While I found her style of florals to be somewhat outdated and not the style I was looking for, I reached out based on the positive referral. However, I was disappointed by the dismissive tone I received. Given that this is a heavily word-of-mouth business, I find it difficult to understand how she can build a client base if she is so quick to dismiss potential clients based on limited interaction. Ultimately, we found another florist whose work not only aligned perfectly with our vision but also led to our wedding being featured in a magazine. I've since continued to recommend this florist to others because they treated us with professionalism, respect, and courtesy from the very start. Sometimes, how you treat potential clients makes all the difference.

I have to lift the rack up and over the door, which often makes the dishes crash against each other. I have owned many dishwashers, as well as loaded other dishwashers hundreds of times; I have never had this problem before. A technician said nothing could be done about it--and I did not want to pay a restocking fee for an appliance which is faulty. Just be sure and check the dishwasher before you buy it.

They solved a problem for me. The units I got wouldn't fit up the stairs. It was a combo washer dryer unit. I knew there might be an issue when I set up the order and delivery, and discussed that with Sandy. She assured me the delivery guys were excellent and would sort it out. They checked the various dimensions and saw it wouldn't work. I drove down to the showroom to see what could be done. They gave me a different stackable set that could make the stairs. Best part- they were still within the original delivery window. Seriously. They did all this today and STILL GOT IT DONE DURING THE SCHEDULED TIME! Shop local! Great staff, great experience.
