Upon entering the establishment, the unsanitary condition of the interior was equally concerning. The dining area, fountain drink station, and food preparation areas were visibly unclean and inadequately maintained. These conditions reflected a clear failure to uphold reasonable standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and customer care expected of a food service establishment. Additionally, the employees failed to acknowledge or greet customers upon entry. Throughout the interaction, staff members conducted themselves in an unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful manner. When reasonable questions were asked regarding the freshness of the bread, tuna, and vegetables being served, employees responded by stating that we could "go somewhere else" because they "did not care." Such conduct demonstrated an unacceptable disregard for customer service, professionalism, and brand representation. Only after requesting the manager's name did one employee abruptly alter their demeanor and attempt to become cooperative. This sudden change further reinforced the concern that staff were fully aware their conduct was inappropriate and unacceptable.
