Spa is well laid out. Grotto area is nice to use while waiting for your treatment, as is the lounge area where they have some fruit, teas, water and granola bars. Locker room where you make your own 3 digit code to secure your belongings. All the amenities you need to get showered and primped after your treatments were also available (hair dryer, mouthwash, feminine products, etc). Plastic bags for your wet swimsuits. Spa robes and slippers are provided. I was bummed that despite having one of the earliest appointments of the day we started 20 mins late for my treatment, which meant that the end of my massage felt very rushed. I got the Soothe Body Glow 80 minute Vichy treatment, which comes with a full body exfoliation with a Vichy shower rinse followed by a 50 minute massage. Exfoliation and Vichy: 5 stars. Massage: 5 stars for most of my body, 2 for my left leg that got the short end of the deal (last to be done before "times up!") Vichy shower was awesome. I'd never had this treatment done before and the way they transitioned between the exfoliation to the shower to the massage is clever. All treatments done on the same bed, they just switch out the layers of sheets/towels/drapes with minimal movement from you. So cool. I upgraded a couple add-on's -- the Sinus Soother and the Eye Treatment. Sinus Soother was fantastic and helped so much with my headaches and tension. Eye Treatment I could've done without (think collagen strips you can buy and do on your own). "Stu" did my services and he was amazing. So friendly, calming, and did an excellent job at all the different parts of my treatment as well as communicating what we'd be doing next and what I need to do. If I have the chance to come back for more spa days, I would come here again. Thank you!

Possibly one of the best experiences of my life ‍‍ The grotto and spa itself were so relaxing. Perfect ambiance with calming sounds, smells and nice robes and sandals to wear. Me and my husband both got a massage with Stu who was wonderful. And then we enjoyed the fitness and grotto amenities that are included in getting a massage. Wonderful experience. 10/10

As soon as I knew I was visiting Breckenridge, I wanted to book a spa treatment while my husband went snowboarding! Yes, this place is expensive, but the facial I got was amazing! The staff was very friendly and the spa is lovely! They have a nice grotto (hot tub) area along with a sauna and steam room you can use before or after your spa services. They also have tea, cucumber water, and light snacks in the treatment area. I'm not sure how the parking is but I parked in town and took the free gondola up to Peak 7. I highly recommend it!

Lovely experience with a deep tissue massage. The hot tub area was relaxing but a bit small. The only thing missing is a plunge pool.

I came way too early for my appointment with a friend, but we were offered heated massage chairs and tea with blankets and fuzzy slippers. It was sooo nice! We bought a bundle that included an infrared sauna and a massage. The only couple of things I grappled with were the prices and the amenities. While it was nice to relax and especially at no extra charge with the massage chairs, I wished there was... more? I wanted there to be a hot tub or mineral pool with a cold plunge, or a larger space that would allow for showers, or even larger saunas. It was all restorative, but the prices were way too high for the services we received. I would understand the price more if we were able to also rinse off or soak somewhere, but it was just the sauna and the massage. We also got massaged right after the sauna, so we were sweaty AF and had our sweat rubbed into our bodies with lotion... fine if that's your thing, but I like feeling clean! They did mention that there are more benefits to the infrared sauna if you don't shower, but oh well. I just would've preferred to dunk somewhere to rinse. Overall, it was a nice place! And it's in Breck, of course it's going to be overpriced haha. With all things considered, this was a nice experience!

Very Disappointing Experience at Infinity Spa…read more I have visited Infinity Spa many times in the past and have always had a good experience, which is why I was particularly disappointed with my visit today. My daughter-in-law actually had a very good experience with her massage and the room she was given, so I want to be fair and acknowledge that. Unfortunately, my experience was very different. The massage itself was not good. The technique felt more like poking than a relaxing massage, and I was placed in a treatment room that appeared to be used for other types of treatments. The room did not have the serene, spa-like atmosphere I have experienced at Infinity in the past. Most concerning, there were exposed water pipes above the treatment table that were actually dripping water onto me during my massage. I had to point this out to my masseuse, who eventually covered the pipes with a bag. When I finished, I went to the relaxation room expecting to have some quiet time to unwind. Another guest was there playing a game on her phone. She then received a phone call and proceeded to have a lengthy conversation in the relaxation area. I eventually glanced in her direction, and she left the room. When I checked out, I told Mauricio at the front desk that this was probably the worst massage I had experienced there and that I was very disappointed with the room. I specifically mentioned that water had been dripping on my head and explained that I had been to Infinity many times and had never experienced anything like this. His response was essentially that they have to use all of the rooms. I understand that the spa needs to utilize its available rooms, but that doesn't make it acceptable for a guest to have water dripping onto them during a treatment or to be placed in a room that does not provide a comfortable, relaxing environment. Unfortunately, the experience became even more upsetting after I left the spa. The woman from the relaxation room confronted me in the hotel lobby, berated me, called me a derogatory name, and yelled at me because I had glanced in her direction. I walked away, but she approached me again at the valet and continued yelling at me. I am not including this to blame Infinity Spa for the behavior of another guest, but it certainly added to an already disappointing experience. I am sharing this because I have been a repeat customer and have generally enjoyed Infinity Spa in the past. I hope management will take this feedback seriously, particularly regarding the condition and suitability of the treatment rooms and the overall guest experience. I would like to feel confident returning in the future, but today's experience was far below the standard I have come to expect from Infinity Spa. Update to My Review I wanted to update my review after speaking with the manager. She was very kind, listened to my concerns, and sincerely apologized. She also offered to refund the cost of my massage, which I greatly appreciate. I was very pleased with how professionally she handled the situation and made an effort to make things right. As a longtime customer of Infinity Spa, I truly appreciate her response and hope to return in the future.

We called around to a few places and found out the general option was more of a seat and then treatment type idea. Luckily, one friendly receptionist at another spa recommended Refresh! We came for the 50 minute Refresh Massages and arrived about 30 minutes early. The friendly staff welcomed us and offered us a water or yummy tea beverage. Then we picked from 6 different aromatherapy scents (I chose a fragrant oolong option). The locker room was small but nice with a eucalyptus steam shower and spa-like products to use. A nice plush robe and slippers were provided and then I began my relaxation time in the Tranquility lounge with my feet propped up on a comfy lounge chair and ottoman. My massage was INCREDIBLE, and I left feeling like a new person... but not before I took a steam shower and nice relaxing regular one too! Great, great spa!
