Honestly, when the work was done the pool looked great but they were not punctual or they didn't even show up some weeks. Now the cons. Communication was terrible. Multiple weeks where guys got sick and could not make it to my house to provide the cleaning service. Now I completely understand being sick but a call or text is common curiosity. I always had to be the one to reach out days or even weeks later to find out why my pool was not cleaned. Called and texted to see about what time he was coming and to give me a 30 min leeway. 6pm came and no call and or response. About 7pm called and no response. 3 hours of wasted time waiting and with no decency to call that he was not going to make it on Friday. Not reliable and trustworthy. After several years of maintaining pool on my own, we hired First Class Pools about 2 years ago. At first they were reliable and kept pool extremely clean. As months went by, the service became very sketchy. Began to notice ongoing mustard algae, pool sweep bag never emptied, chlorine floater remained empty week after week, pump lid replaced without o-ring (found on ground), equip control box left open nearly every week, and communication was awful. Would not sure or respond when promised to fix equipment. All of this with a $10/mo. Cost increase. No thanks, we have moved on! read more

Owner is nice but his workers need lot to learn 4 times my pool didnt circulate after they left ..they dont fill pool if its low but rather let your pump burn out..they say they cleaned filter but missed 4 grids inside with holes which new pool guy found and replaced..then try to charge you when they didnt clean pool because water was low..instead of filling it read more

Please do not trust these people with your pools, great guy up until he messed up parts of my pools filter. When I told him about the damage that he created he blamed it on me. When he started servicing my pool all parts were not damaged and in perfect condition. I referred him to someone else and he did the same thing to them. Just horrible. Inexperienced, uses power tools to remove filter parts and probably has no idea how to use power tools, I cannot express how much you need to keep these guys away from your pool. read more

I initially hired first class pools back in March I then spoke to Angel I explained I would need service every week for 6 months then I will do biweekly due to weather change he agreed. I didn't like the fact he would bill me for service in advance and was pushy to received payment before the month even started. His employees would constantly leave pool gate open even after I told Him I have little kids and needed it closed at all times. At one point my jacuzzi was turning green I texted him and he texted back with "we will add more chemicals next time" this was a day after he's service!! I reminded Angel by text about my request of the biweekly on the beginning of the month of October he replied with "call me" I then explained I was busy the next day he then replied I need to get with you on dates due to holidays I then replied with dates that would work and didn't hear from him. During the next week we had bad winds on his schedule day he didn't show so I texted him and asked when he will be coming I get a text late at night saying "due to high winds I can't service your pool unless it's only chemicals" Really?!!! Is it my fault can I control wind? I that was really irresponsible on his behalf this is he's job! This did it for me I could be really lenient but how can you say I can clean pool just add chemicals!! It's like a gardener saying due to winds I can't pick up trash or blow just mow.
