The store was extremely clean, well organized, and inviting, which immediately made browsing enjoyable. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed and positive atmosphere that made us want to take our time and explore every aisle. This place is absolutely amazing and, in our opinion, beats BevMo by 110 percent. The selection is impressive, and the layout makes it easy to find what you are looking for while also discovering new things you did not even know you needed. I loved how this store truly has everything you could possibly think of when it comes to wine and entertaining. From a great variety of wines to adorable wine stoppers, stylish coasters, and beautifully designed wine bags, there were so many unique and thoughtful items that would make perfect gifts or additions to your own home. The customer service really stood out and took the experience to another level. A special thank you to Elena, who took the time to help us find the perfect wine. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind, and I truly appreciated the attention and care she gave us. The cashier was also incredibly nice and friendly, which made checking out just as pleasant as the rest of the visit. Another great surprise was the variety of snacks available. It was nice to see so many options that pair well with wine, making this a true one stop shop. Overall, this store exceeded our expectations in every way. I honestly wish we had a store like this in California. The next time we are in the area, we will definitely be stopping by again. This is a must visit spot for wine lovers and anyone looking for great service and a fantastic shopping experience.

I had seen a few of them on our recent travels through The Natural State. It was early in the morning, but they were open. Lol. Right away I noticed a few things... being warmly greeted. Clean store. The prices were low. I grabbed a bottle of Post Moscato ($10.28) made in Altus for my mom. For my brothers, I let them choose between Wild Parallel (straight bourbon whiskey finished in toasted oak barrels $39.28) and Fox Trail (Arkansas straight bourbon whiskey $45.72). I had one of the very friendly employees guide me to the best, most locally-owned and made at reasonable prices. Appreciated! My brothers drank every last drop before I had a chance to crash their pads too. Jerks. Oh, but they both said they were both "pretty damn good." I would be a frequent visitor if my hometown had this store. TIP There was quite a bit of Razorback gifts like shot glasses, glasses, koozies, and bottle openers towards the back.

The staff is knowledgeable and able to help customers select wines to match their palate. They do an excellent job of making wine feel approachable so don't feel like you need to know a lot about wine to go there. They take the time to get to know you, understand what you are looking for and have wine options in all price points. There's a lovely bourbon selection too! If you want to learn more about wine and/or try a variety before committing to purchase, check out their wine classes! Excellent way to try before you buy and learn about what you like and to develop your wine palate! We love this store, the people and the selection!

James was very knowledgeable and lead me to a great Moscato for the wife and a new bottle of bourbon for myself. A lot of unique and hard to find bottles, many which I haven't seen anywhere else in NWA. James can also help you find the perfect pairing with food or a party. He also offers some wine classes if you're trying to get in on the know. This is a must if you're in the area looking for your next bottle of fine spirits, wine or beer. Thank you again James! Cheers!

My friend was hosting Thanksgiving dinner at her place and, well, we ran out of Club Soda…read more Desperately needed for the sangria, Nathan's was open. The only place open for this and thank goodness for it. And yes, a fully stocked liquor store is a big need for Thanksgiving to take the edge off of dealing with some folks who really do want to have an argument over politics while we're enjoying entirely too much good food. Easy to pop in to Nathan's, pick up four bottles of Club Soda (at $2.99 each!) and be on the way. I might also have grabbed a few minis of Fireball to secretly pass around to my fellow diners. I chatted with a gentleman there about their selection. I asked if they ever had tastings and was told they had stopped for a while but would be starting them again on Thursday evenings beginning at 4:00pm. (I would check with the store to confirm) They have a large selection of wines, as well as alcohol and a beer cooler. I'm not sure of the prices in AR, but they seem reasonable to me (from the Northeast). The store is nice and clean, well laid out, the staff were very friendly. If you are in the area and looking for anything from a table wine to a nice gift bottle, give them a try.

I went in to grab a bottle of champagne for New Years and then browse their bourbon selection. First thing I noticed in the door was that it absolutely reeked of pot. The sales rep kept following me and watching me in every aisle and constantly asking what I was looking for. I told him I was just browsing but he didn't like that answer and keep following/asking. Gave off a huge creepy vibe. He asked if I was from around here. I am but said no I was traveling through due to his extreme creepiness. To get him to stop asking what I was looking for I asked if they had anything from Buffalo Trace like Eagle Rare. His response in a really condescending tone: "Oh, you mean like allocated stuff. Yeah, we have quite a bit of that. But that's all for our local, loyal customer not for just anyone traveling through. We only offer that stuff to customers that spend ten or twenty thousand a year with us." Yeah right dude. I'm sure there are lots of people that spend 20k with you to get a $30 bottle of Eagle Rare I can get down the road at Macs. Complete jerk for no reason. Definitely never stopping in here again.
