I have to say this was the most scariest thing I've ever done. I did upper, lower and my sides and had 3 inches of fat lasered off. I have to say the staff here at Sono bello was awesome. I had a procedure there last April and to say the least 6 months later I'm not truly satisfied with results. They office is nice staff for the most part is nice. The consultation was decent, the lady answered my questions but alot of things I asked and the answered she gave about post op things were false. I think questions should be asked to a nurse or Dr. who deals with patients on a regular basis. Ambiance of a facility can only take you so far. Now that I am 6 months out and being discharged from their care I voiced several times about the asymmetry of my abdomen and they say to wait until 6 months. Now that I'm at 6 months it's blown off and I'm told we are all asymmetrical and it doesn't look bad. Basically no one else can see it, but I voiced that I did this for myself and not others and to spend money to not be satisfied for myself is crazy, for me it's a sore eye for the money I spent. My other concern is that I only had measurements taken once. When you go in for appointments they take pictures your weight and send you on your way. They never review your results with you via pictures or numbers. You also never see the actual Dr who did your procedure after the surgery, which I think would be helpful since he's the expert in the field. I don't feel that service is personable enough. I walked away not feeling totally heard, not totally satisfied, and paying for a service that I'm not totally happy with. I hear other facilities in other states are better with the way they run post op care. Don't get me wrong the Dr was very nice and good. I'm just not totally satisfied with results that they supposedly guarantee, that is until your not satisfied. If I had this to do over again I'd probably choose a private Dr in hopes to get more personal care and feel heard by a specialist. Not like they are reading from a script. I'm 50 to 60% satisfied at 6 months. Probably would not recommend, I just advise to do your research before spending your money. read more

(I did not want to write any reviews, but it has now been 2 months that sonobello has been jerking us around. When we first signed documents with Karen we were told one thing then after the surgery was completed we get a bill for double the monthly payment. When contacting Karen it was a unpleasant phone call with her and my husband. We then were in contact with corporate again they jerked us around. Just about 3 weeks ago we are contact by John Sanders again he is playing games also.Be ready to be screwed by the billing department. I wish I would have thought twice before proceeding with the surgery. Need I also mention dont know why but i am not healing good also. I go to Sono Bello for Venus facial treatment. I've been to 2 sessions and they have been late on both occasions. On my first one, it was 45 minutes late, I asked why they were running behind, the front desk said, a client was late. My second appointment was 20 minutes. The front desk said they had a problem with the equipment. I asked the staff and they said, the program making the appt is new so they are adjusting. What bothers me is, I'm suppose to have 45-60 minutes session. I have 30 minutes on both. Is this fair, cutting my time short? How about giving me a courtesy call? I feel they have been inconsiderate with my time. They expect me to be on time but when they are late, it's ok? read more

Since I've last wrote, I'm ashamed of the way I look. It started off so well and all the nurses would advise me after the first 9 months to a year, I'll be all set (no more tingling/numbness) and totally healed. I continue to have numbness and bad tingling, the scare be is black and the upper part of my abdomen is pudgy making me look odd shaped. I was told it'll all come together after the year. I went back for another visit and advised the DR of my concerns. I was told to come for another consult, I see it may be about $$$$. I spent over $11,000.00 and the results are not to my satisfaction. I was promised the laser burning which was not working at the time of my surgery. I wonder if that has something to do with the outcome. I continue to eat right and exercise. I'm so freaking upset, I can't even get a discount if I were to a 2nd surgery.. SMH read more

Walked through the doors of the office and was immediately greeted with a smile. My initial consultation was free. Usually with free consults the visit is rushed because the office doesn't get paid, but not Here! I was in office about 45min learning about the procedures available, getting to know the staff, and having every question answered. I set up a pre op appt that day. I met with Dr Bhullar. He is such a people person. He has such a great personality. Dr went over procedure and gave me a realistic expectation of what's to come. Day of procedure Dr Bhullar and the sweetest nurse ever Nicole walked me through everything. Best part is I didn't need General Anesthesia. Classical music played and they kept conversation going the entire time. From start to finish this office was amazing. And my results exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend read more

I had gained 40 lbs due to health/stress issues. I have been a size 2/4 most of my life. I was unable to lose the weight and having a BIG Important event coming up I was getting desperate. So when I saw the Sonobello ad on TV I decided to go for a consult. I spoke to Karen who was great. I ended up signing a contract with a "Satisfaction Guaranteed" clause. Unfortunately at 6 months I wasn't satisfied. I still had a belly and it was uneven, like rolling hills. But when I met with the Doctor who performed my procedure I found out it wasn't MY satisfaction that mattered. It was the Doctor's! And HE said he was satisfied. Went to Sonobello for stubborn abs, back rolls and arms that would not come off since I turned 30. Now I don't have problems finding tops and shirts-don't have to hide those mistakes. Dr. Bouzaglou and Sonobello staff really helped me by giving me individualized and honest care so I knew what to expect in recovery. Now I have a waist I love and show off and clothes that fit again. One star for how persuasive they were during my consultation. The 2nd star is for how nice everyone was. Other than that, I am very dissatisfied. I did not come here to lose weight. I eat clean and healthy and I workout 4-5 times a week. It was stubborn fat I wanted gone. I had my lower stomach and love handles plus inner and outer thighs. I dont see much on my legs but am so upset about my upper body. They took so much out of the bottom, my stomach is not flush. My upper sticks out. My "love handles" are horrible. One side is considerably bigger than the other. I had my post op and it sounds like they will take no fault in what is wrong. We will see if this changes at my 6 months. read more

I saw some of the reviews and thought how petty. First, this is a business and of course everyone needs to be paid for their services, that is why you are going there. There is no insurance involved, all out of pocket, so it is only fair they ask for their money upfront. Even at other doctor's offices they want your co-pay upfront. From the minute I stepped in the doors, I was treated like I was special and their only patient. From the consultation, to the pre-op, to surgery (yesterday) I felt special. Dr. Gocken really cared about me, I was not just another number to him. He made suggestions in pre-op, which really made sense, and I went with his suggestion and so happy I did. During the surgery, the assistants held my hand, talked to me, checking to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Gocken stopped at times to make sure I was comfortable too especially if I did not say anything but I think I made a little face. Dr. Gocken even called me personally last night to make sure I was feeling ok. Wow, I have never had a doctor do that. I feel great today, you would never know I went through surgery yesterday. I would not even hesitate to go to Sono Bello, it was a very pleasant experience, and I can't wait until I see what I look like when I am healed up. read more

Long story short - Today is my 4th day post-op and I'm so glad I went to Sono Bello! After extensive review and research I chose the Ontario office and Dr. Bhuller. The whole process from first appointment to procedure took about a week and a half. This is something I'd been wanting to do for a long time, so when there was a sudden opening in my schedule I decided to check it out. Dr. Bhuller, Patricia, and the entire team were great. Even though I have swelling (much less bruising than I expected), and it will take awhile to see my end result, I can already see my new shape and I'm loving it! Consultation is free, you have nothing to lose, if this is something you want, go for it! Read on if you want the long story.... Experience; I had researched many different surgeons and facilities and I chose Sono Bello because they are local, the reviews were good at the Ontario facility and Dr. Bhuller had great reviews. I had nothing to lose by scheduling a free consultation to get a feel for the place, right? So I sent an email to Sono Bello on a Saturday. They responded same day, asked me a few questions and I had my appointment scheduled for 5 days later and confirmed by text. I arrived about 15 minutes early, filled out my paperwork and only waited about 15 minutes after my appt time before being called in to meet Maggie, the consultant. She was very easy to talk to, supportive and answered all my questions. Pricing is based on number of areas, BMI, and other factors like financing so will be different for everyone. Regarding pricing, I will just say that I felt it was fair for what I wanted. My plan at that time was to have my back bra rolls, waist, hips, and outer thighs done. We made my pre-op appointment to meet Dr. Bhuller and my procedure date, all to be happening within about 1.5 weeks. This was perfect for me and what I had hoped for! Pre-op Appt. I met Dr. Bhuller who was very nice, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I had researched him and he had good reviews, so I was happy he was going to be my surgeon. I had been contemplating having my inner thighs done but didn't want to compromise the other areas. We discussed it and he assessed my sites and we decided to do inner thigh as well. He explained the procedure, medications, and answered all my questions. I was very comfortable with him. The nurse that brought me back and got me settled in had had the procedure done 5 days prior. She looked great, a little stiff and feeling swollen, but she was working and said she could already see a difference. I think it helps to know that she sees this done all the time and chose to have it done as well, it couldn't be that bad, right? After my appointment I left with my prescriptions to be filled before the procedure date, and instructions and feeling quite confident and excited that I had made the right choice. Procedure Appt. I arrived in the morning. Patricia was my nurse, she was knowledgeable and helpful and she was with me through the whole process. She started my IV, prepared the room, gave me my meds. Dr. Bhuller came in and marked me up, we discussed the plan and then it was time! I got settled on the OR bed and my blood pressure was high. I think it was excitement and anticipation and the more the cuff went up, the more anxious I got. I had planned on being the easiest patient of the day but it wasn't starting that way. Dr. Bhuller came in, saw my blood pressure and did some preliminary stuff, showed me what to expect and we just talked for a bit. He took his time, was extremely patient, and my blood pressure came down. Thank you, Dr. Bhuller for taking the time and not once making me feel uncomfortable or like a problem patient. The procedure was an interesting process with different sensations depending on the area. It is not a pain free process but it's not so painful that I wouldn't do it all over again. Once the local was in, I could feel some coldness, pressure, pinching, and there were a couple of areas that even tickled. Not the entire time but at different times. Between the local and the medication, I barely felt some of the procedure. Afterwards, Patricia cleaned me up and helped me get dressed in my body suit. I felt Great! I really had no pain, no nausea, no nothing. I couldn't believe it. We made my 1 week post-op appt. Afterwards I went home, relaxed but got up to walk periodically to prevent blood clots. I did sleep quite a bit afterwards but I was comfortable. I took my pain meds the first two days, switched to extra strength Tylenol and now only take the pain med at night. I get stiff and a little pain if I sit for too long but if I'm up and moving around I feel pretty good but slow. I'm taking my meds as prescribed, showering, and doing things around the house. I know it can take weeks, even a few months so see your end result but I can tell you, that now, even with the swelling I can see the difference in my shape and I love it! I don't trust Dr. Amar Bhuller we had a plan to do certain areas and he decided to change areas on me and said I agreed to it at the last minute.. when I didn't pay for that procedure!! I paid for for inner thighs funny how it just so happens to be the same price !!! So wrong it was all discussed before my apt and he took it upon himself to make changes without consulting me.. So disappointed! Karen in office sells you a dream all they care about is your money,, Dr. B thinks he's God and takes it upon himself to switch out areas one for another with no paperwork to back it up,, they burned my breast which wasn't part of the plan,, took many pictures of the aftermath. they did me so wrong and they have blocked my cell number,, so I had to seek emergency help in Beverly Hills.. Trish the manger when spoke to me herd me crying and I asking what happened what went wrong,, all she told me is if you don't get ahold of yourself I'm going to have to hang up on you !! And she hung up on me in the middle of emotional distress, after that call I could no longer reach they're office during working hrs.. I went in for a consultation. I scheduled a procedure and gave a deposit of $200, That was all I had. The very next day I called because I had a horrible unfortunate situation happen in my life leaving me without a job and not a penny to my name. I explained the situation to Sono Bella, hoping they could make an exception under my unfortunate circumstance and refund me the $200 and they would not. I was devastated because I could no longer have my procedure and because I really needed that money back. I guess $200 to this company meant so much to them that they could not make an exception and help me, especially because I was left with nothing to my name. read more

I want to give a shout out to Jamila, Dr Bueller and his team. They were very professional and helpful from the consultation to the actual procedure. My procedure was yesterday and surprisingly, the pain is manageable. I didn't like the medication they prescribed me, but at the same time they recommended taking ibuprofen or extra strength Tylenol instead. I took the prescribed medication once and I didn't like feeling nauseous so I opted for the extra strength Tylenol, which worked just fine. I've been able to walk around just fine, trying not to do too much. Eating the first day didn't go so well, but today my appetite returned to normal, but I try not to overdue it. They recommend continuing eating lots of protein. As for my procedure, I felt it went well. My procedure was delayed due to my lack of disclosing one thing about my medical history. We waited for my lab results from my doctor, which took some time, but the surgeon and staff were very patient. The surgeon didn't want to proceed without checking my lab and that it was safe for us to proceed. During my surgery I was half asleep. They instructed me to turn left and right to get to the areas that needs to be worked on. After the procedure they layered the areas with some poise pads, taped on the medical pads and put on the compression garment. I bought reusable pads just in case of leakage, but so far so good. I haven't changed the pads yet, so all that layering they did, did the job. So far, I'm very pleased with Sonobello. I look forward to seeing results. I went in for my one month post-op and pre-op. I'm going to get my inner thighs and my bra line done later this month. It's been a month since my procedure and I couldn't be more happier with my results. My clothes fits so much better and some not so good because it's too big for me, which definitely is a good thing! Dr Bueller did a fantastic job! I'm excited for my upcoming procedures with him! It's been seven months since my initial surgery and three months since my second surgery. I'm healing quite well. I was advised to wear my bodysuit for a year. My mom had a procedure done here which was I guess a less invasive version of a tummy tuck. She went in thinking she was going to come out with a flat stomach, which did not happen. Each check up visit they told her that she had a lot of swelling and that it would go down. At her last check up she expressed she was not satisfied with the results and they told her to lose 5lbs and then come back. When she came back they told her these were her results and sometimes the procedure does not fully flatten your stomach. Now she is stuck paying for this expensive procedure that did absolutely nothing for her. A huge waste of money. I feel like as a business that specializes in this they should have known this option was not for her. If I could give them zero stars I would. read more

I just wanna start by saying this was by far one of the best decisions i hv made in my life,from the first phone call to post op every single person in the office was comforting,polite,and very knowledgeable.Erin went above and beyond during my consultation she made sure i understood the whole procedure how much it would cost no hidden fees,i was also given the discounts they promised for the promotion they had.I didn't hv a long wait before it was already time for surgery went in for consultation had Pre op that night surgery the next day.Dr Satey was my surgeon and i must say he was the best i explained what areas i needed done and he over delivered,i didn't feel a thing by the way i had laser lipo, i honestly didn't Even feel the incisions we talked and laughed throughout the whole procedure he also made sure my driver new everything about after care. I want to start off by saying Maribel was the sweetest most helpful person. She took time to get to know my concerns and what my goal was. I appreciated her honesty and didnt make me seem like i needed more. I has my preop which the nurse was a little different still nice but felt more rushed. Dr. Bhuller was amazing and comforting and was more personable. The nurse Stacie i believe was also one of the most sweetest nurses and no matter how many questions i asked she answered w a smile. Very disappointed. Had a neck lift and told to come back in about 12months for follow up. From the beginning I went back "several" times on some issues with surgery, was told to come back for possible revision at 1.5 yr in to give time to settle. I finally went back and was told by another surgeon revision was not possible, that Sono Bello's facial surgeons were picked up from the "used to be "easy lift" surgeons which practice a "subtle" lift and not the full tight neck lift. She proceeded to agree that I still had some looseness on my neck but that's the way they did it. If I had known prior to booking surgery I would have gone elsewhere. I had 3 other consultation elsewhere prior to deciding onSono Bello which were much much less expensive, all at least $3500 less than Sono Bello. So please be aware.. More is not always best. I'm now looking into finding a surgeon who can "revise" Sono Bello's surgery. Personell were all very very nice but for the cost for their surgeries, they should have listened better to my needs. Now I'm out $7500 and still need to find someone to revise my neck because they refused. Overall experience with follow-ups was a nightmare.....as well. Now that's a whole different story for later...... I just wish they would have agreed to help a patient who saved for a whole year for this surgery and ended up this way. I went through sono bello for a life change and let me to tell you guys I'm so happy I made that decision called and went in for a consultation from the moment I walked in there I was greeted by all the nurses there all so nice and I finally went through with the laser liposuction ex had my first surgery July 31 had lower upper abs and a tiny tummy tuck the second surgery was my arms upper lower back rolls and front back bra rolls I'm almost three months and I have seen a big difference in my body I feel really good putting on clothes my confidence has come back I'm loving my results I definitely would recommend this place If your looking for a life changing in your body call to get your consultation I promise you won't regret it. She talks to clients as if she is higher than them, not only that but it was very uncomfortable i felt as if i was talking to car salesman, rather than a consultation for Lipo. I have been coming to this sono bello office since about Oct of 2017 and been receiving the Venus treatments on my face. Enjoy the friendliness of the Venus technicians, especially Susan. My on going complaint has been regarding the miscommunication of constantly errors with my appointments. In the beginning, the appointments were made in advance, and logged in the computer. I appreciated the fact that I was always called ahead of time to remind me of my appointment. Most of the time appointments were always a wrong time other than what was given in the beginning. I always made sure the times and dates were noted in my personal calendar, but staff insisting the time was different than what I had noted in my calendar. This has caused quite a confusion and stress on my part. Perhaps the software program is not up to par. read more

I had my trisculpt procedure in October 2019, and my bra rolls in January( The bra roll procedure was very painful as The meds had still not started taking affect, I kept saying It hurts and I can feel it but was totally ignored, I think they work like a factory on timer and they didnt want to be late for the next appointment) I had pointed out certain lumps on my belly and waist to the nurses and the doctor in the post-op appointments. I was told to keep wearing the binder and they will go away, its a swelling. My back still has a lot of fat. Its almost 9 months now, not happy with my belly or back, its like fat spilling all over, lumps on waist and the belly button area. Lower belly pouch protruding .Saw the Dr last week, told him about my concerns, but all he had to say is there is no fat at all and to swim to get rid of what I have. After spending almost 10k on these procedures This is not what i expect. They claim in the commercials that the belly fat will go completely. Lies, complete lies . I was very up front with my medical conditions and was assured it would not be a problem. Well of course it was, I am sure I was not the first person with diabetes to come into their office. After several attempts to get calls returned in a timely manner, I cancelled the procedure out of frustration, if they were too busy to return my calls to answer questions before the procedure I became worried how things would go after the procedure. I would have felt better if they were as up front with me as I was with them. The real problem came after everything was cancelled. Synchrony bank sends me a bill for the interest on the credit that was opened. I called the bank and explained I never use the credit. The bank sends me back to Sono bello. After 2 months the bank erases the balance saying I should have never been charged. However I check my credit reports and Synchrony has reported that I have missed two payments with a current zero balance. I keep trying to dispute the incorrect negative remarks in my credit report and the bank keeps telling the credit bureaus that the info is correct. Having two late pays in your credit drops your score up to 50 points. I have disputed the remarks twice and still trying to get Synchrony Bank/Care Credit to correct my credit reports.
