I asked for a TRIM, emphasis on the word TRIM! and LONG layers with curtain bangs. My hair used to be down to my butt, now it is right below my chest. I really don't like people cutting my hair, but my relative came here before and had a decent experience, so I decided to come here as well. Jessica cut my hair. I told her to only cut about an inch off and even gave her a reference photo. I demonstrated with my fingers how much to cut as well. She said okay and started cutting right away. My hair ended up 8 inches shorter!!! The layers are so short and the bangs aren't even close to what I imagined. After the cut, I was sent to receive a shampoo. The man there did very well and it was relaxing with the massage. That was the only good part about this experience. After I was done shampooing, they both blow dried my hair then she started to put a hot iron on it--with no heat protectant. After that, she started cutting more again. It was uneven because she didn't even bother to fix my middle part after the wash. I asked her if she could fix my part, but she told me that it's okay and to just put it any kind of way. Seriously? I paid 60+ tip, which I shouldn't have even done. I didnt realize how short it was until I left. I screamed inside of my car because I was so angry. I am so upset and will recommend that if you have long hair, to not go here unless you want a big chop. I will never go here again. 0 stars

The cashier asked us to show her the sale price which we did. She called the supervisor who acknowledged it and called the manager. Instead of honoring the price for us, the customer, The AFRICAN manager attempted to say that the sign was placed their erroneously...so we asked to show us the product that matched the advertisement- to which he claimed was discontinued. So we asked was he going to honor the price for us since we brought it to his attention ... this fool stated that WE or another customer must have put it there... THE SALE SIGN THAT WAS IDENTICAL TO EVERY OTHER SALE SIGN in the store. Needless to say, we left and will never patronize this establishment again. When something like this happens, you satisfy the customer who brought it to your attention and then make adjustments. You don't BLAME the customers for your obvious oversight! Kim knew a year in advance about such details and had conversations with the Bride to be. Although, having all the information needed to style the wedding party accordingly, Kim did not deliver. She admitted to never paying attention to the requested style and once feedback was given about the outcome of the styles, she cowardly sent a text message and backed out of completing the paid service. She was late showing up to the shop and included other clients to style while trying to provide service for a wedding party that she claimed she would block her schedule for. This stylist likes to cut corners and is not interested in the health of your hair. Due to her careless service, a few of the ladies from the bridal party have damaged hair from her lazy attempt to provide a smooth ponytail on natural hair by throwing water based products and not giving the full service that was requested in the contract. Take Caution before booking!!
