Well well well. Sonic back at it again getting orders wrong and leaving their lids smelling like someone's asshole. They continually fail to get orders right no matter how many times you tell them what you want. Ayanna was who served us based off my recipe. Someone didn't raise her right per her rude demeanor. Every item we ordered was wrong and it took 20 mins in the drive through for three basic meals. I don't even blame the workers tho bc the intercom where you order is so bad im pretty sure they are just guessing what you say and hoping for the best. 20 mins then getting all the wrong food is crazy work. read more

It took a long time for me to place my order. Once I did get it it had a sloppy mess of Mayo and onions and no bacon....I ordered a number six. Sonic no matter what you add or take off the burger to fit whatever diet restrictions you have...except maybe the meat, gets the order right. I'm most definitely thankful to them. For, when you make her happy then she is quiet. Quiet cravings and quiet mouth. LOL. We got her off her addiction to caffeine because we could get a Rt 44 cup of ice. The food be good but the service sucks!!!! I asked for a chili cheese coney add sautéed onions and they told me they couldn't do that because the higher peoples told them they couldn't. Like if I'm willing to add anything on my hotdog why not let me. How do you sell the product on the burgers but can't let a person add it on to something else? So that means u can't add onions on another burger besides the burger that it comes on lol BE FORREAL!!!!!!!! I came to this sonic for a slushy but I said freak it I'll get the meal. I order the number 7 which is half pound hotdog. It took about 20 minutes to make but it was fresh and hot I also had the tots that where very hot as well and I had a Powerade slushy give me a medium when I ask for a large. It was not that great the slushy or good but this one was just not that great is was almost water down tbh. But it's fast food and you get what you get there. read more

THIS SONIC IS TERRIBLE!!! Go any elsewhere. The employee was rude, name was Jaslin from my receipt. When I called about a missing burger ($6.29) I was told that they could not refund just a burger, thinking it was a combo, she told me I'd have to bring back my fries/drink to get a refund for the combo. After explaining it was not a combo and just a burger, I was told I could get a refund for it ( I did not want the burger because I was not driving all the way back). Had it been a combo, why could they not refund the whole combo without me bringing the fries back??? They messed up the most expensive item I ordered (it was a $30 order total, and would not have refunded a combo without getting the fries back. Needless to say, I will only be going there once more (to get my refund). The fries were cold when I got home, but it is a 20 min drive, so I can't say that is on them, I did not check when I got them. I can see why Wendy's next door had a long line while Sonic was just about empty. Edit: My wife goes back the next day with the receipt to get our refund, manager then says they will not refund money unless we bring back food, how do I return food that was not given? She said she could only give us a voucher for a free combo, which is more than the sandwich, but we only eat there maybe twice a year. I want my money back! Ordered through the Sonic app. No prob. Pulled up and they brought out my order. I was informed that they didn't have the onion rings that I had ordered, and paid for, what else could they get me. How bout some fries, thinking that they'd make up the price difference, and maybe a few fries for my trouble. Driving down the road, I discovered that all I got was a large fries. I paid .70 more for the onion rings. Not the money, the principle that they're ripping me off. Got home called customer service. They would send me a coupon for free MED. order of onion rings on the app. Okay. But now the coupon is BUY AN ITEM GET MED. ONION RINGS. Top 3 one of the worst fast food restaurant experiences in my 27 years of living. My in-law and I go to the drive in to order food for ourselves and women. I place my order: cheese dog w/ ketchup, mozzarella sticks, 2 blue raspberry slushes, and 2 kids meals. After I finish my brother-in-law proceeds to tell the woman we have another order. She makes a big fuss about it being another order from the same car. Strike 1. After waiting we finally are brought our food only for them to have forgotten a sauce from my in-law's order. No biggie. This is a drive in not drive thru so we are still in place, things happen. When the problem is presented the young male carhop tells him he has to pay for the sauce. My in-law explains he didn't receive it the first time. The young carhop then has him wait while he goes to verify if the sauce was actually forgotten. Strike 2. The customer is ALWAYS right and you should NEVER stoop to such a low standard of belittling your customer over a sauce that costs 25 cents. In between the 15 mins of waiting, my in-law notices he didn't order a coca-cola for his meal so he does that as well. The woman goes on to ask, "Is this the same car from before?" And he affirms that it is. Strike 3. What difference should it make if it is or isn't?? So after our 15 min wait the young male carhop comes out and says he apologizes for the delay time and the sauce incident but he had to verify. Apology accepted, he hands the coke and the sauce only for it to be the wrong sauce.... I just can't even anymore. read more

This Sonic has been consistent in getting orders wrong. It seems the employees do not care about customer service. Employees are rude and dismissive and regularly put wrong food into orders. We will drive the extra 20min to one down the road just to avoid this one. Clearly, the management and owners do not care about thier staffers. read more

Today was the first time I came to Sonic Drive-in, and it was such a unique fast food experience! Drive into a parking space, you will see an electric order machine with menu. Push "click to order," and you are greeted by an Sonic staff. Then place your order, and ta-da, in a few minutes, someone will deliver food to your car! I liked the fruit smoothies they had made with low-fat yogurt and fresh fruit. The tater tots were good too. read more

This place is great for summer eats. You can drive thru or sit outside under the over hang. They have lots of hot dog choices, which are all delicious. They have the best mozzarella sticks in town too...must try them. The new pretzel dog with melted cheese and bacon is delicious. read more

Horrible service, the workers come of as extremely rude and unhappy to serve you. The food is pretty bad. I would recommend driving to the sonic just a little further up the road for better service and food. Bottom line- I would only go to this sonic for the drinks. read more

Deserves NO stars now. My family moved to the local area 2 months ago and were happy to be living so close to a Sonic. Our first few visits were great. They were fast, the staff was friendly, and the food was typical. Drinks didn't have much ice in them, but that was easily solved by asking for extra ice. The speaker system at the drive-thru was a bit wonky, but they got our orders correctly, so we guessed that it was just that their microphone was turned up too high. The last few times I've ordered Chicago-style hot dogs they've come with either toppings missing or more in the cardboard tray than between the buns. I've given up on them getting the celery salt & poppy seed on the hot dog at all. Unfortunately, there isn't another Chicago-style hot dog option in the area other than Sonic, and no where sells the pebble ice that I've found. This past week we visited the restaurant twice, once for dinner and the 2nd time for bags of ice. After being asked to repeat our order multiple times during both visits, we were then treated poorly at the window. When delivering our food through the window the staff member shoved it at my husband without saying a word. They then turned to walk away so abruptly that my husband had ask, "Excuse me, is the receipt in the bag?" while catching the food. In a clearly irritated manner the staff member flicked their hands toward the food and said, "It's on it," and continued to walk off. During today's visit I spent 10 minutes waiting in the drive-thru line for 2 bags of ice after going through what seems to have become the speaker yelling routine. My ice sat on the counter beside the window melting most of that time. The two vehicles before me had both ordered before I pulled up to the speaker box, so it wasn't indecisiveness of their customers that delayed the line. While waiting an employee walked a drink out to the vehicle behind mine, delivered their drink, took their payment inside and brought the card & receipt back out to them-all while my ice was melting. There is another Sonic down the road in the opposite direction. Hopefully they have decent customer service. I love pebble ice, but not enough to pay for it at an establishment where employees behave this way. read more

Not once have they answered the phoneI ended up caling the main office for Sonic to complain, they sent me a cirtificate for a free chicken sandwich or something.... The reason I said "Crappy Milkshake" kind of speaks for itself... You go and order a Sonic Blast with Oreos, you dont get any oreos... Same goes for Butterfinger, and Reeses. Not pleased. When I came in here it was not clean, the staff was skipping over trash and I didn't see anyone change out the garbage when it was overflowing. I walked in here with a friend and we wanted to get something good to eat, but since we saw how messy it was; We almost decided to leave. I order a hot dog and had fries on the side absolutely DISGUSTING! It tasted crappy, majority of fast food is nasty and disgusting but I can see poor management skills and lack of cleanliness in this restaurant. The workers here are much TOO lazy, they have poor attitude and they never put napkins in my bag or ask if I need any condiments such as ketchup, mustard etc. I really hate that I came here and if I could ask for a refund I would. But it is much too late for that I suppose. When I come into someone's restaurant, I expect to be treated like royalty because I know that I deserve the best customer service there is. Attitude in a work place is unacceptable and should be sought out by the manager ASAP. I'm not too fund of the younger workers here, as they always seem like they could care less and should be doing other things rather than work. Well didn't you young slackers ask for a job and couldn't wait to grow old so that you could work and get paid? Well now you have it and have to live with, DEAL WITH IT! This, however; at Sonic was thrown together, the drinks are nasty too, when I tried my Chilli Cheese Coney dog it was so horrible it tasted like someone had spewed it up, it was vile!
