I am very blessed to be part of the Sono Bello family. I had seen a lot of advertisements over Facebook and commercials on TV about Sone Bello opportunities. I've been struggling with my weight and excess fat for over 10 years. I was in a very bad car accident 15 years ago and it's been very difficult to get rid of the weight with the immense pain that I was in due to my accident. I decided to schedule the consultation the day before my 40th birthday. I was very nervous and concerned if it was the right step for me and as well the price. I have tried diet, exercise, and diet pills to try and control my weight. I finally took a step in the right direction to take care of my Health and Longevity. Going into the consultation meeting my husband was there as my support system when we met Lisa. She was very excited and showed me all the options that were possible for me. I have been dealing with this like I said for 10 years, so I was wearing and ready to go. My husband is the one that keeps me grounded to look at all the different options. So that we could come up with all angles to make sure this was the right step for me especially when we were given the price. We were able to find the finances and schedule the first of three surgeries within 2 weeks of the consultation. Due to my BMI levels and weight the surgery had to be in three parts for the eight different areas that I was getting treated. I had less than a week and a half to get to my doctor, get blood work, and get the okay to be able to have the first procedure completed. The first procedure was my lower bra roll, waste, hips, outer thighs. Two weeks after that I did my upper abs lower abs pubic and Apex skin removal. Two weeks after that I did the final stage of upper arms and inner thighs. I had an amazing team throughout the entire process from the ladies at the front desk Sara and Kara that checked me in with a smile. My amazing RN Julia who always has a smile to my nurse that had stayed with me the entire way through the three procedures my amazing surgeon, Dr Ghisletta as well as all three of my nurses: Anabel, Ariana, and Bernice, took care of me before and after every procedure. Recovery from each surgery had its own ups and downs. The team took very good care of me, as well as my support system at home consisting of my parents and my husband and my best friend. Without this team outside of Sono Bello I wouldn't have been able to go through this rigorous set of surgeries. What the commercials do not tell you is that the struggle it takes on your mind and body goes through during recovery. The pain throughout the month of recovery is worth the results that I have today. I am down 30 lb and almost three dress sizes. I'm only in the second month of recovery throughout the three surgeries and I'm able to go back to work. I'm able to be on light duty, walk around and going back to teaching. I do not have the excess fat weighing me down, I feel lighter and I can't stop staring at the mirror with an actual smile on my face. Scales do not scare or upset me anymore. I'm actually excited to step on one to see any weight loss changes. read more

From the beginning the staff were caring and informative, helping (not pressuring) me to make decisions about my procedure, giving me options and information about those options. Dr. Ghisletta was amazingly caring and the procedure went very well. One month out, I am super pleased with the results - I feel great, I look great, and I'm about to wear clothes I never thought possible. And I'm getting looked at by young men. While my recovery isn't complete, when it is, I will be ready to move on with my life. This was the best thing I could have done for myself physically and mentally. I would NOT recommend to anyone who intends to be treated with dignity or respect. People go to Sono Bello in a very vulnerable state hoping to correct their image in one way or another. We expected professionalism and understanding. What we received was the opposite. It was a very uncomfortable and embarrassing experience. It very much felt like discrimination. My experience took a turn when I met with Miranda, the procedure consultant. I later had a phone conversation with her Manager, Marissa, which only added to my negative experience. Miranda treated us as if we dirty and lesser. The entire time in her office she spoke and handled us in a negative judgmental fashion. She talked to us in a condescending manner. Reminding us throughout the meeting they "did not have problems booking clients" as if were not valued customers. Miranda acted as though she did not want to touch me for my chin exam. I noticed when it came to the proceedings were handled differently. We were asked for payment immediately and before the consultation was over. We could not figure out why we were treated so badly. Marissa, the manager called the following day. Her purpose in calling was to defend Miranda's behaviors. Offering no explanation for why we were treated differently. She only focused on the money and defending Miranda. No customer service abilities or empathy for my experience. I believe they lose sight that we are real people and should be treated as such. If they do not like working with individuals of certain backgrounds, they should let other's services those individuals. No one should be made to feel how we felt leaving Sono Bello Ontario. read more

We were very disappointed today. We were told by the sales/nurse that they could remove the fat from my wife stomach. After we paid the deposit of 3200.00, and drove 3 hrs to the doctor, she told my wife she could not remove all the fat and my wife would still have fat left in her stomach. Although the doctor was honest we were misled by the sales rep and the pictures on the site. If you need a full body 360 liposuction they are not the place. We are requesting a refund because we was not told the whole truth. My wife was not a candidate and the sales rep should have been honest. read more

I had an appointment at 8:15 they told me to be there 15mins before. I drove an hour and 30 mins to get there and had to leave an hour earlier to make sure to get through traffic. They call to cancel the appointment at 7:45 when I'm in the elevator at the facility. I took off work to do this appointment. Very unprofessional to cancel 15 mins before an appointment. I had looked up reviews on many sites and was very nervous on how bad the service was, how procedures were done, and results. Guess I dodged a bullet by them cancelling. read more

Best thing I ever did for myself after having 2 kids I couldn't get my abdomen and loose skin to get any better through diet and exercise. Last lipo on my abdomen, flanks and part of my hips to be able to get rid of the love handles.. this was only 1 month post op and results have just gotten better! Super happy with the doctors work. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the front office staff are rude and totally take away from the experience. I worked for a plastic surgeon and customer service is EVERYTHING for patients spending this much and having a surgery.. the receptionist was a b**** and always seemed uninformed. Despite that, recovery downtime is minimal and they are super local to me so it was more of a convenience factor I went with them. Understand that this is a plastic surgery mill and you will let's the behaviors slide. I wore Columbia's fajas after for MONTHS like 4-5 months to ensure smooth compression and healing. It wasn't recommended but again- I'm knowledgeable on this subject. Aftercare is crazy important if not more important than the surgery. I had post lymphatic massages weekly and used arnica pills for moths to help With the swelling. I'm super happy with the results! I did during October to be bundled up in winter not summer. read more

I have my payment and they scheduled my pre op with the Doctor in a couple weeks. I was nervous yet ecstatic over the impending results. I show up for my pre op and strip down to underwear and gown. The doctor comes in to see what he's up against and tells me he can't fix my inner thighs. Not even nicely said either. Just no. So you mean your commercials say you can reduce puffy bellies, hips and more yet you can't reduce my inner upper thighs? They are frauds. I left and it took me almost 4 months to get my money back. Plenty of phone calls to the bank as well as Sono Bello. My inner thighs by the way are not thin hanging skin, but just a hereditary puff out and my skin retracts nicely. The worst ever expierence of my life! The doctor that did my first lipo he left me the same and he didnt give me any pain killers so I had so much pain for 2 weeks, In the surgery they didnt put enough anesthesia while I was asking for more he did not care and kept going. Since the doctor didn't do his job I had to practically beg them for another lipo because I was not satisfied for what they did and what they told me what they were gonna do, the receptionest treated me bad as well. My second lipo with doctor stewart left me a LITTLE better than the other but it was not what they promised in the beginning, if your'e going to make a change in your body please I highly recomend to go to a place where the doctor himself is the owner. I am very disappointed. I went for a consultation in January arriving to my appointment 30 minutes before and the receptionist had me fill out paperwork and waited another 30 minutes just for her to tell me that they are behind schedule and it will be another 1 1/2 hours before they can see me for my appointment. I was very upset and the receptionist had then told me that if I don't want to wait she will have someone call me to consult me over the phone. A nurse called me back 5 days later and she was nice but now that I want to schedule my procedure I can't get ahold of anyone I call and leave messages with their call center and have never received a call back. Very unprofessional. I will not go here for my procedure from the experience that I went through and also reading all of the other horrible reviews about Sono belle. read more

Do not go here, I finally saved enough money to finally get lipo, and I made the mistake of going here. They get your money and then don't care about how you are doing. I was supposed to get a follow-up call the day after surgery, but no one called. I went to my follow-up apt. But they only took pics and never asked about how I was doing or explained anything. I told them no one ever called, and they said they would find out what happened, but i haven't heard from them since. I got an infection, and my ankle and foot blew up. They never checked the incision sites, and they never explained what happened next. I paid for 2 other cellulite treatments but haven't gone because I was so disappointed. read more

My consultation was in Orange County. They insisted I get funding for the entire procedure while I was at my initial consultation. What they didn't tell me was that sono Bello was paid that day, weeks before my procedure. I received my first statement before I had my procedure. The day of my procedure I was excited. The prep work was done. The doctor came in and marked me up. I asked if there was going to be any pain. The doctor said only needle sticks. Once in the operating room, the doctor began giving me lidocaine injections all over the area to be operated on. There was lidocaine shooting all over the place, including the nurse's scrubs. When the procedure started, I experienced pain in every place the instrument was inserted. The doctor knew I was experiencing pain because she would say I'm sorry, honey. Just a little bit more. Once the Lipo was over, she excised the extra skin. I wasn't numbed. I felt the scalpel go into my skin, drag across my body. When she began to pull the extra skin off, I felt it. I felt each of the staples going in and every stitch the needle made. Again, she knew I was feeling pain because she kept apologizing to me. I have had two post op appointments. I haven't seen the doctor since surgery. I do not recommended Sono Bello. It was the most traumatic experience I have ever had. read more

My experience with Sono Bello (Ontario, Ca) two months ago was a horror shit show! Actually, my problem is with Dr. G.....she was RUDE, ROUGH and MEAN to me during my procedure. She did not make me feel comfortable or safe, nor did she care about my wellbeing. She failed to administer the proper amount of numbing medicine for my body and I could feel every jab she did to my rib cage. When I told her that it hurts & I can feel it, she got mad and yelled at me to be quiet and to lay still. She sounded like a spoiled Diva, "I can't work in these conditions, if you don't lay still, I will cancel & you will be crooked! My body would flinch each time she jabbed that tool in my side. In the end, she did not complete what I pre-paid for and kept that fact a secret from me. My body is crooked and I feel like I got butchered. In regards to the Ontario office, I called the number provided on the Confirmation text messages to let them know I needed to put air in my tire and was running late. They just asked if I was still on my way and said they would let the Ontario office know. I arrived 25 minutes late and the receptionist said I was past their "Grace period" and considered a walk in so I'd have to basically sit and wait for the next no show to take their appointment. The receptionists have no customer service skills. Spoke to Sarah and Miranda the office manager. But I guess it worked out for the best. I read more reviews online about similar experiences.
