Went to have a pedicure and it was great! I don't know about their manicures, but the pedi was worth the $40. They have about 5 different pedicures to chose from that range from $22 to $55. I got their signature and loved it. I got more done for the same price of another place I usually go to. I like this place better also because I didn't feel rushed, it was quiet and relaxing. I was a walk-in, was sat immediately and it took about an hour total. I do want to try other places, but for a simple pedi for a good price this place is awesome! Also, don't judge the outside or inside, the people there are nice and take care of you. I even watched a lady redo nails color and all because she forgot that the customer wanted them rounded and the customer only said something when she sat down to dry them. I got my nails done 3 days ago and the gel is already peeling up. Super nice people but lack expertise. She also cut my cuticles so much that it took chunks out of my fingers and was extremely painful the following day to touch anything. Like I said, very nice. If you are looking for a quality service at a very reasonable price then this is the spot for you. The Nail salon has a real Mom & Pop feel to it and is very comfortable (especially the pedicure chairs). I'm definitely planning on being a regular here from now on. Omg... Been going here for years and went in to get pedicure. A new girl that works there started to do my feet. I knew from previous she was not good and cut my sister's feet. I instantly told her no pedicure. She offered to just wash my feet for 8.00. being nice I said ok... I get up to pay they say 30.00! I said what?? Explained to Sophia and her husband thinking they didn't understand (which they did). I paid and walked out. I called back there to explain again what happened. I really needed a fill because I had broken a nail yesterday and this was the only place open in Harker Heights the day after Christmas. My first experience here was fairly good but here are some things that made me take away a star... my nail technician was very nice, and he did a very good job on my nails. But when he was buffing my nails, he was doing it so rough at first. At first I just ignored it and let him keep going but then it started to really hurt then he ended up cutting me :) so my skin where my cuticles are started bleeding. So jus a tip to any nail technician: if you're buffing your customers nails close to the skin, make sure you go slow and take your time. If your customer starts moving a little, don't tell them to "relax," instead -- take their motions & body language into consideration. Other than that, I was pretty happy with my nails. The coffin shape was on point and I was happy with the color I chose. Maybe next time I'll come back if I ever need a fill or a full acrylic gel set. When I first got in, the lady was nice to offer me a soda or a water free of charge as well. read more

The owner Sophia secretly records certain customers on her iPad and she also will charge certain customers higher prices! She does this because she feels they take up too much space and too long when she can have other customers and make more money! She doesn't want them to return so by doing this she feels it will stop them from coming because she doesn't need "those kinds of customers"! Been here for almost two years and this was by far the only place I like. They were very welcoming and nice the entire time. Jimmy did my nails and he took his time and did an awesome job. This place is horrible! You go there for the first time then after awhile they start raising prices! I have sent many of people that way because I loved my nails but I will never go back there not because of my nail tech but because of Sophia and Sunny the owners!!! They rush through customers and then if you take to long they say they don't need customers like you!!! They have prices posted but never once go by them!!! They are rude for no reason! They secretly record you on their iPads! They allow other customers to come after you and be rude!! Overall they don't know how to run a business one bit!!!! They don't properly sanitize either! I have been to many nail salons around the area and this one was not what I expected. It was dirty inside. The pedicure chair was sticky and massage did not work. The employees were trying to take care of too many people at once so I sat there with my feet in cold water for over 40 minutes before anyone came to start my pedi. This salon is no longer sun spa nail salon it's called Sophia nails and spa guess it's under new management. Recently moved here and needed a salon asap. I was greeted and sat down right away which is great and was offered some water or wine and they give you a cup of fruit which is nice. Now onto the Pedi the Pedi lasted a good 20 min I got the most basic Pedi don't really like the scrub and cheese grater so that was as good as it got had a ingrown and the new owner not the lady that worked on me took it out which was a relief but onto the way the lady doing my Pedi now I'm not that picky but a Pedi consist of cutting my cuticles I could care less but she acted like she was cutting my cuticles but she didn't cut anything she just digged at my nails and that was it. In that case I should have just got a Polish change now onto the Polish I got the most easiest color to polish bubble bath by OPI well the Polish looks streaky and she ended up putting a random coat of a different color since the color ran out. I won't be back it wasn't worth it. read more

We walked in and had no wait, though the pedicure chairs filled up by the time we left. Excellent personal attention and very reasonable prices.
