We made a pit stop here for my kiddos and of course we saw DQ and we acquired an instant hankering for ice cream! This Dairy Queen is attached to the on cue travel plaza and gas station. The DQ was very spacious and incredibly clean. So if you have a BUSLOAD there's definitely enough room!! The staff was attentive and quick to work on orders. I visit this Dairy Queen fairly frequently for not living there. It's on the way to Kansas City and from Oklahoma City, it's usually our first bathroom break. I wish my Dairy Queen made blizzards this good! My DQ in Yukon, you ask for extra, extra, extra snickers and it's like eating vanilla ice cream with a touch of chocolate. This place, you don't ever have to ask for extra (which I pay for at my DQ which isn't bad except I never get it) and it's just full of snickers. My husband got the butterfinger and it was amazing too! Yummy blizzards aside, staff have always been very kind and professional. Serviceable DQ. They've stopped serving many common fan fav blizzard flavors (so long, Tropical) and you may or may not get a bag or ketchup with your to go order. But you will get the food quality you expect and relatively ok bathrooms (not great but not scary). This was a nice surprise when I had to stop to take a teleconference. Attached to the building is an OnCue gas station, a Subway & a DQ. There is a dog park outside for people traveling with pets. The food was good and the employees were friendly. (I like DQ from a kid because of their Blizzards so I do recommend those if you've never tried one). It's my hope that writing this review causes them to lose out on more money than the $0.35 they tried to charge me for one lousy honey mustard. We ordered ice cream and it was good but there was one flaw it melted as soon as she handed it to us and I could even see her cleaning up the drips in the cook area. We even made it before rush hour and the ice cream was still soft. And it was only 75 degree outside.We were trying to eat in the car and it was so drippy that I had to get out of the car and stand in the parking lot and eat it. Also had to ask for tons of napkins and a bowl and a spoon could not even eat the cone because of this would definitely go again but not very soon read more

A-ok is about as good as it gets here. The kids running the joint seem preoccupied with their phones and phone calls, but when someone orders, they get into action. After a couple visits, I would say although nobody has a clear cut job, collectively they get it done. As far as the food...it's fast food. If you don't mind previously frozen grease mattresses (French fries), and a slapped together burger, it's fine. I'd say stay away from the chili dogs though. I have been going to this location for years and have never had a problem until today. I asked three times for a lid or something for my son's blizzard that I was taking to him which was 20 mins away. When I got the strawberry cheesecake blizzard it was white which is normally a light pink. She said I can add more strawberries it is really light because she said there wasn't very many strawberries in there. They took it back and added more and when I got it back I asked again for something to cover my son's blizzard so wouldn't melt all over the place. She handed me five flat lids, which you know you cannot put in a blizzard cup because it is way too full. Then she slams the window on me as I was asking for a dome lid or a larger cup. These two girls were the rudest I have ever seen. The dark haired one when she gave me my change she dropped some change on the ground no apology or nothing. The blonde that handed me the fries bag in the beginning said ketchup and napkins are in the bag and said someone will bring other stuff and walks off. Just the time with both of them was awful. What happened to customer service and customers always right. I don't expect that and I understand people have bad days. I have been in customer service all of my life and would never treat another human being the way I was treated today. I threw the kids back at the window and drove off. I was extremely mad and tried to call the store several times and nobody would answer. Any other time I have been to this location I have had nothing but wonderful service. read more

I'm severely allergic to milk, unfortunately one of the only places to stop for food...I asked if a food item contained dairy, they had no idea, said I don't think so... luckily, and unfortunately I'm used to this from most fast food restaurants....I looked it up online and sure enough it contained 2 Ingredients containing cow's milk...I will continue writing bad reviews on every restaurant that doesn't know what's in the food they're serving...food allergies are no joke. It could cost someone's life! So please, Please would more restaurants inform their employees what is in the food they're serving!!! read more

We usually stop at Billings DQ to use the restroom and get s snack for the road. I have to say the service the last few times has been sub par. At 11:15 in the morning they were not that busy. Only 1 person working the drive thru and the counter. Lady kept asking for help and no one came. Finally walked over to the Subway counter to order my iced tea. They need to figure out how to wait on the customers. read more

I stopped in on my way home today and the young lady that waited on me in the drive thru was very friendly. She had a great attitude.I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and she gave me a $6 buck lunch. Wow what a deal! It came with the sandwich,fries,drink and a sundae!! She let me know it was going to be a few minutes because they were making my food fresh. I was very pleased with my service and my food, it was hot and fresh!!! I didn't catch her name on her name tag but I noticed she was the only one that had a sweater. The young man that brought it to me was also very polite and friendly. It was a completely different atmosphere from the last time I stopped it. Very pleased with my service. Well done Billings Dairy Queen. read more
