I went back to the clinic to complain and they said she must have an ear infection even though the day before her ears were A1. I was given some thick gooey stuff to put in her ears for 10 days....made a mess on her long fur....went back 10 days later, by this time my dog had become sick.....diarrhea++, loss of appetite.....I told the vet and was told that the medication would not be the cause ????dah....she was so nice and appeared concerned and I left there being charged $144.....I was not told that I was being charged for what I thought was a friendly conversation.....I have been ripped off and would recommend not going there unless you have +++ money to spend for a conversation and don't care if they harm your dog

Then when Dr. Kirner came in, he also sat on the floor and gently examined her. They moved quietly doing nothing to frighten her and kept giving her treats which she gradually started taking right from their hands. I've never had a dog treated so kindly and gently by a veterinarian. I was very impressed.

If you want your dog to have playtime in the big yard. It cost an extra $10 per play time. 10 minutes at a time. If you bring your own canned food to be served to your dog as well as dry food which you provide, there is an extra charge to serve wet food at each feeding. This kennel is the only boarding facility on the island. We would not use this kennel again if there were other options. We found their extra fees excessive.

At 11 PM Dr. Pat called me to tell me that kitty had just gotten out of surgery to disimpact her after trying other measures. I fetched her the next day. The price was very reasonable. I appreciate so much that Dr Pat worked on kitty well into the night. Kitty is 20 and could easily have been dismissed. I so appreciate these people!

Upon arrival, they put us in a room right away. Since the chicken had to be put down we were given a special quiet room for euthansia just for us. The staff were so kind, thoughful and efficient. The vet was so kind and explained everything they would do. When it was all over, the put the pet in a special dignity bag. I couldn't have asked for better help. If I ever have a sick chicken again this is the only place I would go! Thank you Central Saanich Vet Clinic for being there when we needed you and doing everything in the best possible way.

Offering services then refusing to see clients again as it disturbed their regular day. Do not ask vets to explain services or costs they will get offended and no longer see you. They only want clients that are in and out, pay their high bills and never ask questions. "extremely unprofessional clinic, that no longer cares about helping clients and pets. Greed and ego fill this clinic. DO NOT question service they will kick you out as a client"
