I can't wait to go again and try something different. I am unaware how authentic it is because I use my son's taste buds for that. I am no Asian cuisine critic. I enjoyed every bite, from the summer rolls to the Pad Thai. Honestly I had struggled with an upset stomach the day before and my go to meal when I experience that is Asian noodles, It always helps settle my stomach. The strawberry tea was delicious but $6? I believe most of that price was in the fancy cup. The staff was nice. The restaurant itself was clean and a little decorated but that's not what I was there for. I just want some good noodles. The food was delicious! While I didn't try any noodles, I got the chicken katsu and it was perfectly crispy, so flavorful, and a great portion (I had leftovers for lunch the next day!) Our first time here, we were excited to try this place as we'd bookmarked this many months ago. Upon entering, tables were spread out and many were closed to keep customers distanced. There was only one person working the front, taking orders at the register, bussing tables, running food, and sanitizing tables. COVID times, for sure. She was really sweat, despite the frantic look on her face. We ordered the Ramen Karaage Chicken, quite possibly the most photographed item I've seen on their Yelp posting. It was okay. It lacked salt, weirdly, but they had that on the table, so it helped. It was a generous portion, for sure, and we were starving and ate it right up. My wife ordered the Jjamppong. When we inquired about it at the time of ordering, the server (really, jack-of-all-trades) told us that she hadn't had it before, so we gave it a shot. It wasn't great. The broth reminded me of a seafood stock with a little Old Bay style seasoning that had been extended with too much water. The Tonkotsu Ramen, while looking quite uneventful upon delivery, was pretty good. I'd recommend this easily for others to try. We'll definitely be back. While they looked short staffed in the front, I'm assuming much was the same behind the curtain. Atmosphere was clean, bright and the food came out on time. Best of all? So my husband has been wanting to try this place for a while and we finally made it on a rainy Thursday evening. We were able to walk right up and place our order. The young lady who took our order was very patient and answered all my questions about sweetness and spice levels. I tried the ramen with chicken in the miso broth. This was my first time having legitimate ramen so I wasn't sure what to expect. Overall, I enjoyed it and could've just done the vegetable as I didn't care for how the chicken was prepared or tasted. The noodles themselves were tasty and the corn, scallions and fish cakes were all enjoyable. My husband had the shrimp and fried rice and it was super good. I think I would try the same ramen with shrimp or steak before I venture into other dishes. The star of my first visit there, however, was the peach tea! We ordered food at the counter and they brought the food to the table. for appetizers we ordered steam pork dumplings and karaage chicken. The pork dumplings were good. The chicken wasn't karaage as we know it in Japan. It's kind of like chicken nuggets and the taste also wasn't karaage. But it was okay, my kids liked it. For entree we ordered tonkotsu ramen, miso ramen, steak ramen and japchae. For all the ramen, the noodles were good and the portions were big. We feel the broth was not "deep enough" for all three. As a Vietnamese-American who grew up by a city with a lot of pho restaurants, this place isn't bad at all. I can say that the pho is the best I've had in Tallahassee out of the limited options we have around here. Pho broth was a little bland, but with a bit of sriracha and hoisin sauce that wasn't too much of an issue. The serving size is HUGE. Lots of noodles too. I had mine with eye round, flank, and brisket, and I liked how Trevor's meatball tasted. I got the taro boba tea because I felt like that was a safe option, and it was. The tea was powdery but had a solid flavor, but unfortunately the boba was overcooked and mushy. I sucked up all the boba before getting halfway through the drink, so that ratio was not great. The service here is great and COVID safe. All of the workers are wearing masks and there is a glass shield at the counter. There are no condiments or utensils sitting at the tables to avoid spreading germs, and they bring everything you need when they bring your food out. They also have free wifi which is cool. I'm honestly between 3 and 4 stars because it's definitely above a 3 but not enough to be a 4, but I definitely would come back here to fulfill my pho cravings. read more

They just keep getting better and better. And they offer curbside pickup, which we prefer during covid. Ordering and paying is quick and easy online. When I arrived I called them, they asked for make/model/color of car, and my food was brought out in under 2 minutes. Right on time. The kraange chicken was wonderful, as was the Krab Rangoon. My wife had, and loved, the eye round pho. And we are so glad that they serve the meat uncooked so that the hot broth can cook it perfectly. And the broth was still piping hot when I bright it home. I had the tonkatsu ramen and the bowl I had tonight was perfect and one of the best I've had. Note that the packaging is perfection: the broth is packaged separately from the noodles and the rest of the soup so that the noodles don't overt cook or absorb too much broth. The noodles were definitely a bit sticky because the soy sauce is so thick. However, they loosened up as I ate them as leftovers the next day. The next time we went, I ordered the Miso Ramen. The bowl is extremely large but the ramen was decent. Certainly not the best I've had but it was still pretty good. The eggs could have used more of a marinade.
