    Samantha and her team were so wonderful! We had a group of six women on our annual getaway and she came to our rental house and did everything for us. We were able up just swim, chat, and get ready for the evening. She was so easy and encouraging in the menu planning process and once there, so flexible (our oven broke!). The food was delicious too - everyone was impressed!

    What a wonderful night spent with Samantha! We had Samantha cook a meal for a bachelorette party outside of Sonoma and had the most perfect dinner at our airbnb. From the start, planning was extremely easy and accommodating. Samantha is so friendly and from our first phone call I knew she would be the perfect fit for our fun night! She made a fantastic multi-course meal and we all had the best time while eating some delicious food. (She even accommodated making a vegetarian meal for one of our guests) We started off with a meat and cheese board (expertly displayed) that we devoured while playing some games and then moved outside to a divine table set up for the rest of the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed a nice meal outside in such a peaceful setting. Having someone else handle all the (delicious) cooking and cleaning made for a perfect last night of our trip. I would highly recommend her for your next event!!!

We started by being surprised and delighted with warm fresh baked breads paired with yummy homemade salami. Then we moved to our first course of mixed organic greens with goat cheese mousse, pears and walnuts with a delicious Italian balsamic vinegar. Chef came out and showed us our 2nd course of his fresh handmade agnolotti dal plin (pasta pockets stuffed with pork, beef and veggies in a sage brown butter sauce) before cooking it and, once cooked, grated fresh cheese over it. Our third course was boneless organic chicken stuffed with porcini mushrooms wrapped in pancetta with perfectly cooked carrots and green beans and roasted potatoes. Dessert was a delicious chocolate Italian custard with amaretti biscuits paired with homemade strawberry mint sorbet. Every course was described to us by Chef with tidbits of information about Italy, which was very informative. He set up everything, cleaned up everything and made the MOST amazing food I literally have ever eaten. My guests were blown away and still cannot stop talking about it. I did not have to ask him for one thing, which was amazing to not have to think about the food and/or cleaning on my special day. He even fixed the cake I got from the bakery that was a disaster. Highlights included Moroccan street corn, and braised short ribs. As a bride who wanted to eat everything our guests got to enjoy -- I made sure to sit for every course. On top of being a wildly talented chef, Bryan helped us bring together a whole team of servers and bartenders to make the night seamless. She took the time to understand our vision for the evening and even did a walkthrough to familiarize herself with our home and setup.
