Those instructions I asked for numerous times btw. I asked if I should get a professional or if you had anyone in mind when we were on the phone. You said you would get back to me but said it was pretty simple and I just needed to follow the instructions to the tee, which I did . I never got a response back if you had anyone in mind and that's when I had to text you for the instructions, which you finally provided. I also know there was another customer of yours that went through the same thing. You were always hard to get a hold of and had to ask you numerous times on which day and time you or your crew would show up. Also, you remodeled my pool in February, finished the job February 7th, water was filled by February 8th. I notified you about the problem on February 28th. So, I have no idea where you get eight months from. It was DAYS that I notified you of the problem, not eight months. Just goes to show you how unorganized and unaware you are . Plus, it's July and I'm doing this yelp review , that's five months . I have the text messages to prove it . Also, you never addressed the other problems your company created. The damages to my cement that hasn't come out. So, no you do not provide your customers with professionalism, quality work or honest service . Stop trying to put a show on for yelp. The refill valve on my pool was stuck (think like when the floater in your toilet bowl is stuck) for 6 weeks without them noticing. Instead, they tried to say I "had a leak in my pool", which was not true. The constantly running water not only cost me a huge water bill, but also diluted the salt that was supposed to be in the pool. For 3 months this pool service company has not replaced the salt, although it is suppose to be included in my service. Now, since I've cancelled with them, they have not completed the obligations on my remaining pool service. I received an email from them today saying my final service was completed this morning, yet there are leaves in my pool. In addition, the salt level is 1300PPM under their care while it should be 3500PPM. This causes the whole PH balance of the pool to be off. Don't use these guys. They know nothing about pools. They have no accountability. They are a rip-off.

Jay is extremely professional and does not have the "used car salesman" feel to him. He is reliable and very communicative which is rare in the pool service industry. He initially worked with us during a time when finances were a struggle due to circumstances outside of our control and we are now back on track with a pool that has never looked this good. If you have an issue with the pool or equipment, big or small, he explains it to you on a level non experts can understand and offers different avenues for solutions without coming for your wallet to selfishly benefit him.
