If you're an employee you get free access to this magnificent facility which boasts a spa and two restaurants...there is a pool as well. I can see parking being a bit of a pain, but if you go at a reasonable time, you can avoid the tomfoolery.

I waited weeks for this appointment and received this message as I was walking in from the parking lot 3 min late. I have previously waited 20 min when they were delayed and had no issue w it. Another time I was 7 min late (traffic) but paid for my session anyway. I do understand that a business needs to keep customer bookings on time but the experience of being cancelled 3 min in was beyond extreme, that could be the difference between 2 people's watch's. You need to set expectations of how early you want clients to show up and wait so that they will not be considered late and cancelled.
