Roadmasters' Car Concierge, Raymond, found a 1927 Model T, talked to the seller, had his mechanic talk to the seller, negotiated a price for the extras tires, went and looked at it with his mechanic (with me and my husband), hauled it back to Roadmasters, had his mechanics go over it and service it, and had his Model T guy give me lessons. They do everything! I would have never bought this type of car without knowing people that knew what they were doing and could service it and store it during the winter. I am living the dream that was mirely only a distant thought for years. We found Saltsmans on Yelp with no reviews but at least we had a phone number. I called and Will, the owner operator said bring it right in and we'll see if we can get you back on the road and that is exactly what Will and his team did. With no concern for the time or day, they took it in, ran diagnostics, drove it around to doublecheck the diagnostics, found the problem, replaced the wheel hub unit with the ABS sensors and had us on our way at 5:15. Will let us hang out with our dogs in their waiting room to get out of the heat. Will even used our CarCare warranty to cover the bill. Will and Saltsmans Auto turned our day and trip around as quickly as it had gone astray. Amazing service and the invoice prices were very fair.
