Amazing in-home spa treatments during a vacay rental with girlfriends! I have never done the in-home spa treatments but after this experience, I would definitely do it again. There were 3 therapists that came over to do 6 treatments. Willow was my therapist and I highly recommend her. My treatment was 75 mins and if you like firm hands, she is the one for you. She asked for the problem areas and she focused on them during my time. She was attentive and she knew exactly which spots to knead out with care. I loved that she listened to my requests. She did check to make sure the pressure was right. I was sad to see our time end but boy was I relaxed. The therapists were prompt (arrived 15 mins early for set-up time), professional, friendly and if we come back, we would definitely ask for them again! I was not able to get us a spa treatment at our hotel and so I was very pleased to get an appointment for 2 masseuses to come to our hotel room 4 days before our arrival for the day after Christmas. The hotel was late with our room but the scheduler at Relax was great (Masseuses too) and pushed our appointment back 15 mins. We texted them our room at the last minute and they were there on time. Our room was tiny but the ladies figured out their tables and made it work. Both our ladies were friendly and professional. Their equipment was clean and I loved the smells of the oils and aromatherapy. We added on deep tissue last minute and both my husband and I wished later on that we kept it to just a regular but firm massage as both ladies did a great over all massage but were not as highly skilled with deep tissue as we are used to. By skilled, I mean that deep tissue is not just pushing down with all your might, but requires in depth feel and knowledge on where and how much pressure to use. Also, a certain fluidity was missing. I know, we have been spoiled by our therapeutic masseuse back at home but that is why I couldn't give them 5 stars. Otherwise, in terms of service, convenience, professionalism, friendliness, I'd give them 5. I would use them again if I was in the area but just for a regular massage. read more
