Sophie's Kitchen was absolutely delicious! From the service and decor to the food itself, it was an A+ dining experience. We went for brunch on Sunday around 11:30 and although it was packed, our wait was only about 20 minutes, which was impressive for how busy they were. Our server was incredibly sweet and attentive the entire time. My husband ordered the veggie hash and I had the loaded hash browns with asparagus and broccolini added, both were so flavorful and fresh. For our daughter, we kept it simple with one egg, a sausage patty, and bacon, and we also added a pancake with strawberries for the table. Everything was delicious! Fantastic, fast, friendly service. Great food! Just one minor note, the pancakes were a little firm, not quite as light and fluffy as I would expect. While I would expect to be able to cut with a fork I actually had to use my knife to cut them on occasion. The local coffee they serve is top notch. They serve real 100% maple syrup, not the cheap, fake corn syrup, syrup that many other restaurants serve. A little noisy inside as the place was packed on a Saturday morning. Lovely brunch spot - the decor give west coast cafe meets modern vintage. Food is always fresh and flavorful (always ask for their raspberry jam - it's so good) Sometimes service can be slow when they are packed - but staff are friendly and accommodating. Sophie's is the best breakfast joint we went to out of the 3 breakfast restaurants we visited. Great coffee, wonderful service, super packed but we were sat quickly! Huge selection of mimosas to choose from (& tons of Sake but i didn't try those given it was only 9am). Seems to be the most popping of all breakfast spots and our family that we were visiting brought us directly here so it goes to show its popularity! Now we also highly recommend Sophie's!! The service here was great! Clarissa handled all of our gluten free and allergy questions with a smile. Once we made our decision food was made quickly with all our edits and was hot and delicious. We both ordered the Vegetable hash with poached eggs and sour dough toast. Everything about the meal was perfect (vegetable preparation and cooking, the consistency of the eggs and the fresh artisan sour dough bread)!!! Then we decided to order fruit parfait with the homemade granola- delicious! Also our server Kayla, was the best we have experienced in a long time, she was great!!!! My search for an organic restaurant brought Sophie's Kitchen to the top. Nothing on the menu indicated anything was organic. The ketchup had high fructose corn syrup . Our food was ok, but the two servers were especially great. Sorry, won't be back. read more

Delicious! We went for lunch, I got the big sky burger and friend got the Caesar salad. We both had the soup of the day which was a really really good lentil and bacon. The burger was really flavorful and cooked perfectly. The patty was huge! Our server was so sweet and checked on us a few times to ensure we had everything we needed. Very busy Saturday morning and I was seated right away. Friendly staff, quick and courteous. I had the Big Sky burger with sweet potato fries. Excellent burger, huge and flavorful. Fries were also great. Offers Vegan options, outdoor seating, menu has lots of variety from brunch to lunch. Sophie's Kitchen is a winner. Highly recommend. The only drawback might be it's a bit noisy but that doesn't seem to bother the many customers who were there. Nice area too. read more

We just arrived to Billings and looked for a hearty breakfast option and this place got good reviews. It is in a non-descript shopping center, we almost drove right past. But, a hearty breakfast we got! We came in on a Tuesday morning and found easy parking and got seated right away. Everyone was SO friendly and the service was quick and delightful. The dishes were generous portions and so yummy. The coffee was local and in huge mugs, just the way we like it! My 7-year old proclaimed "we need to come back here every time we're in Billings-new family tradition". A win for breakfast and we definitely recommend. read more
