When I went to pay him the I was charged 449.00 for the service 60.00 for a collar he said I needed, plus tax for a total of 513.35. I was told the chimney cap needed to be replaced and would cost 1500.00 dollars and recieved an estimate for replacing the bricks in the fireplace of 901.19. I only needed two bricks replaced but he recommended I replace them all. Additionally the cleaning of the stove was sloppy and the grates on the exterior were covered in ash. I believe this is a case of someone trying to take advantage of a senior. Im sure he thought I would never get on the roof to check out his recommendations. I would never hire this company or recommend them to anyone!

He was professional, thorough, and corrected some potential problems I wasn't even aware of. While he was on the roof, he checked my skylights and caulked several spots that were cracked, or where the caulking had fallen out. He even talked to my cat who seemed to think she was supervising. When he came in with his black clothes and tall black hat, I realized that I had also had him clean my chimney in 2011, when I first moved here. I would recommend him without any qualms. You will have a clean and safe fireplace and chimney when he is done.

Salvador and his wife (I'm terrible with names so I'm stoked I remembered one of their names) came out the very next day and knocked out all three jobs and did excellent work. There was a bit of a language barrier as neither speak or write English very well but they seemed to have understood my wants and needs very well. I really have no complaints as they did great work, were eager to do the work, and got me taken care of rather quickly.
