He is a one man show doing all the nail needs, so I appreciate his hard work. $50 for a pedicure with some sugar scrub, callus remover, unfortunate ingrown and regular polish. His customer service was good (offered a drink: got water) and friendly. I would appreciate cleaner materials (scrub brushed looked very used) and set up materials could use some help (nail clippings on cart with towel used to dry tools). Over all not a bad experience. I sat with the guy at the very last booth to the left closest to the bathrooms and literally every nail was different. I have NEVER complained about nails in my life but I could not just sit quiet with how he left my nails. He didn't even ask me how long I wanted my nails he just cut them, and he filed so rough and carelessly he didn't even try to get the nail shapes close to the same. After nicely telling him the shape wasn't what I had in mind I pulled up a picture to show him standard almond nails. He didn't even try to fix them he sent me to someone else who also couldn't do much. The second guy just lightly filed them and tried to whip out polish to paint them and I asked him not to and just to leave it without polish. I asked for the price with no polish and he said it would be $55. I was upset because the nail shape was horrendous, my nails were pointing up, and they were unevenly filed. To top it off other staff started to surround me and grill me with what was wrong when it was pretty obvious. I felt like i was being bullied when it was not my fault they did a poor job. Not once did i raise my voice or cause a scene it was an absolutely horrible experience. Finally Amy stepped in and offered to fix them. When I was walking over to Amy's booth another worker yelled "sorry they move you again" in a snarky tone. Amy did an amazing job reshaping them but since the other two had done such a horrible job there was only so much she could do. She was apologetic and I wish I had been placed with her from the start. These people are bullies and need more experience and practice ESPECIALLY the guys because I was in shock with the work. Also noticed cuts on my fingers from filing so that's great.

Heavenly foot and leg massage. They invested a lot of money and everything has been professionally renovated , all brand new equipment, even down to the towels Already made my next appointment for March. I had my acrylic nails removed and now it will take me a long while for my natural nails to regrow and be strong again. Still have some acrylic residue left in some of them but in March I will get manicure again too.

One of her gifts to me was this visit to Nail Passion Spa. Not exactly in our hood but we were leaving from the area the next morning with car club friends. In fact, we invited them too. Start to finish it was a pleasant experience overall but not worth the $200 spent. I'm focusing on me and my feet in particular for the moment. There was spots I attempted to convey that needed the most work with minor avail. We all have sore spots right? That's really what was needed here. Some adjacent help in translation, but it was just business as usual with the half Home Depot / Dental 2000 spinney Dremel esque tool. They could have spent WAY more time on directed problem areas; skip the massage and just fix my feet!
