The front desk is always great too. Zaina was super helpful today. I used to come here and didn't enjoy waiting, so the fact that they now are appointment only makes it SO easy! I love how efficient it is now! And the results are SO fast! I got my results this time in less than 24 hours! I've had to get regular labs my entire life, and I am so happy that I've found a place that turns what used to be a slog into an actually enjoyable experience! I have tried going to other places like urgent care to do the test, and I'm kept waiting for at least an hour, even when these other places don't seem to be busy. Lab Express gets me out the door in fifteen minutes! Staff is friendly, professional and courteous.

Told yes but on arrival told by same person on phone they don't know if covers by insurance very vague response con ? Unassuming lack of confidence? With strangers closely coming and going in same space I asked how big is the room ? " a little bigger than a coat closet I was told?" On April 6th I received the bill for the scan, I owe $459.94 I called the billing office and asked if there was some way they could help me with the amount or with paying my bill, they informed me that they gave Blue Cross a discount so they could not help me. They told me that if I don't pay the entire amount by the due date they will charge me 1% interest on the balance and will turn me over to a collection agency. Is this how a person who is already dealing with a bad situation should be treated. I will never go to them again for any services. Mel

Constant mistakes with billing, appointments, Tx orders, etc…read more They used to be great, but started going downhill about 2 years ago. I don't know if they got new mgmt or what. Their computer systems are all messed up, too. They have cancelled 8, that's not a typo- 8- appts on my brother so far in 2025. Then, they had the incompetence to send him a letter, berating him for not showing up to appointments! There's a lot more they have screwed up. But, I'd be here typing all day if I listed everything.
