Me and a friend was at the mall and randomly decided a massage for the first time ever sounded like a lovely idea. The Asian Lady there which helped me didn't seem to know a lot of english but oh my gosh she gave the best massage possible. My sister and I have been going here for years. The last 3 times, it has been terrible and unsanitary. We did the chair massage today, knowing that last time we were there, they didn't change the towels or the sheets on the beds while we waited. Today was the last straw... my sister was after me on the chair. The guy massaging me, didn't wash his hands and used the same towel on my sister. Luckily it's my sister, but still. Then, when we go to pay, the man tossed my card back at me and the pen. We gave him cash for tip. We tipped $20, $10 from each. He didn't do my whole 30 minutes. He did only 22 minutes for me and my sister 25 minutes. Last time we will visit the place. Very disappointed. read more

Worst experience ever!!! Do not recommend both my wife and I will never go back to this place of business. Very ruff massage and left worse than what we went in like. Guy running the place was very rude and kept pressuring us to pay more and wanted us to pay a $40 tip on top of that. I've been going to this place since they opened. They are great. However, just recently I waited quite a bit for a massage and I was observing them... I noticed with 2 other clients they used blankets and didn't replace it with a new one! They just folded it back up and put in by the head rest! As the next person sat down before me they put the used one over them! Then they called me to the massage table and I told them can I get a new sheet. The male worker there then stared talking (in his language I couldn't understand) aggressively and telling me no! Lay down. I was in shock so I decided to leave. I don't even want to give this place one star. I wish I had read the reviews. All I wanted was my shoulders massaged. They pulled me off to the other end of the mall and wouldn't even tell me the prices. They told my husband 68 dollars. Some guy came in and started rubbing my feet and then they said 98 (I could barely understand what he said) I jumped off that table so fast. I really can't believe with all of these reviews they are allowed to stay at the mall location. My pain came back the next day. Somehow they made it worse. read more

I went to the kiosk by the old sears, asked for a 60 minute massage and they told me $68. They then led me to their new location with tables over by the Barnes and noble and tried to gouge me for $98. I told them I only brought $80, they said ok, 40 minutes. When they were done I paid the $80, they then started yelling at me and demanded a tip. NEVER COMING BACK. read more

worst experience ever. walked in and guy tried directing us in right away without us having knowledge of the prices yet. my boyfriend and i seen the prices and said we'd just take the full body massage for 30 minutes and he said 40 min is better cuz 30 they'd be going "fast". so we laid down and right away get started. next thing you know our socks were off and we're getting our feet massaged after we told the guy only full body. i would assume full body included feet either way? anyways the guy was constantly in my ear telling me that it is ok and she's gonna massage our feet but didn't mention the up charge about 25 min after they started on both of our feet. they definitely took advantage of us and especially me cuz im a girl and they knew my boyfriend would've told them off. the massages alone were very rough and they were aggressive leaving me pain the next day. horrible!!! after we're finished the guy says it's $192 which i'm so confused for 2 full body massages (and feet) that he included without permission, how it's soo much money! decided to pay and he even had my card in his hand basically demanding a tip and i said no and was going to give $5 cash with the horrible service and price im already paying for. he stood there with the card in his hand saying no and started pointing at the 4 other ppl that was working on us at ONE TIME. gave him a $20 bill and that was it. i wouldn't recommend anyone this place and they should be shut down. scamming people for their money and to get shitty ass massages on top of that, ur better off going somewhere else. i wish i could give 0 stars. read more

Exactly what I was looking for. Have had heel pain for some time and they concentrated on it very well. I went ahead and threw in a back rub too. They have a kiosk and a store front I preferred the store I don't like to be gawked at when receiving services. FYI it is a deep tissue massage. You will be sore the next day. Very affordable and I will be back when they open back up. read more
