I have to say that I am a huge fan of Sonic's diet limeade. It is almost like an addiction. Not only an addiction, but a serious addiction. Of course, like most addictions comma this is not a cheap addiction, these addictions are a bit on the pricey side, but they are so good. Their burgers and hot dogs are not bad either. The marquee/sign says under new management..... I can believe it!!!!! Over 30 minutes to get my order. I order from my sonic app and it was a crazy house. They only had one person running orders. After the 30 minutes I went to the front and asked if I could cancel my order. When looked in the prep area they had orders stacked all over the place. Half the table is was drink orders!!! My family loves Sonic, but this location leaves a lot to be desired. Food isn't bad, however the ice cream machine is broken more often than it works. Must have borrowed it from McDonalds. Outside is in much need of TLC and maintenance. read more

Great slushees! My order is always accurate and done in a short amount of time. This is my favorite Sonics location because of this.

Your normal sonic, good drinks I don't really care for their food and they can sometimes have dirty bathrooms and ok service plus if you are not in a rush they have tables where you can sit down and enjoy time with friends while drinking a yummy shake.So I only really use sonic for their drinks their prices are cheap but I come here rarely. read more

Had an employee be very rude to me. I placed an order on the app and when I got there the kiosk said "there was a problem with your mobile order. Push the red button and let a teammate know" I did just that. The girl could not find my order and was basically accusing me of lying saying I had already paid. By far the worst Sonic I've ever eaten at. The server was flaming, rude and reeked of marijuana when I informed him my tots were not correct after it took nearly 25 minutes to get in the first place. The grease from the chili was so much it was literally dripping through the bag! After asking for onion rings instead, the server rolled his eyes and walked away. No surprise, it takes another 25 minutes to get them which is when I asked for my money back. The response? "We don't do refunds but I can get you something else." I go to Sonic in Troy Alabama every morning (around 8:00) for a drink and three times in the last month they have either forgot about or lost my order. People that pull up WAY after me and even order food get theirs first. Today I just left and not sure if I wil go back. There is a guy (I think the manager) that usually takes the order and he really needs some training. I really don't think he cares at all about the customers. read more
