I would like to thank the staff that helped me on Tuesday morning 10/14/25. I was having trouble getting results online.I went to get my lab results. As this facility 4is a drawing station only, I was not able to get. I tried various times online prior to going, to receive results. I was helped to make sure I got on line with steps to do so. After trying steps I had already done at home, a staff member gave me a form to fill out and have results faxed to me. I was so grateful for such great help from the two employees. Worst care to have to attend! People go in to get labs not by choice but due to their own medical conditions and these staff seems the make the experience worse! They way they talk to people , and even worse at communicating. I hate going to this place but need to because of labs being processed. There staff needs new training and most importantly better communication with patients. read more

Waiting to sign in and kick wasn't allowing me to do so, waited in line and was told by the rude lady with glasses and short hair that I couldn't be helped if I didn't sign in. Getting blood drawn is never fun no matter what but having a fast and efficient lab makes the whole process a lot more easy. We walked in without an appointment and were in and out within 30 minutes. Given my previous experience with other labs, I had given myself a 3 hour window. First thing you do when you walk in is self check in at a kiosk. After few minutes they will call you up for insurance and lab order. The receptionist (who also happened to be our phlebotomist) was very nice and helpful. The phlebotomists was very fast and efficient during the blood draw. We let her know there was a history of syncope after a blood draw and she made sure to keep my daughter distracted with small talk during the procedure. Hopefully this lab keeps up their level of customer service because they are honestly the best lab I have ever come across. read more

Crowded but efficient. Sonora Quest Lab opened at 7:30 am. I got there at 7:20 am and there was already a line about 7 deep. When we walked in, patients sat down and some lined up. It was a little confusing knowing what to do. Evidently, you can make an appointment. I was a walk-in. I checked-in with the front desk. Tip: Make sure you have your doctor's orders for lab work and your insurance card. I waited for about 20 minutes. The lab technician drawing blood expertly found a vein and collected what was needed. They are a latex-free lab. Yay! I was out of there by 8 am. read more

I had an appointment scheduled @ 1:45pm & my oncologist instructed me to make sure they can have a specific stat courier because my blood work was a timed test. I called 5 days prior and spoke with the team Lead Liz & she verified "yes come in, come at 1pm actually so you can be here right when they come." Went to appointment at 1pm as instructed and they said actually we don't have any testing done like this today, you'll have to come another day. When I verified multiple times, I asked to speak with Liz and the lady said "oh sorry she just went into a meeting". Which Liz told me she wasn't in the day I was coming in, so here they are making fun, speaking Spanish. This office has no coordination & horrible, horrible communication. Received another bill in the mail. They did not bill my secondary. I have to take time out during my work hours to call them and give them the information although I gave it at my appointment. First off this place in in the Banner Health Hospital, which is a very nice clean place. The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful. My problem was the wait time. I had an appointment at 12:30pm, which I showed up 10 minutes early for. I did not get seen until 1pm. This place was packed, I believe the wait time for people with no appointment was an hour and thirty minutes. Do yourself a favor, go online and set up an appointment. read more

My husband went to drop off a 24 hour urine sample for me and was treated rudely by front desk staff. We live over an hour away from the location and was not advised that the sample needed to be turned in within 24 hours of completion. We took it two days after and the front desk was so rude about it, rather than being understanding. Not good customer service! read more

The girl at the front was not friendly or happy, she called me up multiple times for stuff that I could have quickly done after I signed in. I waited for almost an hour and a half (and I was fasting to make the wait worse). The lobby was not clean or taken care of, or welcoming. I felt like I was at the dmv or something. When I was finally taken back for the blood draw the lady was super nice and I could tell she was trying to do her job with excellence. Her name was Paula. I might consider going back there if I can have her do my labs. You can make an appointment online but even those people were having to wait about 30 minutes. If it weren't for Paula I would have rated it 1 star. read more

I honestly had a great experience. Front desk didn't come off as sunshine but they were good. I went there for blood work and Robbie or Robby? I think I remember that being her name, older African American woman, she was an absolute delight. She had me smiling the whole time. We laughed a lot too! She made me feel so comfortable and she knew what she was doing. She was professional and got a vein on MY BAD ARM. Usually I get blood drawn on my right arm but she got my left first try. She was amazing. I want to go to her always to get my blood work done. I was having such a stressful day and she made my day. It also didn't hurt at all when she did my arm. Of course it's a little uncomfortable sometimes with the needle going in but she just lit up my day. Please always keep her their because she can make patients smile so easily! Amanda working the front dest has no reason working with the public. She is a extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a scheduled appointment like most do, after my appointment I had another appointment in the same building that's why I used this location. 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and I still had not been called I walked up to the front counter and politely asked Amanda how far behind they were on appointments. A simple question I thought. She was obviously upset by the question and went of by trying to explain that they had 15 minutes for appointments and they were at 14 minutes. I asked the same question again "so how far behind are you in your appointments?" She became more irritated and gave the same answer with a lot more attitude. The phebotomist was standing behind her and overheard what I was asking and ask my name and told me she would be calling me in a couple of minutes. That was the answer I was looking for. I thanked her, got a business card from the front desk to complain about Amanda. I looked at Amanda and could tell by the look in her face that she was very upset. I said "I don't understand why that question was so difficult?" She became even more upset and loudly and said with sarcasm "yeah I don't know why!" The waiting room was full of patients who witnessed Amanda's unprofessional and immature behavior. On my was out a patient in the waiting room asked me what time my appointment was, and when I told him he told me that his appointment was 15 minutes before mine and he still hadn't been called.
