This place is AMAZING! The staff is EXCELLENT! I could not have wished for any other place, I'm so glad I found this place on yelp! So I had a small infection on my left wrist that was slowly spreading to the lymph nodes in my armpit. Nothing too serious. But my doctor is in California! I didn't know what to do! I was on my way to the ER to get antibiotics, but luckily my friend told me to find an Urgent care facility to avoid a horrible wait at the hospital. So I did, and I found this 5 star gem. Was it too good to be true? Only one way to find out! I walk in and instantly notice that this place is in PRISTINE condition, and there's only one other person in the lobby waiting! The receptionist was a very kind man, instantly made me feel welcomed. The doctor, nurse, every staff member I came across were all knowledgeable and trustworthy! Nice staff but terrible communication. I was suggested to go to a specific secondary location for testing and that my results would be back same day. It is now 3 days after and I had to call the clinic back for my results (when I was told I would get a call back same day from the doctor with my results). When I called back today, the desk lady gave me my results instead of putting the doctor on the phone to throughly explain it. read more

Wow!! I am over the moon at the service and kindness we received at this office. They were helpful over the phone and said there was no wait at that moment. It took us a little bit to get here and there was still no one else ahead of us. The person at the front desk is kind. The doctor and assistant that helped us were professional, good with my 7 year old, and really kind spoken. They explained everything really well. The appointment was over in a very reasonable amount of time. They gave my daughter a little stuffy as she left. I'd absolutely recommend this office and will come again if needed read more

I give this location Zero stars! Today is Jan 31st and just right now the black receptionist denied my wife service. On the website it specifically says that they'll take walk ins until 5pm. Instead they basically in so many words told us to find medical help elsewhere. So this is false advertising. Your business and health isn't important to them. read more

Don't visit this clinic for DOT physical needs. One of the doctors screwed up my paperwork and it took 2 weeks to clear up. He then decided to lecture me on making sure my paperwork is correct because he's busy seeing patience. He took 2 hours to get my original physical done because he was "busy" talking about his good old days in the military with some other patient. Very elitist & condescending. read more

Wow wish I went on yelp before going to NexCare. Much friendlier front desk staff that knows what they are doing and only pay $80 versus $300. It's a very clean facility too and here their patients in and out. Definitely will be returning to this place. read more

I came in with quite the case and I was not feeling well at all. The staff was amazing and very willing to help. I appreciated very much that they were determined to get to the bottom of why I was experiencing such severe symptoms. It's always important to feel heard and not rushed when at a physicians office, even more so an urgent care, and they noted all my concerns and not once did I feel rushed. They documented all underlying issues and concerns and discussed with their team a plan of action. I felt I was in good hands and slowly but surely I'm feeling much better. I called and they said there was no wait come on in, we'll take good care of you. Nice! I was here within 15 minutes and waited an hour and a half to be seen. Not sure why.... almost 2 hours later, the tech took vitals but no sign of the doctor. Some Communication would be nice instead if sitting in a room so long when you're feeling bad. Clean place, but 2 hours with only a handful of people in the waiting room indicates some sort of issue... There should be a sense of urgency in an urgent care However, They did offer water to the 6 of us still waiting. Once thee doctor came in, she was very nice. Just came here to see if a doctor could look an issue with my ear that I've had over a week after cleaning out my ear and was told if it's an ear ache I can see a doctor but if it's not just to buy a ear wax removal kit witch I've already done I don't have an ache but something is plugging my ear and I explain that and still cannot see a doctor anyway WTF! read more

Wonderful and Caring Staff. Dr. G. is very personable. First time I went to see him, while talking about the reason for my visit, he discovered I had not had a mammogram in many years and immediately wrote a prescription for me to have one and stressed the importance of having it done. I have peace of mind now knowing I had it done and can focus on other things. This place treats you like family and you feel sincerely welcomed when you call or walk in the door. I have OCD..... there place VERY CLEAN...... you can eat off the floor. I am not a sick person and I am self insured and seldom need medical attention but when I do this is my place of choice even although there are 2 other urgent cares closer to my home. I am always recommending them to my employees and friends and will continue to do so. I am proud to call this place my doctor's office. I used to love this place! I'd drive across town for it. However, now, they have a new doctor (Lewis Meyer) who is unprofessional at best. I came in here with a respiratory infection. I asked for a very specific prescription (one they had provided the year before - when you find something that works, you stick to it!) to help me get back on my feet. It was the cough syrup with pain killer in it. Doctor said he would get me that along with pearls. I thought "wow! great! I'll be back on my feet in no time!" I walked out of there with 3 prescriptions, thinking he maybe thought of something else after talking to me. (It took him 10-15 minutes to write up the scripts). So, i go to fill them, and low and behold, there are typos, inconsistent instructions, and no cough syrup! Pharmacy has to call them (the urgent care) to clear up his conflicting scripts, and i call them as well because he would have to call in a script for the cough syrup anyway. I end up getting the snarky nurse (one that i've never seen there before...they're usually super friendly) that asked if i was sure if i was there today, put me on hold for ~5 minutes, and then asked me why i was calling again once she came back. She said he would not prescribe the cough syrup. (Why would he lie? - at least tell me 'no' while i'm there so we can talk about alternatives). When the pharmacy was trying to clear up what he had written on the scripts (he wrote 3 different birth dates, misspelled name on 2 of them, and had conflicting instructions), they also asked him why he would not give me cough syrup as on the discharge papers it indicated i had a respiratory infection and that he would be prescribing it. The doctor also told the pharmacy "no cough syrup". Seriously a WTF moment. read more

I went in thinking I would be sitting for a while, but to my surprise, they got me right in. Before long Dr. Gabbert came in to see me, he spent some time with me and I did not feel rushed as I have in other medical facilities. What an amazing and unexpected surprise. My wife and I are not feeling great and wanted to get a Covid test just in case. This facility popped up under testing and I was to go to the VA hospital. Upon arriving at Valley urgent care my wife went in and saw they also help veterans so we were both able to get our test quickly and easily. Dr. Louis is a veteran himself and such an amazing doctor! I highly recommend Valley urgent care for any medical issues. It's so amazing to be so pleasantly surprised at a medical facility these days. read more

I was just treated here on Tuesday morning and the kind nurse and wonderful Dr took care of me right away. One came in after another and it was very nice knowing I was being treated by the best with care. Do not I repeat do no go here I wasted my time and money they told me to order my medicine on chewy.com but in order for me to get it I need to get approved from the doctor they told me to order it on this website then told them we didn't approve that prescription when they did!! So I had to call the doctor to figure it out he was nice but at this point I'm beyond annoyed why tell me to go order off this website and when they contact you you tell them no next time don't tell them to go on chewy.com if your not going to approve the order!! This place is a gem. Everyone is genuinely kind and caring. Came in for my teen and had my toddler in tow. We waited for a bit, but honestly, I didn't mind. Clean (pretty) waiting area, I saw someone wipe surfaces down twice while we were there. A bunch of extra touches that make you feel really well cared for and appreciated. The medical staff was excellent.... They listened to my concerns and gave my teen an opportunity to speak for himself and treated him well. We came here last year for a sports physical and it was the best experience. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. It was the cleanest medical facility I've ever been in. I actually saw a woman wiping down the chairs in the waiting room. Blew my mind. They offered us bottled water. Every employee we had contact with was amazing. If we ever have another need, we will be coming here. But, for now, we are coming back for another sports physical. read more

I went in with a minor ailment because I didn't want to go to the dirty, small, cramped urgent care near me. So glad I did. I was in and out with a prescription in less than hour. Maybe because they dont accept insurance, there was only one other patient. Funny thing, though, when I went to the skanky one I normally visit, I think I had to pay $100 co pay. Fairly new place but the staff is phenomenal and when I got here, there was absolutely no wait time. I'm sure it varies but this is probably the first urgent care where I haven't had to wait at all. They don't accept every provider yet but to be truthfully honest, I'm okay with paying if it means I won't have to deal with unprofessional staff like other urgent care locations around the valley, especially FastMed urgent care. I started with another clinic (in a pharmacy in a supermarket that seemed odd) that wasn't seeing anyone because the staff didn't show up. Came her and felt immediately at ease. I was looking at numerous places for 2 days straight trying to find a place to get tested for covid 19. I was told to go here . I called ahead and they said it was a 2 hour wait. June 25 Upon arrival, everyone was wearing a mask. I sat in the corner and waited patiently. I noticed how clean the facility was and the staff would come out and clean chairs and sanitized the doors frequently. The staff went above and beyond and gave hot wheel and other toys to the children . Offered water bottles to everyone . The entire was friendly and caring. Once they called me to the back it only took about 10 minutes to get my test done and I was out the door. Yes the wait was long but compared to other facilities in the valley and other nightmare stories I've heard of other places I would highly recommend this place . Not to mention I got my results back in 2 days. Some friends and family members have been waiting 6 plus days to get results. Thanks you to all the staff here , I genuinely appreciate you taking care of me and my son and would highly recommend anyone to go here for any urgent care needs!! Thanks again!! My daughter broke her arm at school and we were able to bring her here. She was seen quickly and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. What most impressed me though is we had a couple issues with our insurance company after the fact and the staff xo tinged to be very responsive and kind to help us send in additional paperwork. I have been here twice now. Once when I had bronchitis and then today when my little girl was sick. I have insurance, that this location doesn't accept until January and the last two times I paid out of pocket just to be seen here because of how much I loved the staff and how clean the location is. The staff is very friendly and tries to help you in anyway possible. Today my 4 year old was really afraid of going to the doctor but they made the visit pleasant and made her realize that the doctors doesn't have to be a scary place. Went in with my son for a sports physical, very efficient, friendly, clean, and best part family owned. We had excellent patient care, all the staff talked to you as a person in a caring manner with concern. The front desk was friendly, all the way of meeting the doctor, and the physician mom. I will go back again, went back to Moon Valley telling them to send all the kids there for there physical. I went to the Little Clinic first no one was there in waiting area to be seen it was a 40 min wait if Lucky. Told the receptionist I was going to go to Valley Urgent all she said was okay. Very helpful staff and really clean and updated place. They were quick and charged a decent fee considering I had no insurance. My son ended up having a fractured foot. To examine they changed $80 and $50 for x-ray. Very happy with this place will go again for any future urgencies. read more
