Nice Chickfila in a convenient location off the interstate in Rogers near The Amp. They have a huge parking lot and two drive thru lanes. The staff is nice and food is usually pretty fast. I love using the app to pre-order and pickup in the mobile lane. I do wish they offered a military discount but I do like the rewards you can earn on the app. This location also has a lot of contests and family events which is fun! read more

This is the only bad chic fila I've ever been to. Everyone is grumpy, order is wrong, missing sauce. I've even had a bad chicken sandwich here. Not sure what the construction did except make the drive thru take longer. But the grumpy people are the root of the other problems. We're going to take a break from chic fila and give these locals that are bust'n their butt's our $$. Don't go here expecting a standard experience. Lower your bar, first. Ugh, really wanted to like chic-fila, and have had good experiences at other locations. However, I ordered a Cobb salad and a cherry berry frosty, which I was super excited to try. The Cobb salad came out warm, and the cherry berry seemed to be a bit melted and did not taste very good in general. Wasn't the best, however I didn't think much of it till later in the day I became very nauseated and feverish. Over the next few days I would have horrible stomach pain, chills, fever, etc which can only lead me to the fact that I had food poisoning from this place, which I have never had before in my life!!! So wow, they just do things better near Pinnacle don't they? No traffic line spilling into the street traffic or other businesses clogging up the flow. This one built a nice long wrap around to hopefully keep that from happening. Plus, there are two stations or order at in drive through. I noticed the closer you get to the window, the area is covered with what appears to be cooling fans? Not sure about that but this is definitely another great location to try with same great nuggets and mini's! read more
