Meh, it's a sonic. Food is, fast food. Service is what you would expect from any sonic. Ambiance, it's sonic.

I like Sonic....maybe because they are not situated around our home base. But I see them in other cities across the country and on occasion I do stop and try something on the menu. They are famous for their hot dogs which i just love...and of course the Cherry Lime Aide....you can't go wrong here. Good quick food, good service, and a reasonable price. read more

I drive by this place all the time and just recently stopped in to eat. It is in a great location and close by to just about everything. Most Sonics are good and I usually start at three stars for them. I had to turn in the grocery store entrance because the entrance was too close. I turned into the order booth and placed my order. Then came the wait. I took a picture of what most of you will remember from this Sonic: the long unmoving line of cars. Fortunately I wasn't in a hurry so the 15 minute wait didn't bother me but it was noticeably long. This was at 1:30 so it wasn't as if they were warming up the grills. About 10 minutes into the wait, a scowling lady comes out to look at the line. I am guessing that was the owner who was trying to save on labor or materials. I think there were just three people working. Eventually I got my food and drink. The food was Sonic good but they didn't get my request for "no ice" in my drink. That and the long wait makes it a 2 star rating. read more

This is truly the best sonic in Texas I'm pretty sure. The employees are always so kind and well mannered, my boyfriend and I stop here every time we're going through town because it is the best sonic burger ever. The flavor is so good and our order is always perfect! Props to the manager and team of this sonic y'all are doing an excellent job! read more

They have fair food here, there hot dogs are great there burgers are fair, but they will serve you here compared to Trinity McDonald's and there friendly most of the time. I have had inconsistent burgers here and there tots well even my dogs won't eat them, fast-food should be consistent across the board, but hey I'm only 56 years old and been on the road more than half my life! My mom & I had the burgers & onion rings last night. I'm on a restricted diet because of my compromised immune system. I can't have fresh fruit/vegetables, so I ordered my burger plain, thankfully. My mom ordered the regular mayo burger. She woke up at midnight sick to her stomach & is still sick, five hours later. The lettuce from her burger looks like it had been out the entire day, there's no telling what all germs & bacteria are on it. It would no doubt kill anyone with a compromised immune system!!! This location is one of few options available in the Trinity and Riverside area. Which is why I'm sure it gets a lot business. The food isn't bad but it tends to run on the greasy side. But its fast food what do you expect. The soda on the other hand has a very off putting flavor. Pretty sure it has more to do with the water supply running to it then the actual machine itself. read more

I love Sonic but this location have to be by far the most disgusting / horrible service location in the region. My father's deer lease is up here and beings there are very few fast food places in town, we sometimes have to resort to eating here. Every time we come here it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get our food, and everyone who works there honestly looks like they are out of the movie deliverance. I'm not discriminating at all, but every job I've ever had it was a requirement to clean yourself up before you came to work. Also I've gotten their chicken sandwich twice and both times it was undercooked tremendously and full of grease. I just left there about 10 minutes ago and ordered 3 shakes and the car hop told me and I quote "sorry that the shapes aren't prettier"... They were not shakes at all, they were like someone just poured a glass of milk and served it. read more

We stopped at this location because we had a coupon that we received from the Boy Scouts. It was a buy-one burger, get-one-free coupon. The Manager told us we could not use the coupon on the Meal Deals and that we had to order separately. For my drink, I asked for a large water. When we got the bill, I told them that it was not right. They explained that there was an up-cahrge of $2.09 for the large water. Really? $2.09 for water?!? Worst customer service I have ever received from Sonic. We will not ever stop at this location again. That $2.09 up-charge will cost them a lot more in future revenue! read more

We stopped here yesterday, Easter Sunday to eat an early dinner on our way home from a family visit in Houston. We had the worst service you can imagine. We tried to order and the guy couldn't get our order right after 4 times. There were 3 of us and we never got past the first meal order. The guy couldn't get a #2 with cheese, dry only pickles, tots and a Dr.Pepper. He asked us 4 times what our order was, each time he replied back with a different meal order. That was a #1 all the veggies, mustard, tots or fries, then what drink did you want. It was like they were having a separate conversation in there not listening at all. On the 3rd try my husband asked if the gentleman was ready to take our order. He was very rude and my husband repeated the first meal order again, when he read it back it was still a #1. It was more like they were jacking with us period. My husband told him to just forget it and we left. It was the very worst service ever. The one place you know you can go and always get great food is Sonic. And it wasn't like they were busy there was only 2 other cares there. You can bet we won't be stopping there again.
