This is the first time in the history of going to labs that I have had to wait to drop off a sample. Not coming back!

Walked in at 7:30, expecting to have to make an appt and return weeks later. But they gladly took me, quoted 30-45 min wait and I was out of there in 30 min. Brandon was SO GOOD, not a bit of pain drawing blood and pleasant demeanor. read more

Wednesday morning, I didn't have an appointment, arrived 8:30am walked out at 8:50am. There were 4 people ahead of me, all with appointments and 3 others arrive as I waited. The facility was clean and organized. The kiosk was efficient for signing in and the receptionists were all friendly. The phlebotomist Mayra was fantastic. Friendly, calming and efficient (I'm not easy to draw from and she did amazing job!). Positive experience thank you! read more

Wow! I was there this morning with a friend and overheard the three girls at the front desk discussing how another employee added the incorrect orders to a patient. Instead of pulling that person aside to talk to them they decided to talk loudly amongst themselves at the front desk where the other patients can hear. In my opinion this was very unprofessional not only on their part but also as an organization. To allow this type of discussion to occur at the front desk. There may need to be some additional training for the ladies that work up front especially the big girl. It may be wise to discuss how to talk to your peers quietly, versus allowing all the patients in the lobby to hear. This not only builds distrust in the organization but also in the staff that work at that clinic. read more

Waited an hour and a half to have 2 different techs miss a blood draw on a one year old. I'd give zero stars if I could, but please learn how to draw on kids as well. read more

Lab facilities aren't my favorite places to visit; however, I found this one to be rather pleasant. It was clean and neat. But, it was the staff that stood out for me. I was greeted with enthusiasm and I felt they were truly happy that I chose their facility. As a customer service manager by profession, I found the staff to be an example that I will use. read more

Fast check in and wait time is usually about 15 minutes. Phlebotomists are always nice and like to interact with their patients. I like this location. read more

Sonora Quest Laboratories - Nice, clean facility. Lots of chairs - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Surprise, Arizona

I have been using the Sonora quest on Bell Road in Surprise AZ for over two years. They are in a nice new office and have new computerized self check-in. Unfortunately the new system was not obvious to me so the two ladies at the check-in counter let me stand in line for several minutes in uncomfortable silence before letting me know to self check-in. It seems like they are unhappy with the new system and have chosen to let clients squirm for a while before pointing out the kiosk to the stupid client. I will use a different lab from now on. read more

You have trouble finding the place. We spent one hour trying to get to it. No signs in the plaza to tell you where to go.

This location is awful. The staff is SLOW, rude and unprofessional. The lobby is dirty and it smells terrible. This location needs a thorough health inspection. I'm disgusted and I'll never be back. read more

This location has the worst front desk representative. "Sharron" older white female is rude and disrespectful. Walking in I heard a couple complaining about the service, as soon as I signed in i knew it was because of her. Anyone who has a bad attitude and no respect towards diverse races should not work in a customer service position. First and last time i ever go with this company. read more

Never any morning appointments available even when you try booking 3 months in advance! Nice staff here makes up for the super long waits and lack of appointment times. They recently moved across the parking lot to what seems a larger space. Still a lack of ample seating for the large amounts of people that come here for lab services.. read more

Couldn't get a morning appointment online so just did a walk-in at 7am. About 20 people in line waiting. Check-in was fast & very efficient. Took less than 30 minutes to be seen. The blood draw was just a pin prick done by Patricia who was very personable. It was a very positive experience. read more

This a very well organized office. The front counter was quick, efficient and friendly. The phlebotomist, Christian, is, by far, the most skilled and gentle phlebotomist I've ever experienced. I will definitely be coming back to this location. read more

2nd time here, very nice and friendly staff. Not crowded. If only the patients walking in can read the sign, that would be nice. Staff wants you to stand behind the line until you are called, you violate HIPPA laws when you are on my back! Read the sign people!!! read more

I picked up some containers for stool kits from this location around 1:30 pm 1-23-2017. I was told once the samples where taken I could just drop off the kits. At 4:05 I arrived at the lab. There where several customers waiting to get their blood drawn. I tried to drop of the kits and was told they would not except them until 1-24-2017. What a difference from the first time I used this facility, but then they had just open up their lab at this location. read more

Never at this location AGAIN !!!! Thought the process of dropping off a specimen would be easy...Not at this location. Receptionist said she couldn't take the envelope over the counter and didn't want to look at it. Then after a 10 min wait she called me and wanted the information that was on the envelope. Still had to wait another 10 min for a tech to take me into a back room so I could lay the sample on the counter. Next time i'll call for an appt just to drop the sample off. DEFINITELY A POWER HUNGRY OFFICE. They can be rude because they know they can get away with it. Again I say " NEVER AT THIS OFFICE AGAIN" !!!!!!!!!! read more

My Dr had me do basic blood tests. I had full coverage. Did some basic lab work at sonora quest.....some how they charged $406 for what CVS charges $50 for. And it gets worse, they did not bother to bill the Insurance for 8 month. There is a law that the insurance company only has to pay for 6 month...so they refused the untimely demand....how does it take so long for sonora quest to send them a bill. So sonora quest tried to get the money from me, and I kept telling them to talk to the insurance. After a while they sent it to collections with RSI. I told RSI many times that this debt is not correct. They decided to ruin my perfect credit report. I have been working with the credit report companies. I have removed it from one with 2 more to go. I think I will be successful despite these uncaring and unorganized people. So many people seem to have billing problems with them. I will never use them again, and I will tell any Dr that tells me to use them why I won't. read more

I made the mistake of going during my lunch. It took a half hour to check in. There were 3 people ahead of me and I was still not able to be seen in the 40 min I was there. So if you need to go here bring a book and be prepared to wait. read more

I have been to this location a couple times before. Today I had to do a 3 hour Glucose test. I tried to make an appt online but there were no appts available in the morning and I had to fast for this type of lab. I called and they were really nice and stated they take walk in's. I decided to go around the time they opened 7 am. I got there at like 7:05am. I expected a line of people because it was a Monday and I wasn't expecting I was the only one who had some type of fasting labs. There were about 15 people in line. I was hearing complaints of a couple people who made appts and wanted to just bypass the check in line. It was silly to me that they couldn't wait to just write their name and let the staff call the patients with appts first, they immediately started complaining. Calm down people. Everyone in line was checked in by 7:10. The two people complaining had appts at 7:15am. They made that vocal. They maybe waited 6 min after their scheduled appt to go back but in that mean time it wasn't like the Phlebotomist were not taking anyone back they had already taken about 3 people back. I was brought back a little before 7:30 (I didn't have an appt, so after check in the wait was not bad). Throughout my 3 hour visit, I waited in the wait room, staff greeted patients in a friendly matter and answered all there questions. Even politely kept calm during someone complaining and raising their voice about a billing issue which I know they had no part of. A staff member even assisted in cleaning up a toddlers vomit and stopped and even asked the mother if the girl was ok and needed anything. I had 3 different Phlebotomist draw my blood today. All were professional and polite. Patricia was adorable, grandmother like. I will definitely return for any future lab work. read more

I had lab work done at this lab and it was by far the best experience ive had. The person that did the draw (I wish I would have gotten their name) was amazing! I didn't feel it at all, not even a pinch. The staff was friendly and my wait wasn't too long. I scheduled an appt online and waited about 20mins. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because when I scheduled online there was no option for early morning appointments, I had to fast until 4:30pm which sucked. If early morning appts were available online I would give 5 stars. read more

To start off, I did not schedule an appointment. However, all I needed to do was drop off my 24 hour urine collection. I had my specimen and paperwork needed all ready to go when I walked in the door. The atmosphere seemed pleasant, until I walked up to the front desk. Unfortunately, I did not get the woman's name. She had an attitude from the get go. I walked up and asked if I could drop off my specimen, and added that I did NOT need any blood work done. She told me to check in at the kiosk and that I'd be called shortly. Yeah, an hour went by and no one had called me. Luckily, when I went to speak to the same woman, the nice lab tech was standing by. He managed, within 1 minute, to take my specimen, get the one piece of paper that I needed to sign, and apologize for the wait. I thanked him for his promptness, and let him know it was not his fault. The only problem I seemed to see was the front desk staff. Rude, slow, and unwilling to listen to what is being said. I really wish I got her name to put in a formal complaint. If you must go here, make sure to make an appointment for EVERYTHING and aim for the earliest appointment possible. At 9am, people with appointments were waiting 45 minutes. read more

Went here to get blood drawn and waited for 1 1/2 hours before blood was finally drawn. I recommend that you make an appointment online a few days ahead of time because the people with appointments only waited about 10mins after their scheduled appointment time to be seen. Staff was friendly and professional. The drawing of blood took all of 5 minutes. I will use this facility again in the future but I will definitely make an appointment a few days ahead of time. read more
