I have even tried the location in Flowood, Mississippi, and the taste is always the same. It's the same with the service: it's always friendly, and the atmosphere when pulling up to order is very relaxing and engaging. I point that out because it's a busy place, and rightfully so, because the coffee and beverages are so good. But the staff doesn't rush you; they maintain a calm, friendly posture. One more thing I like, let's say you have one order, and the car in front of you has three different orders. They will make your order and bring it out to you while you're in line instead of making you wait because the car in front of you has three different orders. Now that's best!

I've been to many drive thru coffee establishments and the employees are usually attentive and/or asking questions to ensure they get your order correct. This was our first time and they didn't have menus (we were not close to the screen). No problem pull the menu up on my phone and I ordered the sugar cookie chai latte and my daughter her drink. From the pictures I assumed mine would be hot and hers cold. We received both drinks cold. I was puzzled and then we explained to them we wanted hot for mine and showed the picture from the online menu. They just took the drink and remade it. Typically if a drink can be served at different temperatures that is clarified during the order taking step. We also stated we were first timers so that prob would have helped as well. Secondly we were not offered to sign up for rewards. My daughter visited a second time and received quality service and was informed about that option as well.

I did get my Large Decaf Mocha with almond milk. Thats my go-to. There wasn't really much choice on fresh baked items- I didn't even see any but they do boast a muffin top. I probably should have gotten one because it turns out the food selection isn't theirs but a microwaveable biscuit sandwich that was wrapped in paper with a sticker on it like you'd find under a heat lamp or in the freezer section of a gas station. It looked and tasted like microwave food. I thought about taking a photo but needed to focus on work. The espresso wasn't bad but it wasn't as good as I make at home. And the real bummer? The wi-fi didn't work. The other woman who came in to work had to leave but I just toggled to my phone and stuck it out. Parking? Plenty of spaces Food? Don't bother Coffee drinks- sure, why not Service? Yes! 5 stars on the service. I live around 20-30 minutes away from both and I would literally drive that far just to get their drinks. They have a limited but very fulfilling selection of drinks. They freshly squeeze all the drinks in front of you and for the price of 5-6 dollars, the size is HUGE. I normally don't like drinking lemonade because it's either too sweet or too sour, but Citrusnade is JUST RIGHT. Literally, I have never had a bad experience. It is SOOOOOO FREAKING GOOD. I'm sure that if you want something refreshing and light on a hot day, this drink is perfect. The employees and owners are also extremely sweet and they are super responsive on Instagram if you ever want to get to know them more behind the scenes.
