They also did a good job sticking to a timeline and organized. Everything flowed and there were no lull periods of time. Soon as I was done one service my aesthetician was waiting to direct me to the next. They also had dinner ready to go on the table when I was done my massage. The only thing was for my massage the therapist only focused on my upper body when I had requested a full body. It didn't bug me too much because I got a pedi but it would've been nice to have a full body massage. I was left with a really nice bouquet of flowers and some mini products as a spa gift. Have to say, it was one of the best massages I have ever had. I was able to do half sports therapeutic massage and half relaxation. I sit at a desk all day at work, so I get tight knotted back muscles, Carline was able to get all those loosened up. The ambience of the room is perfect, I do like it better than the old place I went to, as it was more dimly lit and added to the relaxation. Though just be warned, with the relaxing atmosphere and massage, it may be hard not to drift off in sleep ha. I'm happy to say that I have found a new regular massage therapist to get the kinks out of my muscles, and to just unwind/de-stress with a nice relaxing massage.

I tried claiming it but due to the issue with her number Sunlife Financial would not process my claim. I called the manager Scott to see what they had done for previous customers and he informed me that it should be fixed with in the week and to call him back then. I called him back a week later just to see the status of her registration number before I resubmit the claim, and Scott decided to comp my next massage to make up for it. I didn't even have to complain and he was willing to resolve the issue. I am quite impressed with their customer service and how the situation was handled. Scott was fantastic and I would recommend the spa to anyone.

I had returned from a 4 month trip to a more humid climate (let's be honest, it is hard to go somewhere that isn't more humid then Edmonton) and was having trouble with breakouts on my face - I didn't know which facial would be best. But I didn't need to worry as the owner was able to tailor a facial specifically to my needs. I was very impressed with the results and feel that helped my skin adjust overall to being back in Edmonton. My favorite service is the pedicure. You can select between several options - I generally go with the Express Pedicure and then every once in a while spoil myself and splurge on the Signature Pedicure. They have the big relaxing massage chairs so the whole time your feet and lower legs are being pampered you can also be enjoying a back and neck massage. Mimosa also offer a membership for regular visitors - the membership has several benefits including discounts on all services so I think it is worth it even if you only go a couple times in a year.
