They only have 1 day a wekk for procedures and good luck getting scheduled in a reasonable time frame IF they even return your call much less answer the phone. The billing department can't even bill insurance properly and expect you to pay for their mistakes in billing. If you truly want pain relief and NOT a pain find another clinic. Anywhere!

He then reported me as rude and stated that I do not like Trujillo (true) or PA HALL -truthfully I was tearful from pain and exhaustion but polite and truthful. But, PA HALL is patient and appears concerned and pleasant. However, this pain clinic is not interested in reducing your opioid consumption - rather will increase the amount of and type of as patient may request.

Dr Brewer took the time to figure it out, and even asked my husband to call him if it didn't settle down before his next appt in three days. The blood tests showed a genetic marker for inflation. We have been to his office for follow up 5 - 6 times and the problem is going away! His vision was 20/100 , now it is back to 20/40. This office and staff deserves 5 stars probably from everyone! Dr Brewer even wanted other docs looking at this. The Opthomologist said Dr Brewer had this under control. The office was a bit hard to find but it is on the Show Low side of Annie's Bistro! I walked into the office and went up to the counter. 4 people behind the counter, none of whom said hello or acknowledged my presence. There was a tablet on a post which is the only way to check in. I began the process but the first 4 things it asked me for were exactly what I filled out on line to save time. Then, I was required to list my gender identity and my pronouns. This is for an appointment with an eye doctor! I needed eye glasses! I went up to the counter and said I would like to check in with a human. 4 people behind the counter, but none could check me in. Luckily for me, he still does cash payments for those of us who have insurance that doesn't cover chiropractor services. I have a very bad back with several things wrong. He is quick... no long wait times in the lobby, efficient & both he & his staff are very friendly & helpful. He does more than just 'adjust' the back & neck. My husband gets acupuncture from him and since I hate being "cracked" He uses an activator to adjust my back & neck. He does much more to help our bodies. Front desk staff is rude & condescending. I was happy with them in the beginning, Drs are competent, but they took on way more patients than they can handle. They'll tell you they are going to do this treatment or that imagining, but it won't be done. You have to call back again & again. They'll say they're going to call you but don't. So busy that they've become heartless to your suffering.

I specifically requested my C Reactive Protein be tested. He flatly refused! I stressed the importance of knowing the level of inflammation in my body. He was completely inflexible and refused to order that test to be included in my blood work. Basically, if something can't be treated with a pharmaceutical he doesn't see the value of it and therefore will not test for it. I'm furious!
