Easy appointment set up to look at the job. He was patient and explained what the job would entail. He put his bid in writing and there was no pressure. We had enough time to make an informed decision. He and his crew showed up within the window of agreed upon and finished 2 days earlier than the promised completion date! The crew was polite and punctual. They were careful and made sure our outdoor furniture were out of the way. The clean up at completion was very decent. Eddie made sure the our irrigation system was working properly and did a walk through with me prior to taking the final payment. Can't say I'm very impressed with landscaping business's here. Santa Rita is a big company, but honestly, they got to us right away. Lori, the designer came up with a great design, even revising a few times for us. Once our HOA approved the design, they put us on the start list quickly. Went fast once they started. Smiley and his crew were friendly, respectful and the foreman went out of his way for us several times, even after I personally (and accidentally) punctured a drip line.
