We had 28 people in front of us. After just over 1 hour and we were still at 18 people ahead. We were out in 1.5 hours. Someone worked some magic??? The staff 5 stars! Labcorp.... you as a business shame on you for for running a busy location with only 3 employees! 1 office clerk and 2 phlebotomists. Especially after closing down a nearby location. As this facility 4is a drawing station only, I was not able to get. I tried various times online prior to going, to receive results. I was helped to make sure I got on line with steps to do so. After trying steps I had already done at home, a staff member gave me a form to fill out and have results faxed to me. I was so grateful for such great help from the two employees. She doesn't just lead a workoutshe actually teaches. She takes the time to correct form, offers thoughtful modifications, and makes sure everyone feels both challenged and supported, no matter their level. What really sets her apart is the consistency and care she brings every single session. You can tell she genuinely wants her clients to improve and feel stronger, and that kind of energy is rare.
