My therapist was there to greet me and we talked through my needs for the session. My massage was wonderful and I was very happy with Carla; she was kind, friendly, and quiet during my session (this is SO important to me)...AND, she used a great amount of pressure. She didn't try to force me to book another session as some places do - but did recommend some follow-up things that might be helpful for me.
