He is a one man show doing all the nail needs, so I appreciate his hard work. $50 for a pedicure with some sugar scrub, callus remover, unfortunate ingrown and regular polish. His customer service was good (offered a drink: got water) and friendly. I would appreciate cleaner materials (scrub brushed looked very used) and set up materials could use some help (nail clippings on cart with towel used to dry tools). Over all not a bad experience. From the moment we walked in, we were seated quickly but very hesitantly, which already made the visit feel uncomfortable. My pedicure water was cold and I had to repeatedly ask for them to warm it up. The technician who worked on me (Cindy) seemed unsure of what she was doing, and the final result reflected that. My polish is uneven, has visible lumps, missing spots, and is already chipping. It looks rushed and sloppy. My daughter was also unhappy with her pedicure. On top of that, my daughter was initially charged an extra $30 in upcharges for things that should have been standard and not extra. At the end, they took off the $30 but her Pedicure was still overpriced. The pricing felt unclear and excessive for the quality we received. Overall, the service did not match the cost or expectations, and we left very disappointed. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. I don't know if this Salon just went through a name change or if it's totally unrelated however, the nail salon that was there previously, was also horrible. So if it's the same people, stay far away from there.

But the shop owner and man who did my nails (I'm sorry I forgot his name) was very quick to sit me down and get my started. We had very nice conversations throughout, and there was not alot of side chitter chatter, and kept his attention and conversation with me. It was very comforting! The quality of his work is gorgeous! I got an acrylic overlay, and so my natural nails provided a solid base. He took his time to ensure my Nail profile was flat, and that my nails were of equal length. Normally, most shops do a really thick acrylic, which I dislike, but he was able to keep them relatively thin! He even painted the side profile. Def would come here again! She said, her name was Kim. I don't think that was her name. She seemed reluctant to do my nails and was very short, irritated and agitated. Anything I asked if she could do, she would say, no. She also stated she couldn't match the color from the previous acrylic. Which she did have. I felt uncomfortable and from my perspective, she was trying to discourage me from getting my nails done at this place of business. I will not be returning. Moving from Austin, in comparison, Temple businesses need to work on their customer service.

*EYELASH REVIEW*…read more Style Requested: Wispy Cat Eye Those who know will know how they are supposed to look (shown on two of the pictures added for reference which was also what I shared with the tech) The tech was very nice, also very gentle. The place was clean, and well decorated. On day 2 after the application of the lashes one fell off. 3rd day the glue became more visible and turned a little flaky, not sure if that is due to excessive glue used. 4th day my eyelids started to be itchy. Although I requested to have a wispy cat eye look but what I was given was a wispy look which Is not the same and you can clearly see it on the photos. I've had a few friends confirm this including another lash tech from a friend of mine. Also, the lashes are way to close to the waterline which is the reason it irritates my eyes. Also, you can see the gaps between the lashes in a few of the pictures. There's supposed to be zero gaps. I will update review as the days go by As of right now I probably won't get them done here and will go to a friend's tech that was highly recommended by others and whose job is only lashes.
