Just like I have written about my first experience, I want to talk about my experience with Dr. Dayal. It was so much different. From the moment I checked in with the nice receptionist to all 3 nurses that were preparing me. The nurse that was getting me ready, I believe it was Evy, who was very sweet and tried to get me to relax because I was so nervous, to the nurse that was assisting Dr. Dayal, Dominique, was also so nice and even made me laugh. She really helped me calm down. The bed this time was warm, and the nurse even put something in my hands to keep me warm. I was not cold at all and was very comfortable; even fell asleep a few times. Dr. Dayal was amazing; from the moment he came in the room he said "Hi, it's so good to see you again", it was a simple but caring gesture he had. Then the nurse who was preparing me with the medications and IV was so sweet; I felt like she was treating a family member she really cared about. In the surgery Dr. Dayal kept explaining everything he was doing and he said to me "You are doing great" quite a few times. If there was a spot that hurt some, he would explain why. I was really impressed by his care. I just can't believe my experience this time was so much different. From the time I spoke to the office manager Charles about my revision; who was understanding and tried to do all you could to help me; to the pre-op when I met Dr. Dayal, to the surgery day. Even today, my first day after the surgery, I am up and walking around the house and other than feeling a little drowsy from the pain medication, I feel pretty good. I don't know what happened from over a year and a half ago with your office, but I guess the new management made things a lot different. Thank you, Charles, for making sure your team makes everything possible to be caring and go over and beyond to care for patients. I am so happy that I finally took a chance on something that I have been going back and forth with for years. The staff was amazing and friendly and the Dr. was great! Shoutout to both Daisy and Dominique who were both amazing. This is day 3 of of post-op and I was able to go back to work. Although I have a lot of swelling around my abdomen area, I honestly feel better than expected and each morning I notice my stomach shrinking smaller and smaller. I would definitely recommend anyone who is thinking about laser lips to definitely go with this place! I was terrified prior to my post-op appointment until talking with the staff and they were able to answer all of my questions and concerns. The morning of my operation, I was more excited than nervous to finally get rid of 'Tina the Talking Tummy.' My only issue was that on my post-op appointment I was told that my operation would not be early in the morning and it was. Which on the brighter side of things, I got to be done early and spent all of the day to recover. Another issue I had was that I was not called the morning prior to surgery, I called them in order to find out what time my surgery was which was very shady to say the least but I did not let that deter me from my decision. Those were my only two complaints but aside from that I cannot wait to see these final results because if I am already able to see some results 3 days later and be mobile a day or two later, that is amazing! I had an online consultation with Chelsy at the Orlando Sono Bello location. Times are weird (with covid among us) and even though I was skeptical about a consult via zoom, I very much enjoyed my experience and plan to proceed with the procedure. Chelsy is an absolute pleasure. My consultation was professional and thorough. Any and all questions were answered. I also want to point out that I felt very comfortable with Chelsy - physically showcasing one's problem areas is not an easy thing to do... which I know to be a shared "fear" amongst most. Please, don't hesitate to partake in a virtual consult if that is something that is currently deterring you from having a discussion/consultation that you've likely been wanting to have for quite some time & could quite possibility change your life. Virtual was just as intimate and personal as any in-person consultation I have had in the past. I will continuously follow up on this review with updates post procedure for a full-spectrum review of this location; to include: my surgeon, surgery process, results and post op process/appointments... complete with accurate rating to reflect my overall experience. I know surgical procedures can be intimidating & expensive & it's hard to know which reviews are worth taking into consideration and which aren't. Sono Bello Orlando has five stars from me! The consultants are patient a thorough. My pre-op with Dr. Mendoza set me at ease as he explained the procedure and what to expect. The pre-op nurse reviewed everything in depth and ensured I was prepared. I felt self-conscious at first but Emy made me feel confident by the end of my visit. All of my questions and concerns were answered. After my pre-op, I was very nervous about surgery day. My OR nurse Brittany was an absolute ANGEL. She has a vibe that completely set me at ease. Brittany told me she also had this procedure. She was able to use her past experience to coach me through the surgery. She held my hand through the tough part, such a sweetheart. After I was finished with the numbing part of the procedure, Dr.Mendoza, Brittany, and I were talking and laughing. Brittany monitored me closely and said I fell asleep towards the end. I have had my follow-up appointments and the post-op nurses are all so sweet and caring. Now I'm considering what I'm going to treat next!! If you are hesitant.. take a deep breath and say YES. Say yes to doing something for YOU. Life is too short to have "what if's" or be unhappy. Sono Bello was my motivation to live a happier healthier lifestyle. From the first visit for a consultation, I knew I had come to the right place for any procedure I wanted done. The staff is amazing.......from the receptionist to the Dr's. They each made you feel as if you were beautiful no matter what your body image was. They were respectful, helpful and I felt like a part of their family rather than just a client. They make you want to be a better person all the way around. The procedure was easier than I expected and I am three weeks post-op and can already see an amazing difference. Once swelling goes down completely I know it will only get better. It truly has given me the boost of confidence I need. The best part about the whole experience is that you develop friendships with others that are there for the same reason and also with the staff. I wish I lived closer to the facility as I would drop in there often just to say hello. I have gone in and had consultations and procedure done. Correct it's a sales pitch as any business is. All office staff is great. I had Dr L...., he was awesome and even suggested having the procedure done in 2 sessions, so that he can concentrate on the front area during 1 session and the back area during session 2. All for the same cost. During the procedures he as well as the nurse would ask me if I was okay or how are you. Procedure was pain free. After care if uncomfortable and some pain but let's be honest any procedure is painful and uncomfortable after anesthesia wears away. I took 2 pain pills between both procedures. Then I only used regular Advil and I was fine. Beauty is expensive and pain to maintain. It's only been 2 weeks and I see a huge difference. I suggest finding a Colombian aesthetic lady who can do massages after the procedure. During the massages they drain out fluids left behind. Allowing for quicker recovery and helps with swelling to go down. I had my wallet, iPhone and Apple Watch, wedding and engagement bands with me and nothing went missing. The bin with my belongings was in the procedure room along the bedside. read more

I'm going with 4 stars only because I am waiting for the total healing process to see how I turn out. I am 60 years old and now 2 months post op. I had that horrible menopause stomach that no diet or exercise would get rid of. Was so tired of hiding behind baggy shirts. My consultation was great. All questions answered. I even left and went right back inside with more questions and they had no problem seeing me. Pre-Op consultation was very comfortable. Really like Dr. K. Very informative and made me feel so confident about my decision to get this done. During the procedure we had a great conversation. I never went in expecting to come out looking like "Barbie", again I'm 60. I am so pleased with my look. I am wearing pants, shirts and bathing suits I am so glad I didn't throw away because I hated how I looked in them. Went to dinner with a friend I had not seen since before the surgery (she knew nothing about it) and she looked at me and said "you lost weight, you look so skinny" and touched my stomach. Nurse Avisha is amazing! Love Doctor Simian. The environment is calming which is necessary when considering any procedure. I am so in love with my results and it has only been 3 weeks. I was advised of my expectations and possible complications and I'm glad to report I've had no issues. I had my upper, lower, and waist done. The day of the surgery I was obviously nervous, but the staff was reassuring and comforting. Dr. Simian spoke with me throughout the procedure. Very minimal pain. The first night I expected to feel discomfort, but it really wasnt bad. Take your medicine as directed! They advised me day 2 would be the worst of it and I kept waiting for real pain, it really wasn't all that bad. I still needed help going to the bathroom and changing dressings but not bad. Day 3 my drainage stopped and results started being noticeable. Each day got progressively better. 7 days post procedure, I got my new compression garment. Everyday since my stomach and waist are steadily shrinking. My only regret is not doing this sooner. read more

Guess who is wearing a bikini again?! This girl! The second I walked into Sono Bello in Orlando I knew I needed to get my weight loss surgery (Lipo) done here. The team is absolutely incredible. I can't say enough about Dr. Bradley, my nurse Kyla, the girls at the front desk and the manager Cindy. I didn't feel like I was a patient, I felt like a real human and the doctors, nurses and manager really made me feel important and it was evident that they honestly CARE for their patients. I can NOT say enough great things about my experience at sonobello! I was extremely skeptical because some reviews. But honestly, everyone has an opinion. I recommend trying it out and creating your own! From the beginning, the staff were so welcoming. My consultant was great and I felt comfortable discussing my problematic areas with her. My Pre-op with Dr. Houlis really helped to calm my nerves. He is very thorough and I liked that I did not feel rushed during any of my visits. The procedure it's self went great. My nurse Celina is a god send. She held my hand through the uncomfortable parts, and talked me through everything, we even laughed throughout the procedure. This was the best thing I ever did for myself! I wasn't looking to get in a bikini anymore, but I did want to look better in clothes. Sonobello was the best! Chelsea took great care with me during the consultation & the staff was so pleasant and efficient. My surgery went really well & it has been just over 3 months now & the results are amazing. Best decision ever to go in for a consultation! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. From the staff that is in reception to the nurses. They are all friendly and they make you feel comfortable. I was lucky to meet Daisy Ortiz. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She went over all the procedures and answered all my questions. I believe I hit a potluck!! Daisy also speaks Spanish!! She was able to explain all the procedures and expectations in my language. For me, this was the sealing deal. Being able to conduct my consultation in my language and reassurance of all the procedures was very important for me. I am very disappointed with my procedure, I do not recommend anyone to go there, they promised me good results and they took almost $ 12,000 dollars from me, when I went the day of the operation that day I had to sign some documents that said that if something went wrong I would have to pay $ 2,500 more to fix myself but that was after I paid the deposit in the first consultation because when you pay the deposit they do not show you those papers and I had to risk it to not lose my deposit, now they tell me to diet and exercise to lose the belly that was left and I did not spend my money to have to diet or exercise, I feel my body disfigured by the incision, the edges looked horrible. Warm, friendly staff from consult to after-care. Dr. Seimian and his nurse, Chris, made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Knew what was happening every step of the way. Procedure was abdomen and waist. Not pleasurable, but certainly tolerable. Phone call from the doctor that night and a nurse the next day....AMAZED with the results !!! Only 4 days post op and I finally have a flat belly!!! Some normal bruising and still some swelling. Do not hesitate to go. You will not be disappointed. Put your fears to rest. Awesome experience at Sono Bello. I was very apprehensive about having the surgery but the friendly and professional staff quickly put me at ease. I was amazed how good I felt the day after (hardly any pain at all) and I continue to see improvement with each passing day. I have to admit that wearing the compression garment for 12 hours a day gives me a greater appreciation for what women have been going through for years. If anyone asks about lypo surgery, my immediate response is that I would not hesitate to do it again and I would only trust Sono Bello to perform it!
