Very big, clean and conveniently close to my house. Sundays are packed if you want an oversized it's like a fight for it because there are only 4. It stinks that you have to buy a card in order to use the machines but it is high quality machines and a nice clean laundry mat. Has TV's, tables, vending machines, etc. It may cost more then other laundry mats but if you want a nicer place to go to then this it the place to be. read more

I was appalled by the rude service and overcrowded conditions at this laundromat, which I hesitated to even use during the Covid 19 pandemic. The woman working there was not wearing a mask or gloves. Neither was her husband or boyfriend who started harassing customers around closing time and shoving carts around. Great! Despite a sign stating that only 10 people would be allowed inside, because of Covid 19 regulations, it was packed and people were waiting to use washers and dryers, demanding other customers immediately remove laundry from ones they wanted to use. No social distancing. Shocking during a pandemic and a breeding ground for Covid 19. I will NEVER be back. The female employee was also rude to a gentleman who was picking up his laundry. I came to wash my comforter and used a medium front loader machine for $6.99. No matter what temperature I put it on the water came out cold and I was informed that the owner was aware of this. I called the number so I could speak to somebody, and after it rang a dozen times I got a full voicemail box. 699. I should be able to at least get warm water to wash my bedding and towels. I would like my money refunded and I would like to have warm/hot water at the laundromat I go to. Previous to these newer owners. Old machines in any good run laundromat, the machines are changed every 6 years. You don't use the same machines for 12 or 15 years and do nothing. That's just pure laziness and not being open 24 hours is another huge mistake read more

No offense but screw this place. I may be being petty, but why do I have to buy a card to put money on, to use the machines. To which they over charge the use of the machines and then nickel and dime you for the money on the card, in hopes that you won't ever use it again, or lose it. I literally said to the woman there "Wait I have to buy a card to put the money on it ?" she said "Yes", "So it's like a cover charge", "Yes"...I then walked out. Example: The large machine costs $5.48 to use, but the card machine only takes dollar bills, do you see where I'm going with this. Other laundromats charge $5.00 for the same machine. I know what you thinking, "Dude, it's only pennies", my answer to that is, "Just give me quarters and let me get my laundry done". I use sonic suds regularly for wash and fold for the last few years. My clothes are always clean and neatly folded, and are typically organized by type of clothing. Makes putting them away a breeze! There are several women who work there and have worked there for quite some time. They are very friendly, recognize me and get my clothes without having to look up the receipt. Place has gone downhill! Used to be clean & shiny. Now the floors are always littered, multiple washers & dryers not working and today might be the last time for me! There was a huge sticky spill at the front door that was only covered with a wet towel! The liquid had not even been wiped off the door glass! Every time one entered or exited, not only were your shoes at risk but also your bag/basket of clean laundry. I was there for 2 hours including a end of shift change (staff) and nothing was done! I have been using them for a while now for their laundry drop off service. From the start, staff was always friendly and professional. I would usually drop off my clothes before work on a weekday and it would be available for me to pick up by the time I get out of work the same day. Over time, they started to fold certain clothes I would like to be folded and hang clothes that needed to be hung. That is great customer service. I highly recommend them! read more

My daughter and I went here for the first time on Saturday. We dropped our clothes off at 11:00am and was told they would be ready around 12:00pm on Sunday. I went to pick them up on Sunday at 12:30 and they were still sitting in my laundry basket not washed. They told me to come back at 4:00. I called at 4 and was told they were folding them and to come in 20 minutes. The woman on the phone had an attitude with me complaining that she was left alone. I went in 45 minutes later and they were still folding. It was not a lot of laundry. The folding was terrible, my 3 year old grandson could do a better job. Also, one of the employees was holding up someones T-shirts with band names on it for everyone to see. Very unprofessional. The place is very nice and clean, but I would never bring my clothes there again. read more

They ruined my good down comforter, cleaned it and put in a plastic before it was dry, and it got completely covered in mold spots. he saw it and he agreed that it should be dealt with. he was going to reimburse me, yet i have not heard a word in two weeks. the manager is the go between and she won't give me his number so i can contact him directly, nor will she give me his last name. apparently this guy is a real winner, and i was told its rare he is ever in the store. the fact i saw him there that day was not the norm. so now, they have my comforter, which is useless, and i am getting really annoyed. filed a complaint with BBB not that it will help. i don't know what else to do. read more

I've been coming here for years and today was my last day. Half the machines have been out of order for multiple months, they lost my laundry basket when I did the drop off service and the owner didn't have to courtesy to call me on the matter after leaving my name and number --- vending machines don't work, price of washers are ridiculous and the staff isn't very good.
