiple times before but this time got a horchata milk tea with tapioca pearls and boba was extremely soft and tea was too sweet. This place is a family favorite. Mom can get a bubble tea, dad can get delicious ice cream and kids can get frozen yogurt and choose their toppings. I love one stop shop type places. They also have games to play and for Christmas had the cutest Mario Christmas tree! I would definitely recommend coming here to get your bubble tea fix - we absolutely love the taro Milk tea. read more

we use to come here a lot today we came and half of the yogurt machines were out, we ordered 1 medium mangonada, 2 ice cream Rolls and it took more than 30 mins wait. Having a toddler it was really hard to keep her occupied for that long. I hope you all get more staff or do something there was a lot of people that left due to the wait. read more

This place deserves all the 5 stars plus some!! Daughter wanted some boba and I wanted some froyo so we decided to try this place out. Recently opened, under a new name. But with more stuff!! The employees are very nice and super fast at making drinks. Hardly had to wait for our drink..was one of the best we've tried in that flavor (Taro Milk Tea) yum! I got cheesecake and strawberry frozen yogurt all good. Only thing I would say would be more options of frozen yogurt would be better but this place is awesome! See y'all another day!! :) read more

This is a cute place, and I love the aesthetic, but it kinda just felt like the Orange Leaf that was there before but with rolling ice cream and new drinks. They even used the same cups and still had the froyo machines. Nevertheless, I enjoyed visiting here with my friend. They had a rainbow "air hockey" type game that was a lot of fun while we waited for our ice cream to be rolled out. I ordered the Coffee Lover's rolling ice cream and my friend grabbed the Cookies n Cream rolling ice cream. I love the ice cream itself, as it wasn't too sweet but was full of coffee flavor. Neither of us were a huge fan of the toppings. They just felt like an afterthought but they did make the rolling ice cream sundae much more aesthetically pleasing. I went here recently and had the worst experience. I try to hold negative reviews because I know that they can affect a business plus I try to think that maybe someone is just having a rough day but my goodness! There was no one in the store when so I thought that I would be in and out. When I looked around, the place was filthy. There were dried spills all over the floor and dirty tables. I thought this was odd because they weren't busy but thought it might have been an after school rush. They took their time making the drinks and while doing so, said that they didn't have any tapioca/boba... it was around 5:00 so again, I thought after school rush. When I got the drinks and went to the car, I realized that they didn't even add ice to one so it was warm. Taste wasn't on par with other places I've gone to in Richardson/Plano. Visited the store and though the staff was very friendly, the store itself was very dirty. The froyo machines were in desperate need of cleaning, the toppings were a mess and very gross looking. The tables, floor, and walls were covered in a layer of dried ice cream. The ice cream we got looked good, but tasted off. Unfortunately we won't be visiting again until this location cleans up it's act. read more

Love this place! The tea is always fresh and the yogurt is great. Very welcoming staff! They take phone orders which is a plus.

This location must have very poor management. Teenagers are running the shop with no managers present and they are understaffed during peak times. The drinks and rolled ice cream are always good, but the store is often dirty due to being understaffed. Also, they are often out of the ingredients needed to make the ice cream. read more
