Was wanting burgers for dinner and ordered from this location. That was a mistake. Sent the order over via Door Dash. That was pretty much the only smooth part of this transaction. Order was packed poorly and missing 2/3rds of what I placed. The two things that arrived for "food" were extremely salty and mostly frozen tots, and barely room temp mozz sticks. Needless to say, I was not amused by the lack of double/triple checking of orders and the lack of care for actually serving customers properly. On top of this, the location closes at 6 meaning that there was no way of getting this fixed despite ordering an hour prior to that. Very disappointed overall and definitely NOT recommending anyone to patron here if the location isn't going to be concerned with taking care of customers (as evidenced from other reviews as well). read more

Sonic 5787 is probably the worst Sonic in the chain. They either don't listen to your order or don't care about getting your order correct. This is the closest Sonic to where I work, and when I take a short lunch I hit what ever is closest. I have been there twice this week and both times my order was wrong. I guess it's my fault for not checking. But I think it's more they don't care! read more

I like eating in my car, but I don't like eating when I'm driving. So then there's Sonic to the rescue. Especially if you don't want to go into the fast food joint to get your food and you don't want drive-through, you can pull up to the menu, park the car, and take your time figuring out what you want from the menus on both sides of the parking space. And then, when you're finally ready to order, just press the button. A friendly voice takes your order and what's really neat, you can swipe your credit card right then and there. No fuss, no muss. A few minutes later, there's your food, delivered to you in your car by a friendly carhop. Sometimes, they actually rollerskate to you. This one in Rogers does have an occasional rollerskating carhop! Burgers, coneys (with onions AND mustard of course), shakes and other sandwiches. It's a deal! read more

The person in the drive thru has no common sense whatsoever our shakes were not made properly and i ordered three.He didn't put one of the lids on all the way and it dumped all over the inside of my car .He also did not offer to remake the shake and didn't offer to give me some napkins either . read more

Not a fan! I ordered a brownie blast and got a root beer / brownie blast float. I asked if this is the way it's supposed to look an they said yes it is. Well I should have given it back because I ordered one at the Siloam sonic and it actually looked like ice cream. This is not a blast! And I am not satisfied with my order. This is the closest fast food to my house & since I just moved in & work 2 jobs, I have little to no time to cook for myself or even go out to eat. You could say I'm a captive audience. So I'm really glad to say I've really enjoyed the food I've had here. Burgers are hot & on a soft bun. Wish there was more lettuce on the burger. I'll ask next time. I love pickles, just not on my food. When I ask for them on the side I get a really nice helping. I was kind of confused when a guy came out to my car to ask what sauce I wanted on my burger. Sauce? There are sauces? Oh, he meant condiments. I really like the chili cheese tots but I think I'll try fries next. Not a fan of the texture. Now, the one thing that took that fifth star was the Ched R Peppers. There is a significant chemical taste in them. Bleach or sanitizer. Something like that. I took it to 3 stars because their onion rings taste like they're dipped in sugar. But, since I've figured out what menu items I DO like & there's consistently in them, they get one back. read more

Had the 6 inch chili cheese coneys, $1 each today. Went after 2 so we could get 1/2 price drinks, 2-4 pm. Drinks were the usual great cherry-lime-ades. No one else comes close on these any where. Good coneys, hot fresh, and tasty. Nothing extra special, just good. I noticed others have had a problem with this Sonic. Ask for Ira, he's the manager, he'll make it right. Or any of his management team. They will take care of you also. Good place will be back. read more

Consistently terrible. I live nearby and just gave it another shot. 6 piece garlic parmesean wings = 4 wings and some pieces of deep fried skin soaked in sauce. The burgers always taste like they've sat all day under a heat lamp. The debit /credit card readers never work. I'm hoping the owner sees this and considers making changes. I normally like Sonic, but this one is awful. read more
