For example:our pool motor went out and needed replacement. I requested the replacement on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning by 8:00 it was finished. They provide every service you can think of for your pool.I know because I have used many of their services over the years. They have always treated me fairly and honestly. read more

Ignore the fake good reviews. I have had constant problems with these guys. Poor follow through. The owner sends people out to skim the pools who have no idea on how pool mechanics actually work. The refill valve on my pool was stuck (think like when the floater in your toilet bowl is stuck) for 6 weeks without them noticing. Instead, they tried to say I "had a leak in my pool", which was not true. The constantly running water not only cost me a huge water bill, but also diluted the salt that was supposed to be in the pool. For 3 months this pool service company has not replaced the salt, although it is suppose to be included in my service. Now, since I've cancelled with them, they have not completed the obligations on my remaining pool service. I received an email from them today saying my final service was completed this morning, yet there are leaves in my pool. In addition, the salt level is 1300PPM under their care while it should be 3500PPM. This causes the whole PH balance of the pool to be off. Don't use these guys. They know nothing about pools. They have no accountability. They are a rip-off. read more

I love the personal touch of caring for a clients pool since my family will be swimming in it and a service tech will insure that the PH levels and sanitary levels are right so my family will be swimming in a clean pool. We used them because of a high rating from Yelp but found they were very lacking in follow thru. Instead of doing the things we agreed upon after a month service it was dragged out over several months and even then it never happened. The person they sent to clean our pool lacked experience or just didn't want to work. I would seriously look longer for a company that will do exacly what YOU want them to do and not a company that will tell you what they WONT do only after you hire them. Very disapointing. read more

I am a senior citizen with transportation problems, and a broken printer who has a rental with a pool. My tenents hired these people to take care of the pool. There were was some minor problems with the plumbing so I told my tenent that I would cover the cost to have it repaired. I told my tenent all I ask is to have I L pools mail me an invoice for the repairs and I will pay them. After the work was done I got an email with the invoice attached, I replied asking them to send me one in the mail. Two days later my tenant called me and said that they haven't heard from me and they won't clean my pool until they are paid. I told my tenant that I did respond and what I said. The Next day I got another email with an invoice attached. Again I asked them to send me one through the mail. The next day I received another email stating that they do not do business that way and they don't even own a Printer, and I should pay to avoid late fees, so I replied asking how hard would it be to make a copy and mail it to me ? The next day I received another email from them stating they have not done business like this for 10 years, they don't own a printer and I should pay with a credit. I replied what kind of business doesn't own a printer, and are they running their business out of a shopping cart, What kind of business does not own a printer. The next day I received another email from them stating either I pay or they will cancel my service. I told them that I am a senior citizen with limited transportation and I keep my records old school and need the invoice. I can not believe the stress and problems they are creating for me and my tenants just because they refuse to mail me an invoice. I can't think of anyone in there right mind who wouldn't pay for a stamp to recieve a payment close to $200.00. This is uncomprehensible and besides what's happened to the costumers allways right? read more

Paul went above and beyond to help me get my spa to work on the weekend before a big party. I've had their cleaning service for three months and they do a great job on my pool which gets pretty dirty from the wind. I've been using IE Pools for several months now and they are doing a fabulous job! Prior to their first service, my pool was gross and green and extremely low on salt. Paul and Jeff came to my house to check it out and were able to fix the problem within a week or two without having to drain my pool. Jeff cleaned the filter(s), replaced the salt, and scrubbed all the algae off the pool walls and floor. It is beautiful and crystal clear now. He comes bright and early every Monday morning to perform the weekly service on my pool. I can't thank him enough for his hard work! I definitely recommend this company. I E pools is a great company. We bought our house three years ago from someone who took care of their own pool and kept it pristine. My husband and I don't have those skills. Thank goodness we found I E Pools. They charge a reasonable fee and are very reliable. When issues have arisen with the equipment I E has helped us decide whether to fix or replace and they did so quickly and took the burden off of us. Great service...very, very reasonable in price. I had a problem with what I thought was with the water pump, ended up being a clogged pipe full of leaves. Paul arrived, diagnosed and fixed the problem within 5 minutes...or what should have been 5 minutes. Due to my pool system being very old and the valves are underground, Paul's quick visit turned into multiple visits for him. After removing the valve cover to get to the leaves clogging the pipe, water gushed out covering the whole assembly. He then had to drain the pool until the water level got below the valve level to put the cover back on properly. Even with the unexpected extra work, he still only charged me for the cost of unclogging the pipe as if it was a 5 minute job. Very patient and honest guy who gets the job done correctly. I have been using IE Pools for over a year and have not been happy with my service. Twice I've had to ask them to come out for a reservice because less then a day after service my pool wasn't clean. It usually takes about three days to get someone back out. I also had the guy servicing my pool tell me my water was old and he was having a difficult time regulating the chemicals and said he would have Paul give me a call to discuss. Paul never called. The last time I asked them to reservice the pool I questioned Paul directly if someone had been out on my regular service day and he avoided answering my questions and continued to state that he would send someone out for a reservice (in three days). A few weeks ago the office called and said the service guy found a leak and they could fix it for $157. Paul came out and fixed the equipment then emailed me a bill for $314! I called to question as to why or why I didn't get a phone call if the expenses were going to be double from what I was originally quoted. Paul text me back, apparently picking up the phone these days is too much to ask for, and said he wasn't sure who gave me the quote because he is the only one who is supposed to give quotes. Wait. What? I basically had to tell him that it isn't my fault they have guys giving quotes that shouldn't be. His text said "unfortunately we are not always perfect" and I was just the "lucky" one who got bad service. He eventually agreed to settle for the originally quoted price. When I expressed I had other service concerns he offered a free month of service, never asking what my concerns even were. I wouldn't recommend IE Pools to anyone. Poor service and lack of follow through. What a hassle. Currently looking for a new pool service. read more

The owner came to my house in 15 minutes after I sent him my address and set up the service for the next day. Now my pool is complete drained out, I'm still refilling the pool. I have used this company twice now and both times I received EXCELLENT service! The first time was for the air sensor. My service tech was named Paul and he was so honest during the first service call. He stated this is an easy part to replace, told me how and said it would be cheaper for me to do it if I was comfortable with it, otherwise he'd be happy to do it for me. You just don't get that kind of service anymore! He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt when calling back and scheduling an appt. You can also contact through the website, which is an added plus! My second service call was for valve replacement. He came out same day of contact for assessment and stated he may be back that afternoon or following day at the latest to replace. I know their schedule doesn't always allow for same day service, but it's nice to get it when its available! Their prices are reasonable too! Overall, GREAT company.
