This chain allows you to swap both the drink and side for something dairy based. In my case, I swapped the pop for a small chocolate shake and the fries for a Greek yogurt. I didn't realize orders had to be called in, so I stepped outside to do that. When it suddenly began pouring rain, I briefly went back inside--where it wasn't busy--only to be told to go back out into the storm. It didn't stop there. Before leaving, I quickly checked our burgers to make sure the order was correct (something any reasonable customer does before driving off). She confronted me with, "What are you doing?" I explained I was just checking the food, and she responded, "Well, that's rude." At that point, I was genuinely upset and told her I had never been treated this way before. Her response? A dismissive, "Bye-bye, honey. Goodbye." Completely unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. The only redeeming part of the experience was the man working the grill--he was kind and respectful.
