But with the programs out their and we traded in a leased Honda CR-V ( extra 1500 incentive). We ended up with our lease payments going up 15 bucks a month for a truck that stickers for double! ( it was one with a 16% discount) It actually would have gone down 15 bucks a month but I changed the mileage to 15000 per year from 12000 on the Honda. I don't think it's fair to say the numbers but you will be surprised! The staff was easy to work with and didn't play any games. This was my 4th since they changed ownership. I have referred friends and family and will continue to do so !

It collapsed when I was rear ended, resulting in a significant brain injury with lasting effects. My son does not remember pre-TBI daddy. If I had adequate legal representation at the time, I would be 7 figures richer from their insurance policy. The amount, and quality, of intentional misrepresentation committed - not allegedly committed, actually committed and I have the receipts - by this dealership violate Deceptive Trade Practices (Minn. Stat. § 325D.43), the Minnesota Consumer Fraud Act (Minn. Stat. § 325F.69). I reached out to the dealer long ago. They didn't care. I posted a review. They said contact the dealership, so I did. They didn't respond. Show me a dealership not staffed by sociopaths. I'll wait.

They could have easily told us we needed new a major repair and we wouldn't have known. Very honest and highly recommend this shop. I heard them telling someone ahead of us that they could do a much less expensive fix than what they thought they needed. Josh greeted me when I stopped on my way to work one morning after my check engine light came on. He was SUPER friendly, helpful, and had one of his mechanics come out to immediately put the scanner on it. He got me scheduled very quickly. He told me I could have a loaner car when I dropped my vehicle off, which was much appreciated since we live 25 miles out of town. They diagnosed the problem and had it repaired the following day. He checked with my vehicle warranty (which I could only use at the dealership out of town) - but we were so impressed with how helpful they were, so we paid the extra money to have Automotive Electric do the work. Automotive Electric has seemed to do a pretty good job as far as I can tell for repairs. I've had…read morethem replace the air conditioner clutch in our car and have had no issues with it. The one thing that stands out for me with them seems to be the guy who looked at my car about two summers ago. Our car's check engine light came on and began stuttering while we were in the Target parking lot. If you depressed the gas pedal it would run fine so it seemed to be an issue when the car was idling. We took it here and they gave us possibilities of what could be the issue and said they'd look at it. About 15 minutes later a man comes out holding one of the spark plug wires and let us know that one of the connections has some moisture in it. Stated he would clean up the wire for free and only charge for taking a look at it. This is the only automotive business that I have had a positive experience with since I moved up here in 2003. I hope that when I gave this employee warm praise to his supervisor he was commended for it as this seems to be a very rare trait to find in this town.. Edit: Spelling

Brought my car in and was given a quote for a power steering gear assembly rack and pinion replaced…read morenow having multiple issues beyond the power steering electrical system and my terrain and my 4 wheel drive and my advanced trac fails my brakes go off as if I'm slipping on ice in the winter but it's summer kind of scary going down the hwy at 65mph. I strongly feel i got taken advantage of. Let alone then trying to charge me 900$ for brakes...I was supposed to get a credit back cause I over paid and he tried to get me to leave it as credit at the shop. Umm no thank you he paid me cash from his pocket and none of this has been resolved. I'm a single mom of 3 kids i have my job along with having to care for my elderly father a good amount of time. My car had 2 issues before the shop had it and I don't believe it just developed these other things for it just sitting there.
