If I could give zero stars I would. So extremely disappointing results, playing over 7k for something that did absolutely nothing for me. The healing time was far too long, they advertise the incisions being microscopic when they're clearly visible. They initially wrapped me into doing this advertising that it was way less invasive than lipo with minimal downtime. This is practically lipo they just made it sound rebranded. Fast forward to a year later, the fat is all literally back. They did not go in depth enough whatsoever. I even heard during the surgery the surgeon say "I don't want to do too much more to you because you're already on the smaller side". A year later I'm literally not happy with the results, I try calling in order to get a revision and they tell me it's too late which is absolute bs. That's not what I paid for, I paid 7k for FAT REMOVAL. Not 7k for some bs results with scarring and recovery for over 8 months for shit results. I hope everyone reconsiders wasting their money here. read more

drove an 1hr 1/2 each way to & from consultation appt (spent 2hrs waiting because they were behind), paid for all procedures & was told I need medical clearance from my neurologist which I got because I have mild epilepsy. Then I drove 2hrs each way to & from my preop appt & waited 1hr 1/2 when a nurse came in to tell me even though my neurologist gave okay they couldn't do procedure. After they rushed me out the back door. The Dr didnt have the decency to come in & tell me herself nor help me by giving me other recommendations. Well, my initial experience was amazing to get almost $10k from me, staff honestly were great and kind, even Dr Dayal had great beside manners. My results though... so disappointing, it's almost been a year and I now have hip dips and lumps all over my stomach were they did not lipo...I am more insecure now than prior to the procedure and very boxy looking. I went in for a 9 month follow up back in September and someone was suppose to call me to book a touch up procedure and now I can't get ahold of anyone. For the amount of money I have saved to feel even just a bit better about myself... I've come out feeling worse and the same weight and pant size prior to procedure. Also, I was not told or suggested to get lymphatic massages post surgery so I'm sure that didn't help with the results at all either. I paid over $15,000 with no visible results. Sono Bello was supposed to do seven parts, but he did five parts of my body. I don't see many changes and regret that I even tried it. They removed only SEVEN pounds of fat in five parts of the body (upper and lower abdomen, thighs, waist and chin). I wish that I could get my money back. read more

I went to a consultation and Daisy went over what I needed to get done and the cost (lipo). I gave her my deposit. Come to find out that when I met with the doctor, he advised me to do a tummy tuck instead otherwise I will not be satisfied and he did not want to take my money. Well, they did. I decided to cancel the procedure because it was more than I had budgeted for. I tried to reach out to Daisy for a refund of my $500 deposit and she never responded. I went to my credit card to request the refund and after they reached out to Sonobello my card declined the credit. I guess my $500 for misguided information is more valuable to them than to me, not! Way to go! I was looking for something to give me the boost I needed, as I finally was at my wits end with the way my body was aging. As a former athlete, with a now demanding job of travel and sitting in conference rooms, I found that the over 40 curse was hitting me in all the wrong parts - stomach, hips, outer thighs, and waist. So, I decided to go in and get the consultation at SonoBello. I was immediately impressed with the way everyone was so supportive and cheery. I went in feeling nervous and depressed, and came out with a plan. Chelsea explained everything clearly and I was on my path to transformation. Dr Siemian was awesome! I'm one of those people who will get anxious just by giving blood, but he kept me calm and relaxed the entire time. I brought in my music playlist and we chatted and sang through the whole procedure. I could immediately see the difference the next day and continued to see progress through the following 6 months. However, due to some other personal circumstances, I wasn't able to follow the post-op plan as I should have. That was on me. There was a very noticeable difference from the first pictures to the 6-month pics showing great progress. So, at my 6-month post-op, I decided to get a 'tune up' consultation. I went for round two to improve some other trouble areas. It's been 3 weeks and I've followed all post-op procedures to a T, including exercise and diet. I wish I would have gone sooner!! This has been a life changing experience. I had alot of scar tissue and the hanging belly that NOTHING made it go away. I am happy with my results and I can't wait to see what I look and feel like this summer! I do admit that the down time was longer and I had pain for about 10 days. I recommend that you take 2 weeks off and really just rest. I had the tri-sculpt micro laser lipo. I am wearing clothes I couldn't fit into and some of my clothes are too BIG! I have struggled with body image my entire life. I always wanted to make a change but my life has always gotten in the way, and given me excuses why I "can't" rather than why I "can". . One week ago 9/28 I had both upper and lower eyelid lift. Blepharoplasty. I was not told I would look like frankensein's sister on day 1 or the creature from the black lagoon on day 3. I wondered what I had done to myself. It really didn't hurt terribly but the swelling was awful. I followed the post OP directions completely. Ice was applied around the clock for 5 days and then I returned to work on day 6. I expected to return much sooner. I look great now on day 11 post op. I called the nurses on day 1 post OP and emailed them pics and they assured me everything was ok. I called on day 5 and sent new pics and the doctor called in an oral steroid. Everyone was very nice, I just wish I would have been more prepared for my first 5 days. read more

I was hesitant on getting my procedure done because I felt like my stomach was too big and loose, but I was wrong. I received lipo and excess skin removal via the EX procedure. I am very pleased with my results and I was shocked at the recovery time, within 3 days I was back to normal, of course with some soreness, but I felt capable of doing things myself. Do not go here ! Tragic waste of money as the other reviews have reported. Convincing sales pitch to trick gullible customers. Got massive blisters from the wrap they put me in after the surgery (Which I still have scars from). Tried to contact them in the days after the surgery, with no luck (they know they are screwing you over). And, like the other reviewer, now have abnormal pockets of fat, and little to no results. They tell you the swelling will go down which is their tactic to shut you up and brush you off 'till a year later when the same fat or "swelling" is still there and now you are thousands of dollars in the hole with nothing to show for it but scars and random pockets of fat. I'm so angry, but I'll keep the review PG-13. We should get together and make a class-action lawsuit against these people or something. Let me first say this was one of the BEST Experiences I have ever had, from the professionalism, complete care and compassion from the minute I walked through the doors at Orlando Sono Bello. I have never even broken a bone in my life, so this was the first "Medical Procedure" ever for me, and it was Brilliant! DJ and Steph at the front desk handle each appointment seamlessly, they go above and beyond every time I have walked in the door... so very helpful, Thank you! My Doctor was, Dr.Z (Zekirovski, D.O.) he was just Amazing from the start, he listened to my concerns and my expectations. He walked me through what was possible and gave me a sneak peek of what was to come, putting any anxiety to rest. I personally had my procedure broken up in 2 visits... the first I was Super nervous! But was put to ease by the staff and Dr. Z immediately and by the second I felt completely calm and ready! It was Amazing at how quickly my body recovered, I was up and running errands within 3 days and back to work in 4. The results?.... First let me introduce you to who I was Before my procedure, I rationalized wearing elastic waistbands (they are in fashion right?!?!) Best decision ever!!! I am in military and hoped they could understand what I needed and boy did they. The beautiful front desk woman named DJ, and Chelsea took me in as a complete walk in and treated me like a diamond. They put cartoons on for the girls and gave them juice. Chelsea made sure it was totally in budget and played with my toddlers at the same time. It felt like I did have an appointment and these ladies were long time friends. So professional and welcoming! Chelsea scheduled me in for Monday which was 2 day after I decided to so the procedure due to me having to get it soon! Top that! Monday, I am greeted by a total sweetheart names Ray. That man had me dying laughing and smiling the whole time!!! I needed that. I was so dang nervous until he came along. He even checked on me during and after. Chris was my nurse for the procedure and he is an awesome prior military, so he knew exactly how I felt and did everything to make me smile and forget I was even getring the procedure! He played great music which the ultimatr best!! My doctor, Dr. Siemian, was the best anyone could ask for!! He gave me hugs and was so happy to see me. He constantly reassured me and told me he will take the best care of me and did just that. The numbing part was the only part I didn't like but let me tell you he and Chris comforted me through the whole thing. Chris held my hand and made me stay calm while Dr. S did it fast and kept me distracted telling me we are almost done. My favorite part, I DIDN'T FEEL A THING AFTER. I was relaxing and talking with while did the procedure. Not a drop of pain!! I am hooked! They treat you like family and give you all the respect in the world. The service and care I got and am still getting has been great. From the start with Stacy, I felt reassured and had my questions answered - no matter how many I had. The care under Dr. K and his nurses (Rachel, J., Nikki) just to name a few has been outstanding. I was checked on, informed, helped, reassured and felt like they really cared about my recovery and healing. It was great to hear any personal experiences they had and how they could relate to whatever I felt or any questions I had. I had posted my review after my eye surgery. I guess my review was to radical that it has been removed. SonoBello is a joke. I had eye lift surgery, performed by Dr. Lyons and it was a disaster. I still have scars on my upper lids and scars under the lower lids, also little knot scaring where the stitches were tied. My one eye lid has dropped and is not uniform with the other. My complaints went unheard. I even wrote the medical association and was dismissed. Take my advice and DO NOT use this facility, you will be taking a huge risk. read more

I had procedure done 2 years ago. I'm 5'7" and weighed 140lb. I have huge holes in my legs at each incision site. I no longer wear shorts or swimsuits. They ruined my body. I was told it takes a year to notice a difference. I was also conned into purchasing the 18 Venus treatments that did nothing. I spent over 5k in total for my body to be deformed. Hello Everyone, I had 4 areas done around my midsection in June of 2014. (Upper & Lower Abs, Waist and Hips) I spent $6500. (still paying on that) I had a really busy and stressful 2 years since the surgery. I have to admit I slacked on taking care of myself as much as I should have and gained 5-7 lbs. I know that's not a lot but, I now have some awkward pockets of fatty deposits in my lower abs. I believe stress and the hormone cortisol has been a big part of my weight gain. I am disappointed in myself but was frustrated with the "DREAM" that I was sold from Sono Bello. I was told like most of us that once the fat is removed it should not return back to the same area. Well unfortunately it has. Even though it has fallen out of the 1 year assurance plan they give you, they have offered to redo my upper and lower abs at a highly discounted price. Dr Siemian and the Chris were great. However, the nursing staff/front desk staff are absolutely awful. So much so, I would NEVER recommend anyone going to that office for any kind of treatment. First of all, I sat in the parking lot from 5:45 AM until 7:45 waiting for someone to show up and open the office. Luckily, Dr. Siemian showed up and called a responsible employee of this office and Chris showed up on the fly even though he wasn't scheduled to be there. To make this experience even worse when I called to make my post op appointment I was told that I can make a Saturday appointment but there was no guarantee I would be seen by a nurse. I live in Tampa and chose to come back to the Orlando office because they did my work last time. Understandably upset, I asked to speak with whomever told the desk clerk that. A woman named DJ got on the phone and while again reasonably upset by what had happened yesterday and the nonsense I was now being told about scheduling my post op, DJ, the lead on that morning, then put me on speaker phone so other nurses could hear me so upset and I heard them laughing at me. This place is being run by a bunch of unprofessional individuals. Do not go here!!! I was a repeat customer and truly regret giving them another $6,000. I came here to get my stomach done a few years ago and they completely botched me. I have given this company thousands and thousands of dollars of my hard working money to fix my stomach that they destroyed. I had my consult with Chelsea who was amazing and very informative. She answered all my million questions. Most of all she listened which means a lot to me. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I feel good about this being that I don't have lose skin. People here's the thing this is lipo not a tummy tuck. If all you have is lose skin they won't be able to help you. They are there to remove the f at cells not the skin. For that you need a tummy tuck. Thing is you can't have this procedure done than keep a unhealthy lifestyle and not workout. That's just common sense. This is not a miracle fix. You need to take care of yourself. I have my consult with the surgeon May 26, and I have my procedure scheduled for June 1 and I will write a review afterwards. I'm nervous but more excited to see my results. Sonobello Orlando office. Run don't use!!!! When you call to inquire about using Sonobello, setting consultation, pre procedure, and day of procedure they are very friendly and professional. After paying over $4000 and post surgery the staff attitudes and customer service completely changed. Post procedure - You have 3 follow-up appointments to check healing and take pictures to document results, in a six month span. They called me the day before all my appointments to cancel and reschedule because they claimed it was to busy at office to see me. Once I was rescheduled to come in a day they was closed. When I call to get clarification they are nice thinking I'm a new/potential customer. Once known you already have had surgery and paid, they will call you back and never do. They took pictures of my results, barely noticable in procedure area despite losing 25 pounds jogging after procedure, and said I would get them last appointment. Now they refused giving me pictures, saying policy changed last week and managers have to approve. Still waiting on manager call (7days now) Please look elsewhere and run from Sonobello. Chelsea was very quick to give you this whole conversation how you will look amazing afterwards.. after my surgery in 6 areas.. my upper and lower abs.. my bra sides.. my hips and waist and my back fat rolls.. i spent well over 6 grand and had the worst job done. At first i thought I would be pleased but after months passed by my body was left with fatty pockets (def not smooth as they stated) and the fat & skin from my stomach fell down into my pubic vagina area making me look like i have fat roll in my vagina area.. i told the doctor after post op why did it look like this? He said it was totally normal and I would need to pay for more lipo in my pubic area. I NEVER HAD FAT IN MY VAGINA. AND I was NEVER told that this would happen. I AM WORSE THAN WHAT I STARTED WITH. I feel beyond disgusted than what I was before. I was a thick girl about 170 pounds before surgery with a little pudge now theres fat pockets everywhere with hanging skin... so please ladies if you are a thicker girl do NOT bother to get surgery here. You will not be happy with the results. It was super painful and while in surgery someone went through my purse and stole my gold body jewelry when I confronted them they stated they were very sorry and couldnt tell me what happened.
