Used this location several times in the past. Usually not impressed. This time I was impressed. Appropriate social distancing due to COVID. Employees were masked and gloved up. Should wipe down the clip boards and pens in between customer use. Made appointment online. Arrived early and was done way before appointment time. We shall see how quickly results are available on the portal. read more

My parents where very frustrated and embarrassed by the setup and service at this lab when my dad took my mom in for a blood draw. They had troubles signing in for lab work on the kiosk this morning and the technicians would only tell them from the desk how to sign in but no one would come out to help them with the technology. They ended up leaving without getting the bloodwork needed because the office was crowded and they couldn't figure things out. I had to bring my mom back to help her check in myself. Not good customer service and I hope the management takes steps not to let this kind of treatment happen again. Not happy! read more

AVOID THIS LAB LIKE THE PLAGUE! My doctor ordered a blood test that requires me to stop taking prescribed medication for a week first. Obviously, I need that medication or it wouldn't be prescribed. This lab messed up the test TWICE. First, they didn't draw enough blood. Then, they used the wrong tube. As a result, they tripled the amount of time I have to be off much needed medication. They also tripled the amount of time needed for a diagnosis and appropriate treatment. For all I know, my condition may have worsened during that time. I've had to repeatedly take time off work. In my opinion, the employees at this lab are completely incompetent and need to be fired. I, for one, am taking my business to a competitor. read more

I had no problem with the blood draw (2 tubes) for extensive tests. I made an appt online & was seen within 10 minutes of that appt ~ phlebotomist was very well trained & professional! My issue is with reviewing the results on the SQ "portal". I can view them with no problem however they aren't printable. And no it's not my computer/printer! All documents I needed from other places printed with no problem. I also tried printing from my phone & the page where u have to tap "I understand " to switch to the 3rd party area will not allow that to happen. A total useless company has sold SQ a NOT user friendly system. This is our health people, not ordering a salad at Wendy's! Also at the end of the lab report is an area that for one important blood test my doc ordered states "Due to a laboratory incident, we are unable to perform this test. The ordering provider will be contacted by our client service department to determine options for recollection ". Really??? More $$$ for SQ to collect from 2 insurance companies, another appt for me to make & another useless unprintable result from your "portal" What exactly was the "incident " that occurred?? SQ has almost a monopoly on blood draws in the whole city of Tucson - a city of over 1/2 million people. Plus any questions are to be addressed to an office in Tempe, AZ! Anyone care to guess how that works if you wish to talk to a live person?? By the way, please SQ don't respond to this review with your generic, cookie cutter response that does nothing for the people that make your company a success & mega profitable!! Fix the problem & get back to basics -----simple, concise blood tests with no "incidents" & a user friendly "portal" that we can print to become more informed before we go to a doc's 10 minute visit to discuss the blood test! read more

Was there sometime last week. There was a super rude tall blonde with glasses at the front I just had a question about the tablet and she didn't let me even finish my question before she shut me down and just keep saying please sign in and then we will help you. Talked to her coworkers so condescending was making fun of one of them because they had an accent. Super unprofessional. Horrible customer service. A girl with brown hair and glasses super nice and awesome customer service. Complete night and day experience in one day. Wish all your employees were more like her. read more
