I got here at 11:43AM and the door was unlocked, the door from the lobby into the back was left open and no one was up front. At about 12:01PM the lady came back and was like, "How did you get in here?!" I must have scared her because she wasn't expecting someone to be in the lobby. She did my drug test despite it being her lunch time. She was really nice and called me "babe."

I have scheduled thru Sonora Quest for home blood draw for several years with zero issue til now…read more Most recently - I had blood drawn 6/2/26- Lab received my blood 6/5/26 I just learned all the test results show "Test cancelled due to a specimen integrity issue. Specimen age and/or storage temperature exceeded stability requirements". Why did it take so long to send my blood to the lab? Fast forward I had a 2nd appt for a different set of labs scheduled, again for a home draw. My FASTING appt was canceled with no notice until I called to see where the Tech was at. The explanation was that I shared the lab order to late. The lab order was uploaded when scheduling the appt. I also emailed the labs the day b4 the original appt..nothing stated at that time about rescheduling. So now I am waiting to hear back as to when they will be back out to draw more blood for the 1st lab order. Sonora Quest advised I would have to escalate with GetLabs.. umm why isnt SQ investigating this issue w/ their 3rd pty. Why would they put that back on to the patient??? The entire experience has been extremling frustrating. Not certain I would refer anyone to this service. I may change my mind based on how SQ / GetLabs handles this escalation.

It is over an hour an a half now. I was 15 in the cue, went down to 3, then back to 9, down to 2, bumped to 3 again. Make an appointment and even those who did had to wait a very long time. Once I was taken in, Nathan was amazing and brought in the team lead, Esmeralda who got it flowing the first time. I was going to give this a one star but to be fair, they are now a three. When I arrived to the office, there were quite a few people in waiting area, but I didn't hear or see anyone waiting for long periods of time like some of the other reviews mention. KAYCE performed my mammogram and was very friendly and welcoming. The mammogram equipment that this clinic uses is made by Siemens, which is a very reputable manufacturer. The compression wasn't uncomfortable at all ( women readers will know exactly what this means!) KAYLEY was also great w/ my Ultrasound. I felt like both technicians were very knowledgeable and qualified.
